I took my lawnmower out there August 18, 2023 and I'm just now getting my lawnmower Back, December 6 2023 so I had them fix the handle a brand new handle but they put on a different handle from the original one I had on one to where they had to do some modifications he told me that he was gonna put some new blades on there because he said the blades were worn down. There's no new blades on there so as they were taking the bar off. They should've noticed that the cable was worn, but they didn't bother to fix that. I will never take my lawnmower back out to these people again they're unreliable and it just seems like once again want to say what I really want to say. read more

I am very disappointed in the repair / maintenance service here. I dropped off my FS111R trimmer and FS56RC brush cutter on 5/31 for "tune up". I was told it should be a "couple of weeks" to complete the work. I added a week to that in my own mind because I am not a commercial customer and this is the middle of the peak season. 3 weeks would have been fine. At 3 weeks I called to check on progress and none had been made. On my 3rd call at week 5, I was told that they had been waiting for my approval on the cost for my trimmer which needed parts, I gave that and offered to pay up front if it would help. I ended up calling 5 times, each time being asked, "hasn't anyone called you yet?" I am finally getting my equipment back today, 7/17, nearly 7 weeks after I dropped it off. My one star is for Brandy who has been pleasant on the phone each time I have called despite her own frustration over the situation. By contrast, my experience with the Stihl shop in Yelm is that regardless of the season, they promise my equipment will be done "in a week or so" and it's always been done in a couple of days. Bryant's picked up my Craftsman riding mower in April, for a major tuneup. After not a word for a month I called, they said they were waiting on parts. Another 2 weeks, same story, so I went down. Found my mower out back in a sea of other mowers tagged for repair. After weeks of calling and visiting (basically constant hounding from me) it was ready in early OCTOBER! I waited in line for about 5 minutes to only watch Bryan be rude to another customer, because he wasn't familiar with how to properly operate a lawn mower he was being hostile towards the customer. I did not buy my lawn mower from here, but they offer warranty work for Honda, which Honda's policy is 3 years from date of purchase. Best small business for top quality lawn care machines! The customer service is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. All their sales staff is extremely knowledgeable about every product and the shelves are always stocked. As a new homeowner these guys have taken care of my lawn equipment. The only "bad" thing to note is that if you have a big truck (250/2500 or larger) you better know how to drive it, because their parking lot is tight to say the least. read more

Poor customer service and has been for years. I have been going here for many years because it's the only local Cub Cadet service. But I finally had my fill and complained about the 3 week wait time. Okay I understand that 3 weeks isn't unreasonable but why does my tractor need to be parked in their lot doing nothing for three weeks? Why not allow me to be listed in the queue and bring it in a week before service? That way I can still be using it. When l grumbled they said, "if you don't like it go somewhere else!" They claim to be a Cub Cadet distributor, bought the mower from Cub Cadet.com and was told bryants would fulfill the order. Bryants didn't even contact me before they cancelled the order. I will be posting a negative feedback with cub cadet for this "Authorized" distributor. Reading other reviews people are posting against bryant's. i suspect they won't be authorized for long. At least if they talked to me in person, i'd be ok with cancelling, but to just ignore me instead of working with your retailer to have my order moved or something. Now I have to wait for the credit to clear to start the process over again. read more

Terrible customer service, they obviously don't want the business because they chased me off pretty quickly and I won't be going back, I have a pre-approved warranty case with the manufacture of the machine. I was just told that I had to take it to a factory authorized dealer for the repair and they would send them the parts and cover the labor, which is not a lot. Damn near free money I already did all of the leg work. They denied that I had called them beforehand (which I did) spoke with the service manager about it. Denied that they were contacted by the manufacture ( which they were) I talked to the representative from the manufacture after I left and he was clearly upset because he had called them about it. Attention potential customers of any service & parts shop, if you did not purchase your equipment from them, or if it has never been serviced their shop, they need the model and serial numbers of the equipment & engine you are needing parts for. Without this information, no one can get the correct parts for you. It's like going to the auto parts store and tell them you need spark plugs for a Chevy. They will require more information, as lawn & garden equipment have different parts. We want to get you the correct part the first time, but when a customer insists we give them a part because "they are all the same", then they come back cussing at us (saying F-YOU! over and over) that we gave them the wrong part, then they write bad reviews on here. this is the worst place to take anything to. Took our genatrator there gave them $40 to look at it and tell us what was wrong 6 days later we call them and they called us back to tell us it would be $500 to fix the carbarator which is more then we paid for it. my husband went to pick it up and it was in pieces they said it would be another $50 to put it back together. The guys showed me how to work them, how to hook them up, how to do the electrical panel on the house, and how to change the oil! When I got home, I hooked it all up, and it worked!!! So my husband and I were trying to buy a new cub cadet mower. Already had the model in mind.... easy sale. We decided to support a local small business since this pandemic is making it hard for a lot of businesses to survive. I called 3 times prior to going in and no one picked up. So we decided to drive down there to make the purchase. As we pulled in, I'm assuming it's Bryant, he seemed overwhelmed. He shouted he is only doing business over the phone. And continued to assist servicing some other guy's mower. So I asked, if there was any specific time i should call since I attempted 3 times earlier. He yelled back, "I'm the only one here and doing this right now. I can't go in to pick up the phone. You can call when I go back inside." So I left and immediately ordered the mower from tractor supply and it'll be sent directly to my house!!!! So much easier than dealing with a crabby old man! read more

