Corena took our design thoughts and not only included each element we hoped to achieve, but significantly improved the overall concept. She was prompt (or early) for every design meeting and walkthrough, and continued to be quickly responsive to any question or communication throughout the project. Corena and Nick are excellent project managers, with careful attention to detail at every stage of construction. This review is for their pool cleaning service and not their pool construction side. When my original pool cleaner retired, he handed my account over to Bubble Springs. At first well over two years ago the service was decent. However, they have quickly turned into a twice a week two minute skim and run. With that, I started going through our invoices and started noticing added monthly service charges on a almost every other month basis. At first, they would call and get a verbal approval to perform maintenance, now it just shows up in our bill and we have no idea of what has been done and if it was necessary. To add insult to injury, as I started going through past invoices, I found several charges that were for " stabilizer and conditioner for summer months" in the description . Unfortunately several of those charges were in December, November and October.... They also charge a ridiculous fee for "cleaning" the pool filter, when they simply just hose out the filter and leave the mess behind on my side patio.. Again, I'm sure their pool construction side of the house has done some great work from the pictures and reading the reviews, but the monthly pool maintenance side is less than desirable. When I called to cancel, the woman after I explained what my concerns were had no response whatsoever. I would look elsewhere for a quality monthly pool service company who performs better, and is up front and transparent with their "added" charges. read more

John, Corena, and Nick were wonderful to work with as we made decisions on tile, finishes, and all the other details involved in the project. They were helpful, professional, and fun to work with. In fact, I was so comfortable with their reputation and the way they treated me that I had them do the entire job while I was out of town. They kept me continually updated, sent me pictures, and talked through any issues that arose. Although I never saw their crew actually doing the work I was confident they'd do a good job because their workers have been with them for so long. I agree with the review from Joseph W. We too were handed to Bubble Springs when our pool guy retired. We also had billing discrepancies and trouble contacting the office. Our service man also does the quick skim and run. I never saw the pool brushed down and rarely vacuumed. I am very surprised that Bubble Springs does repairs. Our tiles are falling off. The service man just retrieves the tile from the bottom of the pool and leaves them on our firepit without a word. I tried to clean the gout myself and discovered someone skimmed a thin coat of white grout over heavy algae. Yesterday we discontinued service because of the service man. The representative did not question why. I would like anyone looking for a pool service to know about the Bubble Springs employee. He comes in the afternoon twice a week and has a key to our gate. He parks and sits in his truck for about a half hour. Then comes in the yard and urinates in our pool equipment area, skims the pool and leaves. When our car is gone he thinks no one is home, he throws our pool floats around and kick things in our yard. Yesterday, I believe he sprayed something in the face of our 9 month old Labrador puppy. Her eyes and mouth swelled up like a balloon. He could have come to our front door to let us know there was a problem. Instead left without a word. We recently completed an entire renovation of our property and had Bubble Springs quote on the project. They were engaged and very professional from the start. They listened to what we were looking for, created good design options in 3D software, worked around our challenging lot lines, and delivered a finished project that we were very pleased with. This project was done while we were not in the state full time, and they kept us informed with pictures and messages as it developed. As far as I'm concerned, there's nobody better then BUBBLE SPRINGS!!! They have built 2 pools for us now and they never disappoint. They will bend over backwards to meet your needs and make your vision come alive. Very professional crew and very clean. They never left a mess like some construction crews. In fact, my neighbors were impressed that they covered the street in front of my house in plastic so the street didn't get dirty.
