I came to celebrate my birthday here tonight and none of my family had ever tried this place and we were excited! I'm the middle of opening gifts I was RUDELY INTERRUPTED BY THE MANAGER (amber) She was attacking us about wanting to take a table because we weren't using it and we just had gift bags on it. First off you approached us the wrong way and that is not how a manger should treat their guests! Second does she know that if you just ask nicely people will respond better to you? We ended up sitting on the table so you can't take it since you want to be snotty with us for no damn reason. She must have had a bad day or something but she knew she was wrong because she never returned for the table and it's sad that she didn't even apologize. RUDE. They would have 1 star or literally no stars in this review but the second manager I spoke to McKenzie made up for it! She came over and apologized for the other "managers" behavior and she made us feel welcomed and want to give them another try. Also our waitress was so sweet and she stayed on her toes with our large party. She also apologized for the managers behavior and let others know I wanted to speak to someone. read more

Man this place is awesome. Brought the wife for date night and will be back for sure. She had a burger and I had the Super Stromboli. Ambar was our waitress and answered every question we asked and was on top of her game. Along with the food she will be another reason for us to return soon. First time customer. Brought the family. Waiter was very attentive and recommend some of the apps and entrees. Assistant Manger also came by to ask how everything was. Well everything really good. Had the shotgun shrimp for an app which was great. I had the 12" roasted garlic and cheese pizza. I like the brick oven type crust. Wife had the California Chicken with mashed potatoes. Chicken had a good flavor and was juicy. Potatoes was good as well. Son had the hamburger kids plate. Was impressed with that burger vs most other kids hamburgers at other restaurants. I also ordered a Bubbas size Bud Light which I think is a 32oz mug for $4. Can't beat that. Only pet peeve is that wall to wall TV's I think are overkill. Reminds me of Bombshells. Dined in this evening around 9pm. Our server was also the bartender. The burgers are $7.99 on Monday. We specifically asked if the Patriot Burger was $7.99. He said yes. We ordered 2 Patriot Burgers. We are a regular there on Monday night for the $7.99 burger specials. When we got the bill, the burgers were $10.99 ea. I pointed out to the server we were charged $10.99 instead of the $7.99 we had confirmed with him prior to ordering. He went in the back/kitchen and came back and told me the Patriot Burger is not $7.99 it is $10.99 on Monday. He then placed the check back down on the table as if it was my mistake to live with. No, you told me it was $7.99 before I ordered them so it's your mistake to fix. I always leave at least a 25% tip. On Mondays the bill is about $17 with 2ea $7.99 burgers there, so I will leave a $7 tip. My bill today with the $10.99 ea burgers was $23.79. I left $23.80 on the table and a note on the check "Your tip is the $6 I paid for the two $10.99 burgers instead of the $7.99 price." that way he knows I would have left the $6 for him if he would have honored the $7.99 price he gave me. Will we go back? No reason to go back if they are not going to honor the prices they confirm prior to ordering. This place has no customer service if they tell me a price before I order and then change the price and expect me to pay it. read more

This is the worrrrrssssttt place. We literally had to wait 45 minutes for a shot, for the manager to tell me they didn't have shot glasses... at a bar?! Then tell us we had to wait for us to get the shot before we could order another drink. Even including water for a friend who was pregnant. read more

Ordered to go food from Bubba's - first time I've eaten there. Five meals for five people. Unfortunately I did not check the order as I had assumed all items were included. When i returned to the office one meal had been omitted; when I called the server knew she had forgotten the item - and admitted she left it on the counter. So I could either drive back to the restaurant or do without what I ordered and paid for. If you want a reliable restaurant - try the Taco bell on Red Bluff. They know how to complete on order - unlike Bubba's. read more

The waiter and manager were nice. The margarita with patron rocker was good. I had a Bubba's 33 Bacon burger. The bacon tasted off like it was going bad but the burger itself was good. The onion rings that I paid $2 upcharge for weren't hot, warm but not hot. The manager took $5 off for the disappointing burger. Been here 6 or 8 times. Overall good selection and quality is good. Beer selection is very good. Not a fan of the frozen beer mugs, but I'm probably in the minority on that one. GREAT! The food is great! The drinks are great! The ambience is great!...Do not come here expecting a class joint, but if you want a real sports bar, with real guys watching the game.,,,GREAT! We went on Prohibition Night which was a nice '33 themed night. Great specials and drawings to keep everyone happy! It was VERY busy, and the service was a bit overwhelmed. I could not come up with a criticism otherwise, the hostesses and the waitress easily made up for the overwhelmed bar staff. Lastly the Manager roaming the floor " shaking babies and kissing hands" closed the deal. I will make this a regular stop for the games, and drinks of course. I've been here a couple of times. Exceeded Expectations 1) Chips & Queso, I was surprised since this seemed to be more of a burger/pizza place. The chips were crisp and seasoned. The queso is some of the best I've had around town. I was expecting some watered down cheese sauce but this hands down was the favorite part of my meal. 2) Beer - hard to mess up, but I've never had a flat or less than perfectly chilled beer here. 3) Sports/TV - if you want to watch a game or sit at a bar there is plenty of TV's and bar space. Meh 1) Noise - It's typically pretty lound in here so I wouldn't recommend it if you're trying to catch up with friends. 2) Pizza - It's ok, nothing to write home about. I'd give it 2/5. Mixed Feelings 1) Service is 50/50. I've had great experiences and I've had horrible experiences. read more

Been here twice now, and both times service was pretty bad. Food is pretty good but we had the same server both times (Eizenith). She is nice but never introduces herself or asks how the table is doing. First time we were up at the bar and she was clueless the whole time, didn't look like she was trained well, only knew how to pour beers...She had long nails that kept going in drinks when she garnished them or if a lemon fell on the well she picked it back up and threw it on the drink anyways. Never washed her hands, was on her phone at the terminal when people obviously needed to be tended to at the bar. Also her and a coworker were whispering and pointing at us so who knows what that was about. Second time around we got a table and she just so happened to be our server this time. I think she forgot to put appetizers in. Same with entrees, it was not busy at all, it was an hour before close, she was up at the hostess stand talking and laughing when we didn't have things. She walked past us a few times with empty drinks and didn't care to fill them, and when we did ask, she just brought new full glasses every time leaving the table cluttered. This place sucks a**. Terrible food and service. I don't understand how anyone likes this place at all. Went with a bunch of coworkers, tried a lot of their dishes (salad, pizza, pasta, sandwiches) and literally all of it was bad. Greasy, poorly made, poorly seasoned... just plaid bad. Also, we decided to get some drinks, and they were bad as well (margaritas). There are a bunch of teenage waiters and waitresses that don't have a clue what they are doing and how to treat customers.
