Both were absolutely delicious; my favorite is the orange remedy but my partner likes northern lights the most. The owners were so kind and let us sample flavors and talked with us about their flavor profiles. It can be difficult to find parking in the SLU area. there are tables to sit at and board games to play. It's in a food court style building, but currently a salad store is the only other occupant.

While we waited for our ginger beer cocktails, we also decided to order online from Pike Place Chowder. Personally, I did not think it was worth waiting in line for their chowder, and it ended up being the right choice indeed. Well let me tell you that a ginger beer cocktail paired with a Pike Place Chowder flight is certainly a GOATed combo. The richness of the chowders juxtaposed with the refreshingly fizzy and gingery beverages is something that you can only experience at the one and only Pike Place Market. The summer cocktails were the right choice - perfectly balanced, slightly "spicy" from the ginger, and overall such an experience. I've never had ginger beer like this, and it was certainly the best I've had. The staff are friendly to chat with, and they even offer nationwide shipping (ginger beer only, but you can add your own liquor at home if you so wish). I ordered three different Kombucha flavors from this company. One was the Black Lime, Juniper Green Nettle and Tumeric Black Pepper flavors. I got these flavors as they were more unusual and I haven't come across Kombucha with these flavor types before. I placed the order through the company's website, thinking that it would get shipped to me but it sounds like that orders are personally delivered. I was out of range from their usual scope but the owner, Jason was kind enough to keep my order active and delivered it personally to my household in Tacoma. I can't say how much I admire his commitment to this. I had to wait a few weeks for the order which wasn't a problem for me until he was down here for other reasons as well. I have to say doing that meant a great deal to me! For the Kombucha I really liked the Black Lime and and the Juniper Green Nettle flavors. None of them were unpleasant but that is where my preferences kind of settled upon.
