All these good reviews make me feel like I missed something. Saw the name of the place when I was at the mall today and figured it must be a boba joint. Went in and looked over the menu and my party put in our order. I tried a couple different ones and they were all pretty disappointing. I love boba and these just didn't cut it. In fact most of mine and others went into the trash. Also, the weird bowls they serve the drinks in are a bit much. Carrying around a small bucket of beverage doesn't seem very handy and if you actually took it to go and went to your car, you'd be SOL using any human-sized cup holder. read more

This modern, minimalistic, and head turning location is definitely my TOP boba spot. A new spot to the mall but definitely is eye catching Advertisements to the interior is what will drag you in. Although, the cups are chunky but it is different. They have plenty of options and the menu is well detailed. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. The P4X was delicious and my sister enjoyed the goldilocks. This is probably the best or closest to the best boba shop in AZ. That's a big statement, but I've been drinking this stuff for over 15 years. The drinks were tasty (I've tried 3 different ones!) and the boba balls were made well. I do have one gripe. Depending on who is making the drink, the blended drinks are sometimes too icy and you end up having ice blended ice in the cup because all the liquid was sucked out. I love boba tea..I was happy to see this place open up in this mall, because I like to come here for the bargains in the outlets shops. Anyway, I was walking off the calories from a Smashburger I'd had earlier on this particular Saturday, when I came across this new place. I cannot say no to boba, so in I went to try them out. The menu is simple enough because I always get the same flavor, Thai tea. So even though my tummy was saying, maybe you should keep walking off the burger first, I couldn't help myself.. So I got the small size, and sat at their cool yellow stools, to sip my drink. It was just ok, nothing to rave about, the texture of the bubbles was a bit off. So on I kept walking the mall, I needed to get back to the HOME store where I started..to get back to my car. Well I got done shopping as soon as I hit the parking lot, BOOM!..a wave of uncontrollable nausea hit me. I had been holding the boba tea down for the last 20 mins and could not hold it in any longer...out it came..all of it, along with some of my smash burger. Thank God only my sis got to witness this, phew. No more boba for me, for a while at least..and never mix with a smash burger..ugh. read more

Had such an amazing experience here. I got greeted with such happy and excited energy from the workers. This is one of the best smoothie shops in the valley. The manager especially was so pretty and nice. The drinks were by far one the best drinks I have had in a while. It was my first time here and I can say for a fact, I'll never come again for the sake of poor/ blatantly stingy/petty business model and practice. I have a habit of asking for light ice because I notice a lot of places use too much and ends up watering down my drink. I was then told that due to a new company policy starting this month, requests for light ice would mean an extra cost due to "getting more drink" as a result. Now here's the kicker, I proceed with the purchase and paying extra for light ice; when the drink is ready I find that 75-80% of the cup is filled with ice! Then does that mean, a regular cup would be filled with 80-90% of ice? Lol if we follow this line of thought then the company is charging extra for what amounts to a negligible amount of beverage on top of already essentially already overcharging their customers that just buy the regular without any add ins or modifications. This is just blatantly greed to a new level and not worth your money. The juice shop down the way would be a better bang for your buck. This review will also go on Google to better spread awareness of this new horrible new practice. Such practices should not be supported and only shows the awful nature of a business. read more

The 2 times we've went have been pretty good. We got the original boba milk tea with the regular boba. So good! They also have white boba which is very good! (Ask for a sample!) If you don't like your drink, they'll gladly take it back and make you something different. I would recommend this place and we will become regulars for sure! read more

To start i love this stuff. However every store that I have been to has had THE WORST customer service. Seems as though every employee ive come into contact with has had horrible attitudes. Just was at the Arizona Mills location with my family and had a craving for it. We went up to the counter and sat there for close to 2 minutes while 2 employees were sitting there talking to eachother. One looks over at us then proceeds to turn back around and continue talking. No hello. No smile. No acknowledgement whatsoever. So then I said hello. Then the one who first turned around and saw us turned back around and says "What do you want" with attitude and an irritated look on her face. So I said nothing now. She then smirked and said "k bye" and went back to talking to the other employee. Then I left without any boba. Totally upsetting. If I owned this company id honestly clear house and hire better customer service oriented employees. That or better management to hold these employees accountable. read more
