Out of all the bubble worlds, this location has the best food by far. All of the menus are the same, but this location isn't as busy as the other ones so the quality is much higher. We always order the Hawaiian fried rice and chicken nuggets because they are guaranteed to be good. Dip the chicken in a bit of hot sauce and you're golden! This time we also had the kimchee hot pot which was really good. Really flavourful! This location also accepts debit and the surrey location doesn't which is also a plus!

Here's their promotion that they won't honour sent directly from Bubble World that expires 2 days from the time I tried to use it.

I just want to say that service and attitude of the servers and managers is just sub par. Slow service continues to hamper this 40 person capacity location. On top of that, they forget parts of your order, and food comes out so slow. This is my third visit to this location and I'm feeling it will be my last. The food ranges from ok to good depending on what you order; I feel the Surrey location makes better food. However, the Bubble Tea here is tasty and refreshing with generous portions and close to home for those that live in Langley. It's also unfortunate that they opt to hire extremely unattractive Asian girls with poor English skills. I think what really prompted me to write this negative review is that they won't honour their own promotional materials. I received an offer for a free bubble tea with purchase and when I wanted to redeem it, they said they would not because it doesn't show up on their Loyalty Program called Belly. My account shows I've never redeemed the reward but they said when you check in and if it doesn't pop up, they can't honour it. Most places I think would just take a look at your account and see... Yeah, this guy has never redeemed this reward. NOPE... Just straight stonewalled. Needless to say... Customer service... Non existent. Go for the bubble tea, don't ever bother leaving a tip except maybe telling them they should get their act together.

Food hasn't been good for my taste buds but the slushies and bubble tea or milk teas are good. However, I've had better

I came here for lunch on a weekday with my mom and infant son. Since it wasn't overrun with high school kids like nearby establishments, it seemed like a clean and quiet place to grab a bite. The service was much better than I anticipated considering the feedback I had heard from friends. One server offered to move tables for us, so I can park the stroller. All the servers we had were friendly. I appreciated having a choice of cold or warm water. Our dishes were served quickly. I had the pork with cabbage in garlic and chili sauce. The proportion of pork to everything else (cabbage, green onion, bean curd) was very low. The flavor was a little on the salty side for my taste, but much like what I had expected from a chain Taiwanese eatery. My mom had the three sauce chicken. The portion was smaller than what I had tried at Pearl Castle. She found the dish salty as well, but we do have a more bland palate than many others. While the washroom was clean and roomy, the addition of a baby changing table would improve the convenience.

My husband and I have been to different locations of bubble world. Both of us have food allergies preference. Maybe they are not used to handling people with gluten allergies? It took us a while to help the server understand what we can eat and cannot eat there. Over all the food is good 4/5 Service can improve with helping people with allergies 3.7/5 Portion was good 4.5/5 * the fried king oyster mushroom portion is bigger then other locations we been to. Over all was a pleasant experience just the service part need to be improved!

Bubble World is a solid choice for late night food options especially in Langley. Service can be lacking at times. We asked for hot sauce twice and it never arrived and on the 3rd attempt, my sister just walked up to the hot sauce bottle to get it. Food quality is alright. My go to items are the beef noodle in soup or salty peppery chicken nuggets. The bubble teas are not the best quality. However, if you are okay with the powder bubble tea drinks then this place has a large selection to choose from.

My wife and I love BBT. We've pretty much been to every Bubble World in metro van with most of the time in New West when we lived there. We were glad to find a Bubble World near us in Langley to satisfy our BBT cravings. The food at Bubble World is pretty solid too and this location is no different. Will be back

Great fresh fruit bubble tea. It has a new name now (East Meets West) and is tucked away at the end of the strip mall so it is hard to see.

What's appealing here is that their Instagram advertises daily specials so you can get some dishes for a great discount (like 40% off). We tried the braised combo (pork ear, pork intestines, fish cake), Taiwanese egg wrap, braised pork sauce rice with deep fried pork chop, and yam taro mochi balls. The braised combo is pretty solid - I didn't really like the funkiness to the intestines (I generally enjoyed it in barbecue settings) but the fish cake was fantastic. I also liked the texture of the pork ears. The Taiwanese egg wrap was a bit tasteless, so I wouldn't recommend. Braised pork sauce rice is the lu ruo fan which is a large portion with seaweed, bean sprouts, and soup on the side. Pork chop was flavorful and juicy but not crispy batter, which is okay. Yam taro mochi balls were sweet and chewy. I don't like taro but I loved this dessert! Service is okay. They give a water jug for self pour but the water jug was of questionable cleanliness. The specials were not discounted so we called it out and we weren't told that we had to put the order with a server, not the QR code, so it was a strange interaction. They ended up honoring the discount. Also, they shut down ordering 1 min before 10:30pm - guess they didn't want more money as we wanted to order 1 more dish and they preemptively told the kitchen to close. Sure it's fine no big deal, it was a lot of food.

Our party of six waited over an hour to be seated. If my mother hadn't spoken up, we likely would have waited even longer. Although reservations are not accepted, guests are placed on a waitlist upon arrival. Our name was clearly on the queue, but not in Korean and while I initially understood smaller parties of two or four being seated ahead of us based on table availability, concerns arose when another party of six--who was behind us in line (name was written in Korean--was seated before us. This was deeply frustrating, as we were next in line for a table that could accommodate six people. When we raised the issue, the hostess admitted it was a mistake, yet still chose to seat the other group first. They were 5th in the queue. Despite our complaint, there was no sincere apology, and we were forced to wait an additional 10 minutes while they set up another table. The entire situation left us feeling unfairly treated and discriminated against. As loyal customers who regularly spend over $300 per visit ordering family combos, extra dishes, drinks, and more, this was incredibly disappointing. Sadly, we will not be returning. There are many other restaurants that treat their customers with fairness, respect, and appreciation.

I ordered the cucumber salad and seafood fried rice with XO sauce, as well as tea. The tea came first, with a very nice Western style porcelaib pot and cup and saucer. Elegant! The cucumber salad had an interesting dressing, slightly sweet, but with a healthy amount of garlic. Somehow, for me, it worked. The cucumber was very fresh and served as a nice neutral base to build the flavors on. I was warned when I ordered the fried rice that it was spicy. Well, it was slightly tingly, but nothing major for my tastes. The rice was soft and loose and flavourful. Surprised by what looked like short grain rice. The rice came with some kind of whitefish, shrimp, and scallops. Also very finely diced red and green peppers, carrots, and onions. It was very flavorful, the seafood was very fresh and perfectly cooked, and tasty without being salty. I got a refill of hot water for my tea without asking, which was very appreciated. Price for one person was a bit high, but portions were large enough for sharing between two, and compared to other prices on the White Rock Beach, this wasn't too bad. I'm not sure, but it doesn't fit the typical Chinese restaurant stereotype.
