After all that waiting, the fish tacos were cold. I asked for a refund, and unfortunately that became another ordeal. The owner didn't know how to process the refund through the register, and after waiting yet another 25 minutes, I finally told them to just give me cash so I could leave. From start to finish, this experience was a complete mess. Poor communication, no sense of urgency, no customer service, and cold food after an extremely long wait. I understand restaurants get busy, but completely ignoring customers and serving cold food after well over an hour is unacceptable. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I can't recommend this place based on my experience.
