I went with The Cactus King, one of their house-brewed beers, and paired it with the original chicken sandwich--perfect combo. The Cactus King is a standout. It's one of those beers you sip once and immediately want to order again. Dressed with Tajin Their beer menu is impressive across the board--everything from crisp lagers to bold stouts. As for the food--the original chicken sandwich was fantastic. Juicy, well-seasoned, and served on a toasted bun with just the right crunch. Fries were hot and crispy too. Nothing fancy, just done right. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a mix of indoor and patio seating, great views, dog friendly and friendly staff who actually know their beer. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is worth the stop.

We decided to get the tasting option and try some of the nice variety of beers and sours they offered. I can't remember which ones I got but I also tried my daughter and sister's choices. Everything was delicious except the wings we ordered were dry-rubbed and were too hard & crispy to me. I'm very picky about my buffalo wings, though. The service was fantastic and it's a fairly big place that is probably packed on the weekend. It's family friendly, too, with a playground right next to their outdoor patio.

To top it off, this time the wings taste old, stiff, as if they refried them. I'm so disgusted.

This made the food unappetizing and not up to the quality I have come to expect. When I called the store to report the issue, I was offered only a 15% discount and repeatedly told that I should have brought the order back for a remake. Unfortunately, I was on a 30-minute lunch break, and given that it takes me 15 minutes each way to reach the location, returning was not a realistic option. During the call, I was also told that there was a new employee and that what I was seeing was likely just extra butter mixture. However, what I received was clearly excessive grease, not simply sauce, and it significantly affected the quality of the meal. I later received a call from the manager on duty, whose tone I found unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they continued to insist that I should have returned to the store, despite my explanation. This response felt dismissive and frustrating. I have visited this location before and have not had issues like this, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both food quality and customer service.

I wish there was an option for 0/5 stars. Do yourself a favor and just drive right by this place…read moreand don't bother stopping in. It has no redeemable qualities whatsoever. The service was horrible, we sat there being passed by at least 6 different servers for the first 15 mins with no acknowledgment, no drinks and not even handed menus at the very least. When we finally got to order it took at least 30 mins to get to us. The mozzarella sticks are straight out of a freezer bag, you can tell, and the spinach wrap was soggy. Not even that, I asked for no avocado because I'm allergic and what did I find at the very bottom of it? Exactly that. So clearly they don't care about allergies! We were never checked on, any time we needed something (like a drink) we had to flag someone down. Even to pay the bill we had to go through 3 people to track down whoever was supposed to be our server. The servers were unpleasant as well, they were too busy talking to eachother to even know what's going on. I will never step foot inside of this place again, coming here in the first place was a huge mistake. Like I said, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I bet the Denny's down the street would serve you better than this place ever could.

They have a good amount of tables so even though there were a lot of people there it didn't feel packed. Our server was great! He was a bartender inside and worked our group of about 16 people at the same time. We never lacked for drinks or food at all. Our area had at least 3 TVs so I was able to catch every sporting event that was going on while hanging out, it was a great time. I tried the steak fingers and some crawfish, both were great! The steak fingers had nice crisp to them and the crawfish was boiled well and had good flavor. Every drink I tried was delicious, I tried a margarita and could have kept sipping those but opted to go with draft beer instead. There are so many menu options I definitely want to come back to try more food and drinks. They have an area with a pool table and darts, it looked nice but I didn't hang out there. Bathrooms were pretty clean and readily available, no lines even when the place was packed. They also have plenty of parking.

***Tip-Shaming Alert***…read more This could easily be a four-star review for my pick-up order were it not for the quasi tip-shaming at the counter and the mediocre egg roll that had obviously sat in a warmer much longer than it needed to. First, the food here is delicious (for the most part); the employees are kind; and this place is as clean as it can be. The hot & sour soup here is among the best in the area. It has a little zing and plenty of velvety egg strands. It's fun and flavorful. The steamed dumplings tasted like they were made with TLC, unlike the afterthought versions at so many other joints these days. The chicken fried rice, which I did not sample, received rave reviews from the family. The General Tso's Shrimp was absolutely divine! Plump shrimp encased in a light batter, with a wonderfully piquant sauce. The egg rolls, however, were a total miss. Check out my photo, and you'll see one egg roll that's as flat as an envelope, while the other is round. Though you cannot see in the photos, there were also indentions on the (flat) egg roll from a warmer rack. In addition to it being flat, it was stale. The other egg roll was fine, albeit mediocre and not worth a future order. Why would someone in the kitchen think that it's OK to keep something in a warmer for hours and serve it to a customer? Finally, the internet wasn't properly working when I picked up my order, so they had to bring a dude from the back to crank everything up again. My order was $40 and change, and he looked at me and asked me what tip I would like to add. My answer? "No tip!" I'm sure they weren't happy, but I couldn't care less. -- I placed an order over the phone, drove to the restaurant, waited at the counter while they worked out their internet issues .... and then arrived home to realize that I paid for an egg roll that would've been fresher at 7-11. And they want a tip? Seriously? As I've mentioned in previous reviews, a gratuity is a gratuity. If you ask for it, you won't get it. If you work the counter and basically hand me a bag, you probably won't get it. And if you put me on the spot at the counter, not only will I say "no tip," but I will also let the world know that they will be guilted into paying for something that the business itself should be taking care of. Rant over. By all means, patronize this place. The food is delicious. Just don't let them serve you an old egg roll or guilt you into paying the salaries that they should be paying.