If I would I wouldn't give this place ANY stars. We had a riding mower that needed repair. Didn't know what happened. After about 4 weeks we finally heard from someone and 2 weeks after that Bill's son Tom came out to look at it. He didn't have the part so he took it to the shop. This all started in April. It's not a fancy riding mower and we bought it used for $500. After a couple weeks (now June) and no call we finally drove down to the place to ask about it. They said it had gotten a tune up. That's not what it was there for. Tom wasn't around as usual and the employees were not surprised and told us we weren't the first customers to complain. Bill seemed reasonable and was going to look into it. We told him that if it was more than $250/300 we didn't want to do the work b/c the mower isn't worth that much. After another 2 weeks and still no call we called again. The woman over the phone said the mower was ready and the bill was just shy of $700!!!! So again we went down there to talk to Bill. He wasn't there. Was told he'd call. Almost another week goes by and no call. Finally talk to Bill. He says that since my husband said he was going out of town that he just did the work anyway and that's what it cost. I said we aren't paying that, you might as well keep it. Bill says "ok!" WTH?! Is this really how they do business?? Even their employee didn't understand it. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. read more

The worst experience i have ever had with any business. Dropped off our riding lawn mower on may 13th and were promised that out mower would be inspected within 8 days. Fast forward 12 days to thursday I called and were promised a call with an update on saturday(2 days after my call). However i never received a call and decided to call again on wednesday only to talk to very confused people who have no idea whats going on. Then again i was promised a call with an update the day after which i never received. Fast forward to june 5th I decided to call again where i spoke with bill(the owener) and was told he will look into it and call me the day after which he didnt so I called again to be told id get a call by the end of the day which i did only to be told I need to wait some more. Now june 9th I call again to speak with bill who said he'd call me later which he did. However, this time he probably lost his patience and decided to scare me off with a 500$ repair which is nonsense on a 700$ mower. Despite that I thought ok at least he might be able to tell me what wrong with the mower but surprise surprise, no idea whats wrong with it still and I dont know how he came up with that estimate without even knowing what the problem was. Then I said no thank you I'll pick it up. Then when I arrived to pick it up I discovered that it was left outside the whole month! When i pointed it out they said i should have asked for special treatment! What!? No! Thats just common sense the every customer should get the best treatment of protecting their expensive equipment. Now theres mold on the sit and they just kicked us off the lot as fast as they could. They have horrible customer service and dont know anything about mower unless its a stihl equipment. All they had to do was call me after the promised 8 days and say "we're sorry we cant fix it" and thats it would have been a million times more professional. Took my chain saw there two weeks ago and i had to have it back for a job, they told me it might be possible but not fir sure, but the sales person gave me solid assurance he would get put it as a priority as two weeks seemed possible. - then I call back and they have not even looked at it?! I just am not impressed at all with their ability to really do whatever they can to help the customer, its not like I gave them 2 days to get it to start. Frustrating very frustrating and now I have to rent a tool to get my job done - I have bought many tools from them in the past. It will not be my go to any more. I would just as soon drive to Aurora Ave and find another still stihl dealer that cares about customers and not their back log, if they are so backed up, all the time maybe they should invest in their business and hire another person?! read more

Heard about Bryant's from a coworker, needed some parts for a lawnmower and they were on their way home from work so I thought I'd give them a try. Told them what I needed and sure enough they had it in stock. Bought my parts, parts people were very nice and I was on my way. Got to my car and it would not start pulled out my Handi jumper pack still would not start went back to Bryant's and ask them if they had a jumper pack since mine wasn't working lady behind the counter grab the pack and walk with me out to the car. We hooked up the jumper pack and it wouldn't work. So she went and talked to her tech, he came out with another jumper pack and a voltmeter to make an already long story short he found that my battery terminal was loose. Then proceeded to disconnect the battery clean the terminals and then put it back together low and behold it started right up. I wanted to wait to write this review until I could honestly say that I have never received worse customer service from a company I was giving money to. They ignore their phone and they don't even allow you to leave a message. They act like you are inconveniencing them for making a request to reacquire your own property. Their process for handling warranties is non-existent though they have established themselves as a repair company for Home Depots distributor. I had my mower dropped off over 3 weeks ago expecting to having it returned a week and a half later. I still don't have my mower and they are not picking up the phone. Terrible! read more

