This is our new favorite spot from beginning to end awesome food and service and atmosphere was great. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and we were seated immediately at a great table in bar section with comfy seats and many tvs.Our wonderful waiter Deleon was a delight he answered all our questions and was so attentive we will definitely ask for him next trip in.The food was incredible we had the onion rings for an appetizer and I had the chicken tender dinner with sweet potato fries and a side salad that was a meal on its own and really yummy. My hubby had the stromboli and it was really good and cooked perfectly and filled with all kinds of meats and cheese.We will definitely be back to try the wings and pizza. The food was good. The service, not so much! Hubby and I visited Bubba's for the first time on a Friday afternoon around 2:30. There were maybe half a dozen tables with guests and three or four servers. We got seated right away, then we waited and waited, and waited. Finally a server came to get our drink order and took our food order. I asked about military discount when we ordered the food. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer. It took so long to get them we were ready to walk out, when they arrived. The onion rings were excellent. Then the wait really began. We were ready to walk out again when 35 minutes later, Hubby's fish and chips and my California Chicken arrived. Again, both dishes were very good. There is a self pay machine on each table. I went to pay and saw the military discount had not been applied. It took awhile to flag down a completely different server or maybe a manager, to get the discount applied. So I am celebrating a birthday and a senior graduation at the same with my ex wife (and yes we get along). So we decided to eat after a day at the Person Village (separate review). My ex wife decided this was a good place for all 7 of us as it had a nice variety and I liked the idea as I don't like eating at any place I can find near my home. Chris greeted us and we were blown away by his charm and wit. He recommended the garlic knots. Now, most places have these already frozen and heated. These guys make their own dough for everything including pizza. The knots were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!If you want a great appetizer, the knots is very suggested by this reviewer. Now for food, they have pastas, sandwiches, burgers and more. Chris went thru the menu and we ended up with pizza and the lasagna, chicken sandwich and loaded nachos. We walked into the restaurant and were greeted properly. They have a full bar and Many draft beer choices. The menu is large and the food is fresh. They had some really good music going pretty retro and videos to boot on the big TVs. I ordered the chicken sandwich which has avocado on it it was very delicious really great crunchy thin fries. For a burger, pizza, and beer spot this is the place. First time here, we all ordered burgers and thought they were delicious and the fries were nice and crispy, and not too salty. The service was very good and attentive. If you're looking for a place to watch the game this it. They probably have 40 big screens. This was is not a romantic setting, this is a fun, casual environment that had a good drinks and food. My six year old daughter says the bun on her burger was as soft as a pillow. All of a sudden one of the female employees went over to one of the large garage door walls and opened it! The blast of hot air hit us in the face. We were saying "no, no, no" don't open that! She then preceded to go over to the other wall and fully open that one, as well. We immediately picked up our drinks and asked to be moved to the dining room. It was 95 DEGREES out!! This review was a long time coming because of COVID 19 when everything shut down, but we kept ordering food to go, especially from small businesses but this restaurant was one of those I really wanted to try and it truly didn't disappoint. The food was a little salty but the style of food it fits, it makes it okay to be a little salty because the food was very tasty, very well cooked and it was simply delicious. The appetizers were the onion rings which I have to say are the best onion rings I've ever had in this area, Bubba's 33 just made the competition sweat a little with the amazing taste and texture of the onion rings, I even saved some for the next day and guess what? They reheated perfectly, never got soggy. The pretzel bites were delightful, the sauces complemented the tasty dough that they use to make the bites, it was just perfect. The two pastas dishes had so much flavor, it was like having a singular amazing experience with each bite and the shrimp Po Boy was spicy and still flavorful enough to make sure you enjoy it. I really enjoyed dinner here. It has interesting decor and a great feel. The staff were all awesome and friendly. There is definitely something for everyone on the menu. We had chips/salsa and a queso dip to start, which was great. The chips and salsa were VERY good, which surprised me at this style of restaurant. At our table we had fish and chips, wings and the Bacon Mac n' Cheese and everyone loved their meals. The boneless wings were some of the best I've had - the Cajun dry rub was amazing - sweet and a little spicy, perfect blend. We will be back! read more

The reason for the 3 stars is because the atmosphere/music/TVs were so loud that we couldn't have a conversation with the people at our table. The food and drinks are normal. Classic American food. What gets this review a one star is the restaurant's COVID policies. Apparently the restaurant has not heard of distancing the tables for their patrons because the place is completely full on the weekend. They cram everyone in there and the workers only wear masks in the dining areas. The kitchen staff either didn't wear masks at all or didn't wear them properly. Won't be back. read more

