One of my favorite boba places! They have unique flavors that I haven't really seen anywhere else.

Still remains one of my top bubble tea places in Beaverton. Although it had been awhile since I've visited, the quality of their tea has never failed me. I just recently tried their rotating flavor "honey lavender" and am absolutely IN LOVE! The first sip, you'll taste a floral lavender just like the flower and the consistency is on point. I hate when places that don't give a "less ice"option cause I go there with the intent to buy a boba drink not ice. Elevating the bubble tea. Forget the powders and non dairy creamer. This is some legit stuff. They use real tea and real ingredients. I also love all of their fun specials. The price is right too when you think about what you would usually pay for a bubble tea elsewhere. Two complaints. One is that the cup is too big for a cup holder in your car and some of the specials don't have lids so it could be a messy trip home. Two is that the menu is just a little confusing if you've never been Otherwise the product and service are great. It's definitely a treat a like to enjoy when in the area. read more

I like not seeing the stereotypical large menu that has a long list of fruits, flavors, and "choices" for your drinks. Bubble N Tea shorter list guarantee consistency in the products they sell to you, with a disclaimer that they brew all their tea fresh! For those who may misinterpret their matcha teas (which is one of my favorites and apparently most popular orders that I have observed) as powdery or not freshly brewed, I did a little research and learned that matcha means grinded tea, and matcha is most commonly consumed in powdered form. So while they do not confirm that their matcha is freshly grounded, I will trust that their drinks are made with good intentions haha. Back from that tangent. boba is honey infused I believe because it is sweet to the taste = good boba. They allow you to vary milk types, thank goodness because I am lactose-intolerant (had two mistakes before I forced myself to remember to change milk types). They allow varying sugar levels too, which is great because I am not a sweet fan (50% sugar level with their fresh fruit drinks is the perfect balance for me). Cup sizes are the bane for my existence for this place! Their 25 oz. cups don't fit nowhere!!! I guess it's the perfect reason to stay in for a while and chat up with your friends/family/significant other over delicious yummy boba drinks. I came here after craving some bubble tea. I'm from Seattle, so getting bbt priced at $5-$6 is excessive, but somehow the norm in Portland. Ended up getting the matcha milk tea with homemade grass jelly at 85% sweetness (I think). The milk tea was EH. Nothing much in it, and was a bit bland, and I couldn't really taste much tea either. The grass jelly didn't have much flavor as well. Overall, very underwhelming and for $6, DEFINITELY not worth it!! read more

I'm happy about this place! I haven't tried very hard to look for great boba around here but it's the best I've had so far. I also ran into someone who lived in Taiwan and she also says it's the best around here, however the tea selection is very limited. The matcha milk tea at 25% sweet is excellent and the boba/pearls/bubbles are good. They're chewy and have good spring; no mushy partially dissolved pearls here. why you would want to go: -you can customize sweetness (25-100% sweetness) -tea quality is pretty good -they have the FAT cups that remind me of the ones in SoCal other considerations: -$5 is a pretty dang steep cost for pearl tea -little seating: there is one 4-person table, a counter by the window (seats about 4?) and the rest are tables for 2 people. Makes it hard to catch up with a friend over tea; have a backup plan in case you can't find a seat. -NO TARO milk tea *tear* read more

Yum! Loved that all the teas are real, not powder. We tried Jasmine and classic iced milk teas with boba at 75% sweet. Jasmine was floral and very different from other bubble teas in a good way. I've been coming to this bubble tea place for the past year! I would say I'm a pretty loyal customer because I live 45 minutes away when driving & on a good no traffic day. I've loved every drink I've ever gotten besides one. they made another one for me for free because I brought it to their attention. I think that time was very interesting actually because I got the honey lavender which I've had before and it was really good and I even get it now! The only difference is that time I got almond milk instead of regular and it tasted so sour and weird I don't know how else to describe it, but i couldn't take more than a couple sips without gagging. I don't really know why the milk made such a difference because it usually doesn't make that big of a difference. I've never ordered it with almond milk again but it still tastes great with just regular. That was my only bad experience but it still wasn't even that bad. Everything is good from there and their boba is incredible they do that really well. I've never had their hot teas though so I can't say anything about those, but I've tried pretty much everything else and wasn't disappointed by any of them. The workers are nice and always friendly even when there's a line. The place itself has a good amount of seating for a boba place and it's warm and inviting. read more

There can be a bit of a line for this tea, but oh man it's worth it. Bar none it's the best tea in the area, as well as best bubble tea. They don't have your standard enormous selection, but what they do have is excellent. They really focus on the quality of the tea and don't rely on milk and toppings, etc. My favorite tea in the area! read more

I forgot to take a photo of this, but they offer 100%, 75%, 50% & 25% sweetness. I love that ! I get 25% which means 75% less sweet than usual but it's delicious this way! I also get less ice. I only get the Vanilla Rooibos because it appears to be the only decaf option. It is DELICIOUS and the smooth, chewy, but not too chewy bubbles, are perfectly cooked. Smoothie or tea they are all one size and all $5, I have only had the tea. I forget what milk alternative options they have, I believe it was the usual soy, almond, coconut, but I would like to see macadamia, pea, hemp and my fave oat added someday. Maybe not all if they can't get a good price, but some. This is partially because of taste and partially sustainability. There are only a few tables here & the place was always packed pre-covid, so we'd stand or get it to go, or take it with us to the yummy Korean restaurant next door that I reviewed a while back. read more

