I appreciate the accuracy of this because as of late when researching with other businesses' websites on this type of situation the other businesses that a company may direct you to get their product is outdated so kudos for being up to date there. I have to say the Kombucha I got was very refreshing on the hot summer day we were encountering. I liked the tea aspects to this as is the norm with any Kombucha and this particular one I enjoyed experiencing it in the flavor profile. The Kombucha I got does have alcohol in it but not as much compared to some beers and other alcoholic beverages. I'd love to try out other flavors that they may have available with CommuniTea!

Earlier today I got a pleasant surprise when my guy stopped by my work and handed me a 17oz bottle (I believe they also have bigger ones) of their super tasty beverage. He usually avoids Kombucha but loved this one, so... this is a good sign! Extra cool: Their bottles are re-usable! You pay a deposit fee when buying, and when you return with an empty one you get a refund.... or, I'm sure, you could just get another one ;) Info from the bottle: "Made in and for the Puget Sound region." "Green tea fermented by a culture lovingly handed down for generations." "A health-giving, naturally effervescent soft drink for the 21st century." And the EVER so difficult and long ingredient list: Filtered water, organic evaporated cane juice, green tea. It sounds like they do at least the: U-District Saturday Market (in the "off season") Columbia City Farmers Market Ballard Sunday Market Ahhhh. I love my Kombucha!

Parking can be a challenge depending on when you visit, but we were fortunate to find a spot right behind the brewery. We were greeted and seated immediately, and our orders were taken quickly. The beers arrived promptly, and everything we tried was delicious. Everyone in our group enjoyed their selection, which makes me think it would be hard to go wrong with anything on the menu. We also shared an order of truffle fries, which were a great snack to go along with the drinks. An added bonus is that the entire restaurant is gluten-free, which is a huge plus for those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities. Pricing felt fair, the service was excellent, and overall it was an enjoyable stop. I'd happily return to try more of their beers in the future.

I ordered three different Kombucha flavors from this company. One was the Black Lime, Juniper Green Nettle and Tumeric Black Pepper flavors. I got these flavors as they were more unusual and I haven't come across Kombucha with these flavor types before. I placed the order through the company's website, thinking that it would get shipped to me but it sounds like that orders are personally delivered. I was out of range from their usual scope but the owner, Jason was kind enough to keep my order active and delivered it personally to my household in Tacoma. I can't say how much I admire his commitment to this. I had to wait a few weeks for the order which wasn't a problem for me until he was down here for other reasons as well. I have to say doing that meant a great deal to me! For the Kombucha I really liked the Black Lime and and the Juniper Green Nettle flavors. None of them were unpleasant but that is where my preferences kind of settled upon. Jason said he would deliver again for us whenever he was making a trip down which makes me admire his dedication even more!

No more rotating food trucks but a solid permanent food stand - burbs - has meat and veggie options that are tasty. They've upgraded the outdoor area so it's more comfortable and shaded, and there's lots of fun events. Only downside for me is a huge upside for many others - VERY family friendly - which is mostly fine but sometimes it can feel like a playground with beer. If I had kids I'd love it. As it is I go on the quieter hours and have a great time!

Lots of plants, windows, and open air space. There are lots of tables, which is a great thing in Pike Place. We made our way to the counter, got the rundown, and then sampled a few ginger beers. Sampling is recommended before ordering, as these ginger beers are different from what you may have had in the past. The "beer-tender" was very nice and educational about the whole process and even let us split one of the soft serves (which was great BTW) into two for our kids. The ginger beer is good, but not mind-blowing. I was expecting something life-changing, but it's just high-quality ginger beer. It's worth stopping in here for sure, but I don't know if it's a "must-try", especially if your dining dollars are limited. Still 5 stars, but on the cusp for sure.
