Sadly the taro milk tea had no sugar and tasted like water, I think the barista forgot to add sweetener :(. So a tip would be to try your drinks before leaving the store! Otherwise the other drink we got (chai milk tea) was good read more

Walked in, we were the only customers, there were 2 workers, they never said Hello or acknowledged or presence until we asked a question, even then they seemed very hesitant to help. I asked my friend if there was something on my face and if he felt the awkwardness is their behavior and lack of desire to acknowledge us as customers and help us, he felt it as well, we left! I will not be a consumer at a place that's clearly lacking costumers and don't want to help me! read more

Got two drinks: Ice Age and carbonated peach tea. I had asked for 50% sweetness and I feel that all boba places should know how to make their drinks good even if less sweetness is requested. My drink straight up just tastes like a watered down milk powder. The boba balls are hard in the center and have no honey taste to them. This coming from a place that markets "the original honey boba". Ironic. This was possibly the worst drink I've ever had. If you have the option to go to Sharetea over Bubble Bee, I would just go there. Never have I requested a bubble tea to be less sweet and gotten a drink like this. I've had a lot of boba before and honestly I've never had a drink this bad and overcharged before. Even Quickly's is better than this. I've been to a different location of Bubble Bee and the drink wasn't great but wasn't as bad as this. Bubble Bee markets that they knew tea well, but I don't think they do at all. I would reconsider visiting this location if you are thinking about going. read more

Probably the best blended boba I've ever had. The boba is not too chewy, hard, or soft - just the right texture and flavors. My favorite is the strawberry boba. The cups are a little awkward to hold and your hands will end up freezing if you're taking your drink on the go. The cover is easy to rip and will create a mess if you're not careful (or have a toddler who likes to grab at whatever you are drinking). read more

This place is simply cool. It has all the flavours and items you may crave from any Boba spots. The location is ideal and the perfect little surprise to find on your little walk inside the Quarter. I was thankful for the girl who prepared the drink. She was all by herself but she was holding the place down. I also appreciated the seating right close outside. It's good to get fresh air nowadays. But best of all the actual flavour will have me coming back. Definitely it is a place I recommend when in the mood for a sweet, and good looking treat read more

Love the spring break peach popper/mango jelly and the Goldilocks -mango Jelly mango popper peach popper. I didn't have really enough money on me to get this tea yesterday but I wanted it so bad. The cashier Lily saw I was struggling to pay and comped my drink. I tipped her the entire drink. Now that is customer service. This company will go far. Thank you Lily read more

This place is so yummy! I love the blended boba as well as the teas, so refreshing! If your in Scottsdale, you need to go!!

Best slushy I've ever had. I didn't think the tea would be good with it, but it's makes it the best. Very unique and will be going here every weak now. Highly recommend. read more

As someone who doesn't leave reviews often, this place was absolutely AMAZING!! No kidding, one of the best things I have ever drank. As someone who lives in the county, I try to get boba every chance I get, but nothing is as flavorful nor pleasant as this. I had a hard time ordering because of how widespread their menu is. They were patient and even offered help to satisfy my craving. I ended up getting the Berry Bling Bling, and was instantly soothed. Even my extremely picky sister loved it too. I COMPLETELY recommend Bubble Bee, and will be returning next time I am in town. read more

Nope, Bubble Bee is not a honey shop. This is a drink shop. However, honey is used in the drinks, and there is honey boba as well. There are plenty of different juices, teas, and coffees to choose from. Along with that, plenty of those drinks are made up of combinations of fruits that have creative names to go with them and will invoke thoughts of a tropical paradise. The drinks are good. I like that they are served in the fat cups. My preference is a fruit tea so I usually order one of the fruity drinks and substitute the popping boba for honey boba. On a really hot day though, the carbonated sparking drinks are a really good thirst quencher. Prices are average, and its location in Scottsdale Quarters makes it a convenient spot to grab a drink on a hot summer day when you are out shopping. This is not my favorite boba shop, but it is my favorite spot for a thirst quencher. read more

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now since I heard about it opening a while back. Now I finally got that chance. The interior had a cozy atmosphere and temperature felt perfect. I ordered the Cali Girl with Strawberry poppers and honey boba. I liked the natural sweetness level and how you can taste the herbs of the tea they use. The strawberry poppers were fun to bite on, but the boba does need a bit of additional cooking time. Some of the boba had the perfect amount of softness and some where somewhat hard. If they get that boba cooking time right, this business would defiantly be making the perfect drink. I also enjoyed the design of the cups they use, very unique. read more

its amazing each time i go can complain. I normally get the peach-pal. its kid friendly and all there drinks really are amazing great service and the drinks come out pretty fast. and the outside of the cup is clean which i love #NoStickyCups!! i will be back 100% read more

Decided to visit Bubble Bee with my daughter and wife this past weekend. We walked into their store and were instantly overheated. I can't believe their A/C is broken and they are ok with letting their employees work in such conditions. We love Bubble Bee drinks but we will boycott this location and find another boba place that has A/C and treats their employees and customers better than this place. If you want to sweat a lot, come here. read more

Yay for classic boba tea, smoothies, custom sweetness, and popping boba! Minus the squatty, won't fit in your cup holder cups, I love this boba place. I can get me classic milk one-half sweet boba tea, and kiddo can get no- caffeine, fruity smoothie with popping boba. I am thrilled with this addition to the Scottsdale Quarter! read more

