We found a weak spot where another massive branch could have caused serious damage. Ray was incredibly professional, using a lift to safely access and remove the problem areas. The process was smooth, and his crew left no trace of debris behind. He did an excellent job with the tree cutting. We're so grateful he fit us in on short notice at a fair price. Highly recommend! PS - while he was working on the tree, Ray identified a hole in our roof that isn't perceivable from the ground and immediately sent me multiple photos/videos. Then a few years later we needed to do the same and I shopped 3 services. Ray Jr. was one of those 3, and I just had a good feeling about him after walking my property with him, price was agreeable, and they later did a dynamite job while I was at work. My wife filled me in, and Ray followed up to make sure I was pleased. In 2014 we had a major sycamore branch land on the house. I got tree removal permits for that front-yard tree and another in the back and called Ray. He took care of those two 30+" trees while I was at work. Again it was a great job complete with stumping and a follow up to make sure I was pleased. This year, 2021, we needed 4 sycamores removed due to a large fallen branch and evidence of eminent failure (see 2014 above). I got the permits from the City, then went to the play book and called Ray. He and his team were here this past week to take the 4 sycamores out while I happened to be off and at home for the week. My jaw absolutely dropped when I saw with my own eyes how hard Ray and his team worked! I'm a hard worker, but after what I saw this week I need to re-evaluate my commitment to everything I do in life; apparently I am able to dig deeper! Same familiar ending, the yard looked great (better than when they arrived in some spots), and Ray wanted to make sure I was happy. Best money I've ever paid!

I called Gerry & Gerry…read moreon Monday at noon, Luis was here for an estimate right on time at 3:00, and during that time Luis and I spoke about the health of the four large mature trees on my lot and through his extensive knowledge and expertise we agreed that in addition to the removal of the branch we would trim the trees and evaluate the overall health of them while doing so. My neighbor (who's fence I share and also half of the branch) also talked with us and agreed his trees needed the same treatment. A very reasonable cost was determined and Luis and his crew returned the next morning promptly at 8:30 and began working. The crew worked clean, safe, and sanitary. All health precautions for the trees were performed (equipment for the live oaks was sanitized), and the safety harnesses worn by the men in the trees provided a reassuring feeling watching these guys work. Very thorough, safe, clean, and proud. They are a family owned and operated company, and did exceptional work.
