This is a cute restaurant located in a plaza off of Airport Road. I had noticed it on the way to USA commencement. This restaurant was recommended by my local instructor following graduation events. The restaurant was able to accommodate seating for 10 people on same day reservations. Our waitress-- how I wish I recalled her name. But was very attentive and friendly! We ordered a variety of breakfast dishes from the menu and there were no complaints. The meals were freshly cooked to order. Visiting Mobile, we learned about the Conecuh sausage. Which is made and distributed in Mobile area. The locals mentioned keeping this sausage at their home all the time. Most of us at the table tried the conecuh sausage and this was flavorful, a little zest, overall good! There were meat lover omelettes, breakfast tacos, chicken, and waffle and many more dishes. The breakfast potatoes were delicious too! They had multiple flavors of mimosas. I tried the classic orange mimosa, mind you they do come in multiple sizes regular size or large size. I did end up with a large size which was perfect (I would've said it was two regular mimosas in one). As our group was celebrating graduation, we got us beignets! These beignets were light and fluffy and they had a strawberry like jam that went with them. Everything from the service, the atmosphere, and the food were delicious! When back in Mobile, I would happily go back to Bubbles and Brunch!! if you're looking for a brunch spot when visiting Mobile check them out!

Went on a Thursday morning so not crowded at all. I could see it being really busy on the weekends though. Waitress was good. Food was great! Didn't try the "bubbles" but will need to next time. Ordered: Banana foster French toast - really good! Filled me up for most of the day Cajun seafood omelet - so tasty! The sauce was great and so were the tater tots

We had a large group and were seated right away. Ordered and the food came out quickly and was satisfactory. I would definitely recommend for those that enjoy brunch. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and walked down to Buffalo City Soap to make soap for her bday. It was a great outing.

Had time to kill waiting on appointments so we tried the breakfast. Bright and open, smelling of breakfast and espresso. House Special Bloody Mary was tasty with a slight bite, fully garnished and delicious. My wife had the hot chocolate and really enjoyed it. She had the waffles w/bacon, adding soft scrambled eggs with cheese. She enjoyed it only commenting on sometime sweet and crunchy in the waffles that along with syrup was overly sweet. I ate the breakfast bowl, which was very filling with an over abundance of fried potatoes. I added conecuh sausage, mushrooms, onions, garlic cheddar sauce and smoked Gouda. Full of flavor and I shared half the potatoes with my wife. Our server was very nice and made sure we have everything we needed. If we'd had more time we might have explored the adult coffees and treats. Maybe next time.

This is a good little spot for a fast brunch. Portion sizes are good and service is efficient. It is a casual place so need to dress up unless you desire. I will visit again.

We were in Mobile for the day and decided to try Bubbles & Brunch. We rely on Yelp to choose where to eat. Today, Yelp led us here. The reviews were awesome for this place. When we arrived and walked in we were greeted immediately and seated. Heather S was awesome. She knew the menu and made suggestions ( I love this). We ordered and wow it was fast. The food was delicious. The waffles were too sweet. I did not know there was a thin layer of crystalized sugar on them and it made it way too sweet but my eggs were perfect. It's a nice place with reasonable prices. It was a good experience with delicious food.

I'm from Nashville I searched and searched for Mother's Day brunch places and this place was suggested multiple times.. so we went and sat there 20 mins I asked the hostess 2x was someone going to assist she said yes she just got another table.. yall the table had like 6 people. If you can't multitask maybe you're in the wrong field.. anyway mother day isn't starting off right thanks to yall.. we just walked out and we off to anther brunch spot.. I wanted to support this woman own business.. but will never return.

The service can be a bit unpredictable, and the coffee isn't very flavorful, but that doesn't stop me from loving it, mainly because of the Breakfast Brisket Scramble. It's full of flavor, really filling, and the kind of meal you end up craving days later. No restaurant is perfect, but The Toasted Yolk nails the important stuff: the food. If you're grabbing breakfast or brunch, do yourself a favor and order the Breakfast Brisket Scramble. It totally makes up for the little flaws elsewhere.

Stayed anyway because server and hostess were good and atmosphere was cute. I ordered a Power Bowl called the Garden Breakfast Bowl (I knew my mom ordering traditional breakfast for me to sneak bites from). I was hoping for healthy crunch and boost to my day. The vinaigrette was too much for the fresh veggies, bulgar wheat and quinoa. I'm not sure what you would put on that power bowl but that dressing was not it. It had too much of it as well. The veggies and avocado were fresh and ratio of other fillers was good. I wouldn't get it again though. Like I said I took some bites of my mom's traditional breakfast. Eggs cooked correctly, bacon was too, Belgian waffle was very good- fluffy and sweet. Pancake was basic. Overall, the whole experience was basic honestly. I wouldn't turn down if invited there but not going back on my own.

It was a Friday night and the music was loud, you can sit at the bar or at a table. It was several people eating in. We decided on the Wings with Cajun Nawlins fries, and the Bando Nachos. The Bando has a full menu and bar. The service was great and it wasnt a long wait for the food. I asked for sour cream and salsa for the nachos and they didn't have any so I stopped by the store to get some. I was super excited to try the food. It was super salty. Everything was salty. I tried to move past it because I was so hungry but it completely dried my mouth out and I had to stop. I was really disappointed. Experience 2: 4* We had to go back and give it another try before I left and I'm so glad we did! We had brunch. I had the Chicken and Strawberry Crack Waffle and my friend had the Lamb Chops, Shrimp and Grits. Everything was so good! Big A came to greet us and we told him about our food a few nights before and he explained that the meat is marinated and they probably seasoned it again. He was very apologetic. He told today would be better and he would ensure it. The food was fresh, hot and tasty! We really enjoyed it! We also got some gumbo to go and it was really good! I would definitely return if I was in the area!

We got lucky and found one of the few non metered spots on the street. The restaurant was a bit busy when we arrived, but they where able to seat us promptly. The service was good. Our table ordered several items off the brunch/breakfast menu. I had the Seafood Eggs Benedict. For the most part this was a solid eggs benedict. However the shrimp were away overcooked and rubbery. They were a bit smallish and just not worth the time or charge. Hands down the best part about the dish was the Honey Ham. It was flavorful and there was a good bit included on the dish. In general it was fine, but not exactly worth the $18 it cost. Cubed Hashbrowns: I mixed bag. Every order at the table the Hashbrowns came out a bit different. Mine were undercooked and crunchy inside, I like them overcooked and crispy. Others at the table had them crunch and almost burnt. You can have them come with cheese and onions. I suggest this upgrade. Others at the table had: Eggs Cathedral: Needed salt. The same dry shrimp as the other dishes. Another dish that just did not seem to justify the cost. BLT Croissant: Was an ok looking sandwich, there was a good amount of bacon on the sandwich, however most of it was very well done. $15 Kids "Egg Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 Meat, 1 Toast. Looked fine. Spot of Tea was not a bad meal and there is good diversity to the Breakfast menu. However nothing the table had has was great, just mostly good. The Shrimp however were just bad. It seems that they are cooked in batches early in the day and added to dishes as needed. So I would personally avoid the "jumbo" shrimp dishes. Side note on the shrimp they are the same one that was added to the bloody marry cocktail. I think the biggest hang-up is the price to quality ratio. If you are in the area and want an eggs benedict you may want to give them a try. For me however I think there are better options to get full in the area.