Very cute little spot. I'm not a huge fan of these super wide cups but the drinks were outstanding. The kids loved the smoothie I got them and hubs and I shared one of their blended coffee beverages. Friendly staff and cute decor! read more

Super tasty drinks. Fun vibe when you're ordering. They are usually always somewhat busy. Only down sides I can think of are the oddly shaped cups (don't fit a normally cup holder in a car so best to walk around with) and the higher prices. Recommend as a once in a while treat. read more

Ordered their iced King Taro boba tea. Staff was kind and helpful -- no complaints there. Taste was good, boba consistency was good, and my drink was filled to the top. My only complain was the cups. Seems a little petty to complain about the cups but they're short and squat (as you can see in the other pictures). They're difficult to hold and wont fit in you car's cupholder. Maybe its customary to serve this drink in these wide and squat cups but it seems unnecessary and makes for a poor user experience. read more

This place is a delight!!! The staff was helpful and sweet, the ambiance was cool and modern and the boba was so creative!! I've gone a couple times but its on the complete opposite side of town so its always a stop when I'm on that side of town!! I just love this creative boba place!! read more

Bubble Bee - 4 Bobas! - Bubble Tea Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

Pretty stoked to have a boba place near home. We came here on a late Saturday morning and ordered a few drinks. I got the Original which has golden tea, brown sugar, creamer, and honey boba. Boba was good, chewy but not too soft. The drink itself was fine, nothing special but hit the spot. The cups however, so awkward. It's hard to hold in one hand (I have small hands) so we basically enjoyed our drinks in the store. Service was okay, as Layne D. described not rude but not friendly either. I'm more of a milk tea fan when it comes to boba drinks so their fruity options and poppers don't really appeal to me, and they didn't have Thai tea when we went so can't judge that one. Their menu reminds me of Boba Tea Company, kinda kooky combinations and cutesy decor and names for their drinks and sizes (baby fat and fat). Prices are on the higher side as well. Definitely a good addition to the Scottsdale Quarter but I sure am spoiled by all the places in Tempe and Mesa. read more

My boyfriend and I have been to this location a few times now and it is our favorite boba place in Scottsdale! I love the atmosphere, the organic drinks, and the cute cups. The boba is delicious and non dairy options are free (which is AMAZING because everywhere else charges extra for non dairy options). Most of the drinks come with boba in the recipe as well, so you don't have to pay extra for those either. The location is perfect and there's a lot to do at Scottsdale Quarter. I would love to see some board games or card games in there for just hanging out, but I understand with corona and all that why they don't. Overall, the perfect little boba shop, we will be back! read more

First time in, used a groupon. The staff was friendly, the space was clean. I'm new to boba, so it took some time to decide, staff was patient. Three in the party, we all got something different, they were all very tasty. If you like boba, give it a try, the large one was maybe too large, for me, I was full by the time I finished it. Next time I'll do baby fat. read more

I love Bubblebee but the last two weeks they have had no A/C and it is unbearable. They don't even have a fan out for their employees! Went in again today and there was still no A/C. Thankfully they got the employees some fans, but how do they not have A/C read more

The only reason this place has a spot in The Quarter is because it's over priced and teenagers keep them in business. Tea was okay, service was horrible. Girl with blue/ green hair, glasses and a medusa piercing had maybe the worst attitude I've ever seen. We get it, you hate your minimum wage job... doesn't mean everyone who comes in your path needs to be assaulted by your sass. Someone needs to teach this girl some education in customer service. To whoever hired her... someone who has a mad look, throws drinks/ straws at customers, and seems mad every time someone walks in is not the person you want for a job like this. Between my overpriced mediocre drink, and the attitude on this girl, I will not be back. read more

So delicious we came here 2 days in a row! Visiting from Tucson, we don't have anything like this where we live so we were super excited to try it. For anyone who doesn't know, Boba are the solid tapioca balls and poppers are the tapioca balls with the juice on the inside that "pop" in your mouth when you eat it. I had the Peach Pal, which was so refreshing and delish. It has bits of lychee at the bottom and a delicious peach tea. My mom got the Ice Age creamy drink with the new honey boba and it was awesome. The two gals working behind the counter were super friendly and helpful when trying to choose a flavor to get (trust me it's hard!) We'll definitely be coming here whenever we're in town. read more

My boba was very very very extremely god damn terribly hard , harder than a wall. Thank you. Do better, it tastes like crap.

The shop was very clean & everything was well set up, however the drinks are not as good as it looks. My tea tasted completely watered down. My drink tasted so horrible that I ended up throwing it away after drinking less than half of it. Customer service was decent, she was will to give a drink suggestion, but didn't explain the taste of it.. which isn't helpful at all. I honestly wanted to give this place 1 star because of how bad my drink tasted, but because of how pleasing their shop was I give 2. read more

My fiancé and I have been here a couple times and have sadly been really disappointed each time, because we LOVE boba. First of all both times they said their air conditioning was broken so it was hotter in there than it was outside so that made the experience even less enjoyable. The drinks are way over the top sweet (and I love sweet drinks and this was still too much for me) and tasted weird and like no other boba I've had before. The workers are always really sweet, but I just feel bad for them working in that heat during our Arizona summers. Good location too, just wish they had good boba. read more

Great little place in the Scottsdale Quarter. The boba was fresh and the drinks were delicious.
