Great food! Good selection of entrees. Our server, Meagan, was very friendly! The crust on the pizza? Fantastic!

We will not make another trip to eat at this location again. This was our second trip to this location and the experience was absolutely horrible. We ordered a small hamburger & Italian sausage pizza plus cheese fries. The fries were really good until we noticed a huge rust spot on the cast iron type plate they served the fries on. Shift manager came over to the table and I pointed out the issue. All he could say was, oh someone must not have seasoned the cast iron plate. First mistake was it should have never made it out of the kitchen. Also the pizza we ordered came out all hamburger and no Italian sausage. Alerted the waitress and she even noticed it. Another pizza was made and it came out the same way. However, the pizza had no flavor whatsoever. We did not get charged for the fries and left without saying anything about the nasty tasting pizza. The experience overall with rating of 10 being best is a solid 2.. Won't step foot in that location again or recommend it to anyone. Goodbye Bubba's 33! read more

They have great food. A little spicy for me but perfect for my hubs. I have a very sensitive palate. So I eat their fish and chips. Haven't tried the burger yet but I am looking forward to it! Also the best pizza around. read more

It was amazing for my first time eating there our server was Mason and he gave us some recommendations. Super nice came to check on us often in case we needed anything. Great restaurant! Very relaxed, comfortable, friendly environment casual environment, I'd feel comfortable taking kids there but it's definitely set up for adults with tons of big screens playing sports. Have a full bar off to one side. BY FAR the thing about our visit was our waitress, Brittany. She is absolutely outstanding in making us relaxed, not rushing but attentive, very friendly, knowledgeable of menu, etc. But much more than that she's just a stellar person and it's very refreshing and we're so glad we had her as our server. Bubba's 33 in Tyler.. we've eaten inside before and the food was good. Not quick but good. It is pretty loud inside but that's kind of the atmosphere for that type of restaurant. Today we ordered "to go".. flat out terrible. I waited out in the to go lane for a while after getting the text that our food was ready. After about 10 minutes I called and told them what was going on. I offered to walk inside and get my order but was told to stay in my car and they'll be out. Waited another while.. food came out and when I got home, everything was soggy and cold. I threw it out. If you're eating there, you'll probably be fine.. but don't do order out. OR if you do, go inside and get your food rather than do their car option. Won't be back for a while. read more

hey everyone! my friend and I decided to go to bubbas one night. We came at 9:50pm not knowing that they close at 10pm. So we got sat, and we waited for our server to come wait on us. Shortly after, not even our waiter came to see us because she was so pissed off that we came in 10 minutes before they close. Like I'm not understanding because it is still money on the table. The bartenders, the assistant manager, and our server made it quite clear that they did not want us there. I was just very disappointed in the staffs reaction and how we were treated. So we faithfully got our happy ass out of the booth and left. My money will never go to this company again. read more

I asked for no salt on my fries they came out salty. I told my server I only wanted mayonnaise for my sauce and it came out with some kind of barbecue sauce. They remade it. It took awhile to get the first burger so the second one was delayed by the time I ate. Ambiance is a bit loud for my taste. read more

I am a bar manager myself and have never treated and will never treat a returning loyal or first time customer the way she treated me tonight... I love this place and the employees there and I tip very well every time being in the industry myself I know how much a good tip means but Fallon there was absolutely no excuse for the way you handled the situation and I will be talking to who is over her... I still would recommend this place because the food is great and so are the employees with the exception of FALLON and the atmosphere is great as well...FALLON THOMPSON... Tried it for the first time tonight. It was very good. I had a cheeseburger & side salad. My companion had the southern fried chicken with fries. We loved our choices. Although it was hard to decide, there was such a variety to choose from. The service was attentive & all of our needs were met. We will definitely be back. read more

Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper, food was hot and what you'd expect for this establishment, service was mediocre.

My wife and I ate at the Tyler location last night. The food was very good and so was the service ! We had the Shotgun shrimp appetizer, my wife had the classic cheeseburger cooked well done which she said was perfect and I had the fish and chips which had 2 large pieces of battered cod which were delicious. We love the Longview location but Tyler was disappointing. We waited for a long time for our appetizer. Then waited even longer for our food. No apology for the long wait for the food. It was not busy. Our waitress was nice but would disappear for lengthy periods of time. Food was very good though. read more

I have been to this restaurant four times and enjoyed the food, however, i also enjoy a vodka tonic with lime when I go out. Three of the four times the bar did not have tonic. I even met with the bar manager who said they would get it. Once again I went in today and no tonic. I left and told them it was inexcusable not to have tonic. I have told friends about this place because the food is good but totally not prepared for an older lady who enjoys a cocktail. I will not go back. Sue Taylor read more
