Build your own burger and garlic fries

Chloe is the best!!!! My family went excited to try the goodness everyone has been talking about and let's just say it's true! We had the best cheese sticks. Then everyone's dish was amazing. I can't wait to bring more friends to try this place!!!?

The burgers are so good. They are a double patty smash burger with a nice crusty edge. Get the garlic parm fries. They are not oily and not over garliced. The seasoned tots are really good too. They even made them extra crispy for my mom. The service was friendly and very attentive. Will 100% make this one of my go tos for burgers.

Only downside is their fries, I got the garlic parmesan and they didn't taste that good, but some ketchup fixed it.

We wanted…read moresomewhere to chill for happy hour before we had to pick up my nephew from school and this came up on the Google Maps search. It was a hit for all 3 of us! We decided to get the tasting option and try some of the nice variety of beers and sours they offered. I can't remember which ones I got but I also tried my daughter and sister's choices. Everything was delicious except the wings we ordered were dry-rubbed and were too hard & crispy to me. I'm very picky about my buffalo wings, though. The service was fantastic and it's a fairly big place that is probably packed on the weekend. It's family friendly, too, with a playground right next to their outdoor patio.

**Tip-Shaming Warning**…read more I really want to love this place. The atmosphere is great; I hear they are community minded; and everyone here has always been nice. But this joint can't decide whether it is a bar or a restaurant. I have previously talked about how spectacular the fish & chips are -- then they removed them from the menu. This weekend, I took my father to this place only to find out that the lunch menu selection wouldn't fill a napkin. Not to mention, they were out of mustard. What respectable joint in Texas runs out of mustard when hamburgers are on the menu? About the burger... The cheeseburger and fries are quite a bit more expensive here than legit burger joints in our area such as Stomp's or Tookies. Further, I've had better burgers in a commissary and at amusement parks. There is nothing fresh about the meat. And then there's the mustard. When I order a burger with mustard (and you don't have mustard), why bring it to me dry? A decent server would come to the table and say "Sir, I know you wanted mustard, but we don't have any." Additionally, I asked for a side of pickles with my burger, which didn't come. So I asked the server, in the presence of the food runner, "Can you bring me the side of pickles?" The food runner chimed in "They're on the burger." -- I wanted to jump down his throat, but I instead ignored him and redirected my comment to the server (whom I requested the side of pickles when I placed my order.) In addition to the marginal food, the customer service here is quite lacking. Though our server was a nice guy, he seemed to half-ass everything. And then he brought the iPad and stood over us while we paid the bill ... which included pre-set tip amounts. I've worked in food service, as has pretty much everyone in my family. When you stand over me while I'm calculating your gratuity, you are likely to get squat. -- Even the Wall Street Journal has written about the gauche nature of this "tip shaming" practice. And so, our server got what he deserved ... very little. (If he'd left me with the iPad and moved on, I likely would've felt more charitable. His mistake.) This place could and should do better. But it needs to decide whether it wants to be a restaurant or a bar. It could do both, but not for long in the way they are currently operating.

We got the notification it was ready about when I arrived. On their screen my order said that it was ready so I asked and they said it wasn't done yet. 25 min later my food was "ready" guy at the counter kept saying "sorry, can I offer you a water cup?" (Like that helps) After getting home, multiple items were missing. Thankfully we live close so I drove back. Kid tried to charge me for the missing items. After explaining that they were already paid for and owed to me he said sorry. Now for the worst part. An employee ON SHIFT, was in the lobby kissing and being rubbed on by a customer. Two families were there eating and this person was being wildly inappropriate. It was truly disgusting. I don't ever post or comment shit like this but this was above looking the other way. Absolutely ridiculous that a business can operate with employees acting so unprofessionally.

They have a good amount of tables so even though there were a lot of people there it didn't feel packed. Our server was great! He was a bartender inside and worked our group of about 16 people at the same time. We never lacked for drinks or food at all. Our area had at least 3 TVs so I was able to catch every sporting event that was going on while hanging out, it was a great time. I tried the steak fingers and some crawfish, both were great! The steak fingers had nice crisp to them and the crawfish was boiled well and had good flavor. Every drink I tried was delicious, I tried a margarita and could have kept sipping those but opted to go with draft beer instead. There are so many menu options I definitely want to come back to try more food and drinks. They have an area with a pool table and darts, it looked nice but I didn't hang out there. Bathrooms were pretty clean and readily available, no lines even when the place was packed. They also have plenty of parking.

The service was horrible, we sat there being passed by at least 6 different servers for the first 15 mins with no acknowledgment, no drinks and not even handed menus at the very least. When we finally got to order it took at least 30 mins to get to us. The mozzarella sticks are straight out of a freezer bag, you can tell, and the spinach wrap was soggy. Not even that, I asked for no avocado because I'm allergic and what did I find at the very bottom of it? Exactly that. So clearly they don't care about allergies! We were never checked on, any time we needed something (like a drink) we had to flag someone down. Even to pay the bill we had to go through 3 people to track down whoever was supposed to be our server. The servers were unpleasant as well, they were too busy talking to eachother to even know what's going on. I will never step foot inside of this place again, coming here in the first place was a huge mistake. Like I said, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I bet the Denny's down the street would serve you better than this place ever could.

***Tip-Shaming Alert***…read more This could easily be a four-star review for my pick-up order were it not for the quasi tip-shaming at the counter and the mediocre egg roll that had obviously sat in a warmer much longer than it needed to. First, the food here is delicious (for the most part); the employees are kind; and this place is as clean as it can be. The hot & sour soup here is among the best in the area. It has a little zing and plenty of velvety egg strands. It's fun and flavorful. The steamed dumplings tasted like they were made with TLC, unlike the afterthought versions at so many other joints these days. The chicken fried rice, which I did not sample, received rave reviews from the family. The General Tso's Shrimp was absolutely divine! Plump shrimp encased in a light batter, with a wonderfully piquant sauce. The egg rolls, however, were a total miss. Check out my photo, and you'll see one egg roll that's as flat as an envelope, while the other is round. Though you cannot see in the photos, there were also indentions on the (flat) egg roll from a warmer rack. In addition to it being flat, it was stale. The other egg roll was fine, albeit mediocre and not worth a future order. Why would someone in the kitchen think that it's OK to keep something in a warmer for hours and serve it to a customer? Finally, the internet wasn't properly working when I picked up my order, so they had to bring a dude from the back to crank everything up again. My order was $40 and change, and he looked at me and asked me what tip I would like to add. My answer? "No tip!" I'm sure they weren't happy, but I couldn't care less. -- I placed an order over the phone, drove to the restaurant, waited at the counter while they worked out their internet issues .... and then arrived home to realize that I paid for an egg roll that would've been fresher at 7-11. And they want a tip? Seriously? As I've mentioned in previous reviews, a gratuity is a gratuity. If you ask for it, you won't get it. If you work the counter and basically hand me a bag, you probably won't get it. And if you put me on the spot at the counter, not only will I say "no tip," but I will also let the world know that they will be guilted into paying for something that the business itself should be taking care of. Rant over. By all means, patronize this place. The food is delicious. Just don't let them serve you an old egg roll or guilt you into paying the salaries that they should be paying.
