Great service today. Came in due to an email about St Patrick's Day specials for food, drinks, and prizes. There were none of those The pizza was delicious as always, but it was missing the garlic sauce on the crust that puts it over the top. The loaded fries had no queso even though listed on the menu so we had to request it. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich was good. The bun was a little sweet for my personal taste. Really hate to leave this review because of previous visits of nearly 30+ times but WHAT THE HECK!!!!! It's dead here and I order the Grilled Chicken Salad - super simple and easy..... GUESS NOT. Got some shrimp appetizer too. I cant remember the name. It was good as well. I really enjoyed my philly cheese steak as well as my chili. Both had a bunch of flavor and very filling. They have several things on the menu I would like to try out. Overall 5 stars. Bartenders were attentive, food came out fast. They constantly checked on us. All the prices are really good too. Was told the wait time would be 15-25 mins for a party of 11. 35 minutes later was sat at two different tables. What's the purpose of waiting when they sat us at two different tables that were available the whole time we were waiting? Bad service, bad experience. Very disorganized. Sub Zero Rating From being run off because I parked in an unmarked curb side spot (15 mins later I see unattended cars parked there withput being questioned like I was), to horrible, horrible service for our party of 5 : 1. 15 mins from being seated to get a drink order 2. Ordered 2 appetizers, got them tok the table and finished them without any plates, silverwear or napkins being provided. We actually had to use those small napkins under the glasses to wipe our mouths and fingers 3. My wife ordered a Martini which never came out. She decided to cancel the martini after 35 minuites of waiting, when our server came by to check on us 4. ONE plate was served (to my daughter) as we watched and waited for our food. After about 10 mins I asked someone (a female manager I think) if normally all food comes our at the same time instead of us just watching one person eat. By this time, my daughter was nearly done with her plate. The manager seemed perplexed about this and quickly went to the kitchen to retrieve our food. Once we had the rest of the food served, my daughter was done so we did not have the experience of eating together....(Note : the food was warm, at best, and obviously had been sitting around for a while. Other Note : that manager implied the food service was a problem, but never checked up on us, did not aplogize and we never saw her again) 4. Multiple times drinks went empty with long waits for a refill. My wife said the tea tasted funny, so she asked to replace it with a coke. A few mins later, we were told the coke fountain was out. She asked for a Sprite instead. About 15 mins go by, had to remind the server that she ordered a Sprite because she never brought one....in the meantime my wife had nothing to drink in the middle of dinner 5. Food quality was bleh...one little cup of salad dressing for a large dinner salad (after she corrected bringing out the wrong dressing), took one bite of the bean burger and stopped eating it bc it was that bad, sauced wings were on same plate with no explanation what was hot vs mild 6. Dirty plates from appetizers were not cleared while we ate our entrees, so we just had a pile of dirty dishes that we had to navigate around as we ate dinner. 7. The female manager knew we were unhappy about the food service, but did not follow up with our table and did not offer any consideration to recover or retain our business ...We eat out ALOT. Its not a big deal to drop $125 - 250+ on dinner for our family. This dinner fell in that cost range. The only thing I ask in return for spending this amount of money is hot flavorable food and attentive service...we had less than either at Bubbas tonight. Thia is a shame bc this was our first time there and I largely decided to go there because the other Yelp reviews praised the service and food. I paid our bill and gave our server a customary 15% tip, although I was seriously inclined to do neither. I highly doubt we will return, Ill take my $$$ to other establishments that actually care about providing a positive customer experience instead of whatever happened here. read more

Then on Saturday afternoon, Mrs. Texas, my son, his girlfriend from Rhode Island, and I, drove for two hours, for two purposes. Okay...I wasn't too optimistic about but this place exceeded my expectations. Beer was cold. Pizza was fresh, Phin loved it. Reminded me of a New York Style. The Philly was great. My daughters and I decided to go to Bubba's today 3/12/2024 and the service was horrible. We enjoyed our food, but Ryan could have done a better job in providing quality service. We have been to Bubbas many times before, but today was the worse. First of all he ignored us when we were seated by the hostess. Second of all he was not attentive to our needs. Ryan didn't even ask if we wanted a refill on our beverages. He was very disengage. Even when it was time to check out, I had to ask him for my ticket so I can pay my bill. I'm not going to allow Ryan to discourage me from coming back to Bubba's, I'll just ask for a different server. Needless to say I left Ryan a $1.00 tip, that's just how I felt about the service he did not provide us with. I usually tip 15% of my bill, well not today. read more

We have been here several times and have always gone home happy. We have enjoyed lunch, happy hour and dinner here. Our most recent visit was one of the best. Our waiter was one of the best we have ever had. He was very attentive. Not one of those overly visiting waiters that are these so much you can't enjoy your food. It's like he would pass by and quickly glances our way and in that quick glance he knew of we needed refill, plates taken or more of something. Then he went out of his way yo get our 3 yr old a cup of strawberry and blackberries (they put in the drinks) just for her to eat. On top of that when he came to see of we needed to go containers, our 3 yr old asked for ice cream. He took the time to have a conversation with her and after getting our permission, he comes back with a small cup of vanilla ice cream for her. The perfect amount! The vinaigrette made up for it though; I cleaned my plate. My favorite dish of the night was the twisty cheese appetizer which was essentially mozzarella sticks. Truly the best I've ever had.
