12 oz earl grey tea

Was looking for a cute place with easier parking, good ambiance, food, and variety of drinks, and came across seasmith. On a Tuesday at 12 pm, they ran out of matcha and a couple of popular food items, but they still had coffees and teas and other food items to choose from. Seating was ample despite it being filled, and the high ceilings, large glass windows, clean wooden tables, and plants helped create a perfect vibe for studying or getting work done. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Servers are wonderfully kind and quick to help. Reusable dishes if you order "for here." Yelp states that there's validated parking, but when I asked the worker, they said they don't validate parking. Parking garage under the grocery store has limited retail spots 0-1 h for $4, 1-2 h for $8, etc. paid street parking available as well.

I visited seasmith around 3pm on a Tuesday and it was packed!! It's conveniently located right by the link station and cal anderson park. I ordered a golden latte ($7) which was just okay, i've had better. It wasn't very smooth and I felt like the turmeric settled at the bottom. I came here to study and the direct light was pretty harsh (bad glare on my laptop) but I do love a sunlit cafe. Overall I think it's a cute cafe in a high traffic area, and a great place to catch up with a friend.

TLDR: great coffee, perfect spot for studying or working remotely This place has been on my radar ever since I saw it quietly open by the light rail station. I've only tried a couple of their drinks so far but their coffee is super smooth, perfect hot drink for the cold weather. There's usually plenty of seating in the morning to get some work done and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The workers are super nice and bring your drink out to you so you can keep focused on your work or hanging out with friends. Would definitely recommend to anyone to try out!

Iced Americano, Ham Breakfast Sandwich

It was fine. The coffee was great but I'm bias because I love Olympic Coffee Co beans! Got an Iced Americano which was $4.50 for 8/12/16 oz and the ham breakfast sandwich. Breakfast sandwich was premade and heated up like a regular Starbucks sandwich with egg, ham and cheese on and English muffin. Almost gave soggy Jimmy Dean vibes. It was extremely sub par for $12. So kind of a big yikes on that. What I have pictured totaled to $17.50 (not including tip) :/ Would be happy to go back for coffee but not the food for now. Cute vibes tho!

Chocolate chip cookie

I got the quiche, hazelnut latte and chocolate chip cookie. The cookie is one of the better I've found in Seattle(9.5/10), they also had some other creative ones I wanted to try. The quiche was good but not great. (7/10) The latte was pretty good. (7.5/10) Lots of seating, good ambiance.

I came here with a friend on a rainy day. The vibe was perfect! The interior is super cute and has minimalistic aesthetic. The tables were all full so we sat at the counter which was pretty open. The inside was quite and had some people coming and going, but not too busy. It would be a great spot to study! I got the cardamom latte with oat milk. I really enjoyed it, but I don't know if I tasted too much cardamom. The latte was good, but not really anything super special. I would definitely come back though!

What a stunning place in the heart of capitol hill that is DOG FRIENDLY! Of course make sure your pups are well behaved so other guests don't get affected, but I absolutely loved how friendly they were to my dog and even gave us treats! They have a selection of pastries but also freshly made to order sandwiches~ the sausage egg sandwich was absolutely delicious and the special autumn latte was rejuvenating. The open space lets you to soak the sun in and enjoy the atmosphere at the best. While i was there, one of the staff accidentally broke a glass cup and he was so kind to constantly check in on us if me and my pup were ok in case the glass shards got to us. Overall great place for your morning recharge, reading time, work time, chat time with people or a date with your pup!!

The drinks are great and so are the vibes! We got the limeade (my favorite - refreshing!) and the chocolate mocha (creamy and chocolatey). Service was quick and prompt. Seems like a great place to study and do work with plenty of seating and outlets for charging. The interior is very bright and airy. Would definitely stop by again

Autumn latte hot

I got the autumn seasonal latte and it taste exactly like you would think. The cashier was very knowledgeable about the menu and it seems like a cute coffee shop to study or meet up friends for a casual coffee date. overall, I give my latte a 3.5 out 5. It definitely was an acquired taste, I just wish that it was a lot hotter.

Cookie and autumn harvest latte
Diana C.

The drink was good, though perhaps even more sweet than I would have expected. I had an autumn harvest latte with some harvest foam - it was quite good. The fruity pebbles cookie wasn't really worth it though and I wouldn't get it again. The server who helped me wasn't particularly friendly but the other baristas were. The ambiance was nice - pretty quiet and lots of natural light. Overall, I'd come back for the drinks.

Downtown

Came in on a Friday night and learned that Old Stove Brewing gets busy for a reason! All the…read moreoutdoor tables were full when we arrived at 6, so we put our name on the list for inside and waited about 30 minutes. The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

I've reviewed a lot of breweries, and Fremont Brewing did not disappoint!…read more This cool spot has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. A truly legit outdoor space! They are kid and dog-friendly, too. We ordered an NA IPA (which they have on tap!) and their hop water (comes in a can). Both beverages were absolutely delicious. I love that this place is NA-friendly. They offer some light snacks and free pretzels, which is awesome for a brewery without a kitchen. There is a food truck on site, but it was closed when we visited. No worries, though, you can bring outside food, which is perfect since there are plenty of great restaurants in the area. I asked the bartender if they brew at this location, and he said they've moved all brewing to a different location in Seattle, but it's still super fresh and tasty beer all around. This is a spot worth visiting in Seattle or getting together with a large group for a few drinks. Plenty of choices for everyone!

They don't serve food, so there's a food truck outside with smash burgers which were also really good. Service - fast & friendly. don't really need much checking in or anything. Ambiance - I really like all the different seating areas they have. And also very dog friendly. We sat inside in the bleacher/stadium kind of area which is kind of cute. There's also a fireplace with bench seating surrounding it. Plenty of picnic tables and smaller tables. Also a huge outdoor seating area with some cover.

There are several beers and some ciders on tap from all around and all the ipa's I've tried here have been pretty decent. from there you grab your brew and have a seat at high top tables within the tap room. Again, the setting is mid-sized good for a couple groups of four and a few two person tables. Music is at a decent volume and is lit dimly making it decent for a date spot or just a place to have conversation without raised voices. Fridges line the tap room so you can mix and match beers, ciders and wines to take out which is cool. I like Bottleworks, I want to enjoy it more, but there are some issues holding me to 3 stars. The staff are...alright. Not bad, but I feel could be a little friendlier. Also they don't allow sample pours? This is a common thing at most breweries, but maybe it's because this is a tap room, but beers run a bit higher here - $8-9 a pour so that's annoying that you can't even try a couple. Lastly, they rotate things out it seems weekly. Some of the more popular options I suppose they keep but seems like a lot of turn around on the drinks so if you like something they have on tap, don't get too attached. Perhaps on subsequent visits It will improve, and I can boost the score here, but besides the decent beers and setting, it's just OK here.
