They use reusable glass bottles and you can exchange them for a discount on your next purchase. Both were absolutely delicious; my favorite is the orange remedy but my partner likes northern lights the most. The owners were so kind and let us sample flavors and talked with us about their flavor profiles. It can be difficult to find parking in the SLU area. there are tables to sit at and board games to play. It's in a food court style building, but currently a salad store is the only other occupant.

The peanut butter Stout and the gingerbread stout are both favorites. What I want most out of beer is flavor and variety, and they always deliver on both.

Music is at a decent volume and is lit dimly making it decent for a date spot or just a place to have conversation without raised voices. Fridges line the tap room so you can mix and match beers, ciders and wines to take out which is cool. I like Bottleworks, I want to enjoy it more, but there are some issues holding me to 3 stars. The staff are...alright. Not bad, but I feel could be a little friendlier. Also they don't allow sample pours? This is a common thing at most breweries, but maybe it's because this is a tap room, but beers run a bit higher here - $8-9 a pour so that's annoying that you can't even try a couple. Lastly, they rotate things out it seems weekly. Some of the more popular options I suppose they keep but seems like a lot of turn around on the drinks so if you like something they have on tap, don't get too attached. It's smaller than I imagined it to be but every beer inside, from the draft list to the cans and the bottles are carefully curated by the staff. We grabbed a quick beer (Hill Farmstead, which is the first time I've seen this brewery for sale in the since I started this trip 6 weeks ago and Ive been through 4 states) Then we shopped for some cans, we quickly had to refrain from buying too much as the refrigerator in our van only holds so much. We ended up with a six pack and then grabbed a mystery 4 pack on the way out (mystery 4 pack was stellar). While we're shopping they opened a sour from Jester King and shared it with us. I honestly wish I lived a bit closer (Las Vegas is kinda far) because I'd be here everyday... Honestly, they have a whole cooler just for barley wine! The actual indoor area was pretty small, with only enough room for the bar, one table for 6 and a little bar top seat, and the bathroom. Because of the size, the bathroom is literally 2 feet away from the table and is inside a sliding door that does not fully seal shut. It was decently loud inside with the music playing but definitely not the place to go if you need privacy in the bathroom. They had another couple tables (2/3?) outside but it's tucked in a narrow alley so it was pretty tight out there as well. There is a stack of games to play inside and it has great decor! Overall, the drinks, vibes, and service were great! We had 7 people and completely filled the inside of the shop, so I would recommend a smaller group. The shop is down a narrow set of stairs between 2 building and another few stairs from the door down to the bar. I'm not sure if there is another entrance, so I believe this would be inaccessible for someone who was unable to use stairs. 4/5! I bought both Americano and Americano Bianco online, for pickup at their distillery/tasting room. The building itself is out of the way and not something you'd find casually walking around. Parking is good and they have good wheelchair/crutches access which I note now after having been on crutches twice in two years. I wandered in expecting to just pick up my bottles and leave. But they had a small crew (masks on) there and invited us for a tasting! They kept their masks on and stayed at a distance - and they had a big space with an open garage style door so it was really safe! I was blown away especially by the Americano Bianco. It's herbaceous and just sweet enough. FULL of flavor! It is good enough to drink neat and I just made a fabulous Negroni with it at home. The standard Amaro is good but not quite as much as a stand-out to me as the Bianco. Regardless, both are well worth the price. And the company's story? Priceless. Jamie told us about their two year process in developing the recipe. And they explained how they source their ingredients, which they have gone to great lengths to procure sustainably and locally. For example, they get saffron from farmers in Chelan and worked with them to pick the exact strain that would suit the Amaro's flavor profile. This company is dealing admirably with Covid-19 restrictions and with the very strict liquor restrictions in King County/Seattle. They say they hope to have tastings outside as soon as they can get approval. I will definitely be back to support this company because of their great product, very nice people, and what appear to be phenomenal business values.

Now, it wasn't bad but neither one of us were all that impressed by it and we didn't find it all that memorable. But much more recently we had their Fire Roasted Pepper cider and we really liked that one! This cider had a nice, heated kick to it but wasn't too powerful. It had a sweet pepper flavor followed by the apple flavor and then the heat kicked in at the end. Some things are so hot you can't pick up the complexity of flavors in a drink or a dish but this cider was made very well as you can easily pick up the complexity.
