I ordered a bacon guacamole cheeseburger from the menu, I made my way through 80% of the burger before I took a closer look at my lettuce and Guacamole garnishments underneath my top bun. I saw a curly hair wrapped around my slice of shredded lettuce. Shauna a manager who was informed about my findings by our server came to my table and we engaged in conversation by me first stating what I found. Shauna the manager, then began to explain that the lettuce they use, her words exactly "just looks like that" I then asked what type of lettuce they use for burgers and she said it was iceberg lettuce that they shred themselves. I again stated my own reason to believe that the strand attracted to the lettuce was a piece of hair. Hair does not grow on lettuce and lettuce does not grow fibers that resemble hair follicles. Hair follicles that normally find their way into food hold liquids in the form of small bubbles that run along the length of the hair. This was how I was able to identify the hair in the first place. Shauna then goes against my intelligence playing me for an imbecile.l and tries to convince me that lettuce grows fibers that "look like hair, but it's actually not hair. It just looks like that" that statement alone tells me that there is no integrity to right their wrong. There is no integrity within the top ranks of the establishment. The statement I received shows that reputation is the only thing the managers care for. To top it off this was my very first meal of the fresh new year. A fantastic way to start my New Year's Day meal with my family, and no understanding from the manager. Lettuce does not grow hair and your managers take younger customers for fools. read more

Ok, so I have pretty high standards when it comes to service but I have to say i was amazed by our server John. We came here for the first time 10 days ago and really enjoyed our meal so we came back in tonight. John was not our server on our last visit but he remembered us from our last visit. Remembered where we sat and even what I had to drink. This place has been super busy both times so that's pretty amazing. We had the garlic knots today and I have to say... they are legit delicious. So good. My husband had the chicken tenders and shrimp dinner. I tried a pizza. Thus far we have not had one bad food or drink item at Bubba's. And the service, especially from John, was top notch. Heard good things about this place and gave it a shot. "It's more than a restaurant it's an experience." That is what the website claims and I'd say they live up to it. Tons of seating. Very cool decorations makes it feel homey. I felt like I had been there. Plenty of tvs to watch your favorite event and enjoy a meal. I started with fried pickles. Portion was generous with the taste to go along. I ran out of dipping sauce and before I could ask. Brandon (our server) was on it. He made the experience. Very attentive. First time here and so impressed with the staff and food offerings! Carlos was our awesome waiter and asked if we had been here before. We had not so he must have mentioned to Manager Shana who brought over a nice bonus cup with menu and Free Appetizer card inside. Did not expect this so it made that extra impression on us. Carlos was very helpful on menu and drink suggestions. Husband Phillip had the bacon burger and really enjoyed it saying the beef tasted like prime cut. He's been let down with other places' cut of beef... I had the fish sandwich which was a nice big piece of cod and loved that it came with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickle spear and the tartar sauce was yummy too! Generally, I don't like to go to chains, but a group of friends wanted to meet here, so I reluctantly accepted. Mondays, they have a $10.99 burger special, so I gave that a try. Wow, very good burger and a great deal in our current economy. I got a basic burger, but you can get any burger for the special price on Mondays. They also have other specials the entire week. Damn, I hate to love chains but this place is really good. The service was fairly quick and our server was very pleasant. We came here based on a recommendation from a coworker. Our Server Angela was amazing!! She was very attentive and made great menu suggestions. We had the bacon cheeseburger with fries and split the nachos. The food was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Angela came thru several times to check on us which made us feel welcomed. The ambiance was family friendly and casual, great for a Saturday afternoon. Steve, the manager, stoped by our table to say hello and that was nice of him, making sure our first experience was a good one. Bubba's is a sports bar, and therefore VERY noisy during games! But their food selection is large and everything we have tried is exceptionally good for a sports bar. There is a very nice outdoor patio where the volume of noice is a bit better. The service was good, even though they were busy. The is a full bar and everyone seemed to like their selections. We came here while in town for my son's baseball tournament. It has a fun sports feel and was a perfect spot to watch games as they have TVs in every direction. Despite being very busy, we were able to be seated quickly and the service was great, our drinks never went dry. Food was absolutely delicious, we had traditional buffalo wings,, meaty meaty pizza, and a side salad. Definitely will come back when we're in town again, and hoping they open a location back home in Southern California. read more

What a happening place for a Sunday! It was packed with, golf, baseball, basketball & race cars rockin all the tv's. We sat at the bar & received great service! The food came out fast. We started with the appetizer combo which I do not recommend since 1/2 of the combo are the fried pickles & not the mozzarella fries or wingless chicken! Would never order again, however my hubs burger was giant, messy & delicious. Make sure you have a spare napkin, you'll need it! Visited from out of town and tried Bubba's 33 for the first time on a Sunday night Food -- Everything was delicious! - Raspberry Chipotle Traditional Wings were surprisingly really good. "Raspberry Chipotle" sounded like an interesting flavor, so we wanted to try it. The wings was one of our favorites because of the flavor. Recommended! - Poblano Spinach Dip was another amazing appetizer. Also would recommend! - Sunshine Burger was good. The meat patty was very thick. We ordered it with a Cup of Chili as a side, which was also tasty. - Crunchy Fried Shrimp was nicely seasoned and maybe a little salty, but tasted great with some lemon juice squeezed on top and dipped with the marinara or other sauces. Service -- Our server Halley was so nice. She checked on us often and was very welcoming and friendly. The manager also came by to ensure that we were having an enjoyable dining experience. Came on a Tuesday night around 9pm. Fairly busy, but not packed so we were seated immediately. Our awesome server gave us a rundown as it was our first time.
