I used to really enjoy coming to this salon, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been very…read moredisappointing. The last few times I've paid $100 for a cut and style, my hair still felt dirty after the wash, like the product wasn't rinsed out completely. On top of that, the haircuts themselves have been uneven and not what I asked for. Most recently, one side (the left side) of my hair was over an inch longer than the other (the right side) and the layers in the back were choppy and poorly blended. I actually had to purchase my own scissors to fix it at home, which is not something I should ever have to do after paying this much for a professional haircut. I've tried giving the salon multiple chances and have seen different stylists, but the issues have been consistent. While the staff is friendly and scheduling is easy, I don't believe the quality of service matches the price. For $100, I expect a clean wash and an even, well-done haircut and unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience here.

I called the salon and spoke with the manager, Laurie. She listened to my concerns and offered me a time to come back and have it corrected at no cost to me. This speaks volumes about their customer service and wanting to keep a relationship with clients. I've had salons ruin my hair and still demand payment (chemical cut - seriously!). Today (Friday) I'm back in to have it corrected and not only do I love it but I'm so appreciative of Laurie (manager) and my stylist (RaSheeda) for helping me. She then approached me three other separate times asking if I still need help when I had previously told her I'm just going to browse. Peeping between the empty slots of the makeup shelves, walking back & forth on the same isle slowly... I was walking around with my small backpack, and my brother for context. I know you're meant to continuously try & help people, but this was to an excessive degree and honestly felt racially motivated.
