We are tired of paying too much for breakfast. So we decided to go check out Denny's. Parking lot was almost full. Had no problem finding a spot to park. Went inside, it was nice and warm inside. Which I really enjoyed. It was a cold morning. Got sat down, and they brought us a menu and silverware. We started with coffee, I guess $2.99 is average for coffee now. At least this coffee was really good. Smelled good and had a good flavor. I drink coffee with just sugar and it was good. They brought a mini carafe of coffee, really cool. The menu has breakfast, lunch and dinner. We just got breakfast. I got the two egg slam, came with hash brown, gave it to Maria. It was just two eggs, toast and hash browns. Maria got the 55+ plate. Came with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, and pancakes. We shared the pancakes, I found a place that has really good pancakes. The bacon is two strips, but thin. It was enough, but I like thick cut bacon. The place is super clean. Staff is friendly. read more

Unfortunately as many times as I've been to this dennys at all hours of the day today I had a terrible experience. Me and my wife were sat and everything started off fine until we noticed 30 minutes had passed and we still hadn't received our food. We noticed tables around us getting upset that the waitress was forgetting things and taking long. We noticed that our food had been sitting under the window for her to grab and she passed it over and over and never came to our table. My wife ordered a cold sandwich which arrived and was burnt and hot, who wants to eat a sandwich that is now hot and soggy ? No one, incorrect bread as well but that is besides the point because all she offered was for us to get the correct bread on the side despite the sandwich being in poor condition? Lol. We then decided we no longer wanted to eat there and when she went back to inform her manager the response we heard her say OUT LOUD was "haha that's stupid tell them bye see you later" she then approached us and said with hostility "what's the problem" I didn't know which eye to focus on so when she got ugly I GOT UGLY and told her the f****** problem is the food arrived in poor condition, took forever, she forgot to put in our order and we heard what you said so yk what bye see you later. She only replied "go then" so we walked away and she mumbles "so stupid". I don't know how someone in management can be on such a high horse and so disrespectful but yet you work at Dennys and look like this. I suggest everyone take their business elsewhere because I will be taking this to corporate. read more

Very blunt gentlemen when I asked about substitutes for my lovely to get hashbrowns. The price didn't make me excited either. $36 before tip for both plates. The taste was not worth the price. Not that the restaurant was bad or anything negative, but this review is mainly for our server -- Chun Ye K or "CK" as her name tag said. The moment she greeted us she had a big smile on her face, walked us to our table and immediately recommended something to eat. She then asked us for our drinks to get them while we browsed the menu. Probably no more than a minute later she returned, still smiling, with our drinks. We ordered what she had suggested (The Lumberjack Slam) and it was delicious and filling! Yum The whole time we were there she kept checking with us and ensuring we had plenty to drink in our cups. Ordered an appetizer plus our entrees. Took 30 minutes to get our appetizer. It's been 1 hr as I'm writing this review and still no entree. Coffee tastes like warm dirty water. Tea tastes old. Never let it be said that I am not a man of my word. It has been roughly a year since our last visit and I must say, I am impressed. During our visit the diner was clean and fresh, the atmosphere was festive and the staff was on point. Our waitress was so funny I almost choked when she cracked her jokes refilling my coffee. Food was great and not overly greasy as out past experience was. Maybe it was just a good day, maybe they have a manager now that knows how to run a diner. No idea, but we will be back, and soon, to test that theory. read more

Do not come here late at night. Understaffed, undercooked food, extremely long wait lines even for mobile orders placed 30+ minutes in advance. Do yourself a favor and take yourself to another location. Awful night shift employee who cannot handle more than 2 tables. Not only did I see the manager pitching in with smiles and encouragement as a chef because they were short staffed, but I noticed new wait staff added to the experienced team, and there were more smiles from the team than I have seen in a long time. They were helping each other and there was no wait person standing around watching while a co worker ran around frantic with their assigned section. It's a Denny's, just like all the other Denny's. Parking lot is kind of small and can fill up but there is a hotel next door that you can usually find a parking spot at. Service was good and so was the food. Again, it's Denny's - nothing really stood out and there is not much else I can say. Actually, there is one more thing I can say - they are consistent - and in a good way. You go to a Denny's with a certain expectation and they always deliver. This is my first review ever and what better place to start than my experience here. To begin entering the lobby there was this distinct smell of like old mop water I can't find the words to describe it. Secondly, we were told we would be seated in 15-20 minutes yet I could see at least 4 empty clean tables within my view from the lobby. The table we got seated at is dirty but the female that sat us down immediately brought a towel to clean it up. As we were seated it took about 15 minutes for the server to realize she had our table. When she approached us she said, " I hadn't seen you all I'm sorry." So after she took our drink order I noticed a table in front of us that hadn't been cleaned since we got seated. I don't know if they are short staffed there but it wasn't even busy for it being a Saturday morning because like I mentioned before there was a bunch of empty tables all around the restaurant. So I want to say maybe like 20-25 minutes after our drinks were served we finally got our food and the server apologized saying it was busy. Going back to that table in front of us that still had food and hadn't been cleaned. Even after we got our food it still didn't get cleaned and food didn't get picked up until we almost finished so basically the food was siting there for a total of 40 minutes. I took a picture of the table with the food and then right after it got cleaned with time stamps. Our food was good and customer service was decent too. Overall I believe this establishment can improve its service and also focus on being a more clean restaurant. I will probably be going to another Denny's from now on. read more

Thank god we were in no rush... the table next to me was complains about waiting for their food (been seated 10 mins ) and the waitress said they only had one cook... for such short staff they did a good job. My wife and I stopped by for a late lunch on 2/4/2023 at about 11 AM. The restaurant was full but we only waited a few minutes until seated. Our server, Donald Miller was there within a couple of minutes to take our drink order and our breakfast order a few minutes later. He was courteous, helped with our menu questions and kept our coffee mugs filled. Our wait was about 8-10 minutes for our food to arrive....hot, and exactly as we had ordered. We enjoyed our breakfast and Donald checked on us several times during our meal and kept the coffee and water. The food was tasty and what we expected. All of the employees were friendly and courteous even though they were extremely busy. Kudos to Donald for making our visit a pleasant one. We'll be back. read more