I am an obsessive bubble tea drinker and I always find myself being drawn back to this place. They have the best Thai iced tea in my opinion. You can control the sweetness level, and they have milk alternatives. Loveeee the staff and atmosphere. Parking lot is small but it hasn't been a problem for me! read more

This is my favorite tea place in the area. They have 5 different milk options which is a plus for those needing no dairy. The bubbles are house made and sweetened with honey. The customer service has always been great and for the most part they are relatively fast at getting drinks out. My favorite drink combo is a coconut smoothie with coconut milk which tastes like the traditional Samoan dessert, poni popo. I go here about once a week. Definitely a must try! read more

I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this place because it has been my favorite boba place for years. Even when I moved to the Bay Area I still couldn't find a boba place that matched up to bubble n tea. Their drinks are amazing, service is exceptional, and fast! The only downside I would say (for me personally) is that they're closed on Mondays. That's usually a day I have off, and so I'm always sad when I realize they're closed! read more

It's hard to compete with all of the other boba places around Beaverton since they are located in a pretty isolated corner, not seen from the street. The drinks here are solid and the staff are usually nice. They just can't compete with places like Sharetea or Happy Lemon. This place is great, but there are just better places out there. read more

Compared to other bubble tea establishments, Bubble N Tea gives you your money's worth. The cups may appear to be short and fat at first, but beware: they actually hold a rather large amount of liquid. Unfortunately, the unconventional shape of the cups makes it so they are not able to fit into a cup holder in a car. I have tried both the matcha and classic flavors. Personally, I do not like my milk teas to be overly sweet so I asked for a 25% sugar level whenever I get a drink here. In my opinion, the matcha at 25% sugar level was still much too sweet for me. I do appreciate that the matcha is real matcha and not made from artificial powder. The classic flavor tasted very strongly of tea, which I enjoyed. Unfortunately, I could not stomach drinking my entire drink since the amount of liquid was excessive. I realized that I am really only just a fan of the actual boba pieces and could do without drinking so much of the milk tea. For others, they may enjoy and appreciate that the cups here hold a large quantity of liquid. To be honest, each cup can be comfortably shared by two people. I feel that if a single person drank an entire order, it would most certainly be a sugar overdose. While I appreciate that the flavors here taste more strongly of tea, I think that the sweetness can still be reduced significantly. read more

Bubble N Tea got me with not only their tasty drinks, but their cups are absolutely adorable! The average price is about $5 for a drink, which is pretty fair. The menu is simple with specials that do change from time to time. Once you order your drink, you can decide the amount of sweetness in it. It goes from zero, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% as their default. During my last visit, I got the matcha green tea smoothie with 50% sweetness. I have to say, I was a bit worried my drink wasn't going to taste well without being so sweet, but it honestly was just perfect! The boba was cooked perfectly, and the tea was refreshing. Bubble N Tea really elevates the boba experience to a new level. The drinks here are more than just bubbles, cream, and flavor; they are a liquid work of art. Every element of the drinks blend together to create a first-class cup of tea. The tea is fresh, loose leaf tea crafted with care. It's the little details that really make this place the best. Their matcha is blended with bamboo whisks, they measure their simple syrup with jiggers, and they are diligently focused on making each drink. The tapioca pearls themselves are the stars of the show; they give a healthy amount and are the perfect consistency. Though they do not have as many flavors or customization options as other places, they do let you choose your milk and level of sweetness. My usual order is a matcha boba tea with coconut milk, but the Pink Lady is something really unique if you have a sweet tooth (cotton candy in a drink-woo-hoo!) The interior is hip and inviting, so be prepared to stay for awhile. A tea masterpiece takes time to craft, and this place is always busy. The last time I went, the line was out the door, but I still managed to get my order in less than fifteen minutes. Love bubble n tea. One of my favorite places to satisfy my bubble tea cravings. I've been here multiple times and have really enjoyed every single drink I've gotten. I've tried the honey lavender milk tea, the matcha milk tea, the thai tea, and also the classic milk tea and all of them with classic bubbles. Milk tea was always flavorful and the bubbles had a nice chewy texture to it. This place definitely doesn't have a huge variety of toppings but you do get a topping with your drink without paying extra. Their menu isn't as big as other bubble tea places but they do offer most basic milk tea flavors. They also have special drink flavors that change as well. All the drinks I've tried are pretty sweet (I've only gotten 100% sweetness level) so if you don't like a lot of sweet definitely lower your sweetness level. This Boba place is amazing!! The staff are so personable and helpful. My mom told me that they had already remembered her order by the third time she came in. On top of the great drinks, the shop itself is just so cute inside. The only thing I wish they had were some decaf tea options but that's really hard to come by anywhere else too. Tasty $5 loose leaf handcrafted teas in fat cups. We got the Classic Milk Tea with bubbles and the Thai Iced Tea, and both were preeettty good. Definitely tastes different (better) than milk teas made from powder. The boba (bubbles) were the right consistency -- chewy, but soft, & didn't just disintegrate in my mouth. Despite being handmade, it didn't take very long to get our drinks. Granted, there were only a couple people ahead of us in line. Don't be deceived by the outside, this spot is smaller, but it's really cute & has that Portland/industrial/modern vibe to it. The only downside... the cups don't fit in most/all car cupholders, so you might want to enjoy your drink there. read more