My husband and I decided to try something new and were craving American food and good beer. This place did not disappoint! We got onion rings (extremely fresh and delicious. I got the Turkey and bacon sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was large and filling! My husband got the chicken parm sandwich and was just as pleased. We sat at the bar with Alex as the bartender, she was a great server to us. Good at her job and we could see the cleanliness when she had a spare moment here and there. Bubbas first timers. So exciting! Being that bubbas and Texas Roadhouse are sister companies we knew this place has to be good! When you walk in it almost feels your at Texas Roadhouse but instead of a western theme it's a musical rock type theme! When we went up to the host stand we noticed the workers were not too inviting or friendly. But we were just happy to be seated right away being that it's a new place still. For dinner I ordered the shrimp and chicken tenders with 2 sides! My dinner came with a DELICIOUS salad EXACTLY like Texas Roadhouse except they top their salad off with crispy potato straws. While sitting we noticed the hostesses seating people and being unprofessional to each other. Awkward. They definitely need to work on that area. When they brought our food out my order was missing shrimp so had to wait for it. The girl who brought our food wasn't our server and said that the shrinp would be comped considering we had to wait.... took a while to come out but when it all did chicken tenders were delicious but the shrimp were tiny. Everyone else at my table was satisfied. When our bill came we noticed they charged for the shrimp so we told NATALIE our server and she was very upset to have to take it off our bill and was extremely rude about it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She took the bill away to fix it and didn't come back for several minutes. When she came back she told us she wasn't going to take it off. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. Never coming back. Then the manager NILE over and said"from what I i see the bill is accurate" SLAMMED it down and walked away. Due to a couple previous positive experiences, we decided to drive the hour to have a late lunch (2pm ish). We got right in, it was not busy. We ordered our drinks and onion rings, I absolutely love those fluffy things... Sadly, they were super overcooked to a dark brown and shining with grease. We ordered a burger for me and chicken sandwich for my wife... The burger was really overcooked and flattened.. it tasted and looked like it was cooked on a greasy flat top... The chicken sandwich was ok, but the coating pretty much all fell off, but the chicken was tender. Both of our fries were old and way overcooked to mostly crunchy. This location needs to pay attention to their cooks and quality. read more

Food is usually good but was in on the 3rd of December for lunch and ordered onion rings when I ordered my drinks and it took a very long time to get them. They weren't real hot either. Wife ordered fish sandwich with tarter sauce and lettuce only, got it with no tarter and no lettuce. Had to ask for tarter sauce. My burger I ordered was way over cooked and had no cheese. Ate my burger anyway since we didn't know where are waitress went. By the time I had eaten over half my burger and my wife had eaten her fish sandwich the waitress showed up. Let her know about are order so she went and checked to make sure she put it in correctly and it was according to her. Well we got the bill with no discount for the order incorrect. I wasn't expecting them to clear the bill but maybe 10 percent off for at least the mistakes since we ate it anyway. read more

They have a great, outdoor patio area that includes large bar area, but it still has some air conditioning so you don't melt in the Florida heat. Loved that aspect and we were there for a game and they have plenty of TV's to get a good view of the game which was nice. Our server was TERRIBLE though. She would come up and drop a drink off and scurry off before we can tell her what we needed. One person would get her attention long enough to put in their food order and off she went while the other 5 were waiting to order. Again grabbed her attention to come over, 2 orders in and off she goes. We finally had to be like "I am going to order and my fiend ok that side of table needs to order after me to keep her long enough to get her to other side of table. Not once did she pic up any dishes, we just kept stacking in front of us and she would drop a drink someone was able to flag her down and order, them off she ran. Many times just talking to other servers, sometimes to other tables but we actually just had to laugh at how horrible she was and make competition of who can get her attention long enough to order a drink. The Philly cheese chicken and regular were VERY salty so if high blood pressure is an issue, not the food for you. Neither men finished the sandwiches cause of this. I ordered the California Chicken and it was actually VERY good. It was not smothered in cheese like most places do, just enough and the salsa was very tasty. Avocados were so thin sliced you really couldn't taste them, but with all the other flavor, it was still good. I would return for that meal again. But I would need lot of time and patience to deal with the service again so will not likely be very soon. read more

All the negative reviews about service is spot on however the food was good. Received most of our order 40 minutes after but my sons pizza took ONE HOUR! Waitress came over a few times with "a few more minutes". Manager did apologize and gave us a decent credit which I in turn gave to the waitress for her embarrassment. Not off to such a great start. It's a nice place - if they don't get their act together, it sadly won't survive the competition. Not sure if I'll return unless I have a few hours to kill. read more

5 stars is not enough for this place! Very impressed with everything that Bubba's 33 offers. My fiancé and I drove by and decided to stop and eat here - little did we know that it was the grand opening night. We were greeted and seated right away (I asked to be seated in a specific area and they were super accommodating) and given a free gift certificate for our next visit! Our amazing waitress, Gianna, was all smiles and knew the menu extremely well! She recommended a few things (including the Bacon Guacamole Burger I had) and told us about all the deals. Monday night is all burgers for $2.99! They don't up charge for sweet potato fries! We did not wait long at all for all the food to come out. It was absolutely D E L I C I O U S! Both burgers we so juicy and cooked exactly how we asked for them to be cooked. Everything about the meal was superb. It all exceeded our expectations! The bar manager, Amanda, stopped by and checked on us and was extremely kind. The whole staff was welcoming and accommodating! Our dessert - the cookie with vanilla ice cream - was so scrumptious! Food was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary great. Manager came by had no clue there had been multiple issues with service. Just did the regular manager swing by. Ordered take out on Friday evening. The food was hot and a great deal for what was given. I ordered the steak cooked medium rare and it came with two sizes. The steak was cooked to perfection. The garlic smashed potatoes and salad was hot and well seasoned. My only issue is that the pick up for take out is right outside the bathrooms. When you are waiting for your food you are directly in front bathrooms and blocking the entrance and exit of the bathroom. This was a turnoff. But the safe was friendly and food was good. read more