Bad work. Bad customer communication. I took my mower there and was told it would be done in 5 days and i would get a call if anything was off. 8 days later i called and was told it had not even been looked at. When i asked when i could expect it done they had no answer. Day 10 still no call so I called back they said they still have not looked at it but will tomorrow. Day 11 still no call I called and they said it was mechanically done but waiting on QA paperwork (whatever that means) and i should expext a call tomorrow. Day 12 still no call I was told the same thing as day 11 day 13 still no call and told them i was picking it up done or not. the lady i spoke to was apologetic and realized thier mistake. Apperantly there was a person sick and their paperwork got mixed up. When i picked it up they gave me a free hat and a $20 "labor discount" After getting home and reviewing their work I was even more disappointed. I am an elevator mechanic and can work on and fix almost anything you put in front of me. I took it to this place because i have too many other projects, not enough time and would rather pay another professional to do it. The work was not professional. I still have to replace cotterpins that currently have bailing wire. My throttle linkage was not properly secured. The "cleaning" was completely exterior there is still plenty of grass and grease under the engine and on the undercarrage. And their "leak check" missed the hole in my gas tank. I used to love doing business here. They were knowledgeable,friendly and would bend over backwards to make sure you were happy. That is no longer the case. Bryan in particular acts as if he is doing you a favor to even talk with you let alone get you what you need. Many years ago they sold me an incorrect spindle for my three bald cub cadet rider mower. It was identical in every respect except the size of the mounting hole on the blade. Since the spindle was already installed the solution was to sell me a blade also identical except for the hole size. Every year since they have always been willing to make one set out of two to make sure I had what I needed based on a mistake they made in the first place. not any longer. So today I paid for a blade I did not need to obtain the two that I did plus the third blade I needed to purchase to accommodate their original goof. This may seem like a small thing but I do not appreciate being spoken to like a child nor do I appreciate being talked down to simply because I needed him to take the time to find the one blade I needed to put my mower back together and finish my lawn. I have been a customer there for 14 years but never again. When I told Bryan this he seemed happy to lose a steady paying customer and asked me to be sure I spelled his name right on Yelp. So here you go Bryan. Your name is spelled correctly since , of course, it's more important that you're happy than it is for your customer to be happy. read more

And after buying our riding lawn mower there, and coming in to get a new belt, you'd think after telling them the make & model & them looking it up, they would give you the right part number!! But - apparently that's too difficult. They give the wrong part number, you get the belt somewhere else because you can't wait 2 weeks for them to get the part in stock. You get the belt home only to discover after some frustration it's the wrong part! Weird exchange by phone. The man on the phone told me it would be 25 days for lawn mower repair. I get it...it's peak time. But when I asked about it to be sure, he was defensive and told me that they like to say that "we're not late, you are". I'm definitely not on top of it when it comes to my lawn mower maintenance, but seems really weird that a business would be so defensive and blaming a potential customer. Zero Stars. 14 months ago we dropped off our Troy Bilt lawnmower at Bryant Tractor and Mower Inc. Durring the first lawnmowing of the spring last year we had a catastrophic failure of our lawnmower. Not only Catastrophic but extremely dangerous. The grass was tall and dry. There were no impediments. A third of the way through the cut there was a huge bang. I immediately turned of the unit. Pulling it back revealed the blade and drive shaft had broken off and shot out the side. I was amazed. I've always mowed my yards as well as some of my familys. Having used all types of brands I can say this has never happened before. We called Bryant Tractor and Mower Inc. As they are the local service center in the area. We were told on the phone this definitely a parts flaw and would be covered by the factory. ,"Bring it in." They said. So we did. My girlfriend took in. They looked over the unit and broken parts and told her they would send for factory approval to fix the machine. "We will call you in 2 weeks". 3 1\2 weeks past. No call. My girlfriend who dropped the unit off called them. Bryant Tractor and Mower Inc. Could not find any information on our unit or our claim. After 30 minutes on the phone and 3+ weeks of waiting it was clear they had no information or progress to speak of. They finally located our unit after doing a physical property check. After telling us to bring the unit in, physically inspecting the unit and accepting responsibility for the units failure. They told us on the phone they never submitted a factory request for repair. After 3 1\2 weeks nothing had been done. Absolutely nothing. Not even entered into their computer system. Bryant Tractor and Mower Inc. then told us the parts failure and the blade flying off is our fault. They now said to repair the unit with parts and labor the cost would be around $ 125.00. We decided to buy another unit. A Honda. We also decided to leave the broken Troy Bilt at Bryant Tractor and Mower Inc. and see how long it take them to contact us. To this day I imagine our broken Troy Bilt still sits there somewhere. We have never been contacted. Classic bate and switch. Bottom line Bryant Tractor and Mower Inc. is not to be trusted. I reserved a Stihl Farm Boss chainsaw to buy for my husband, as a birthday gift, through Bryant's, the closest Stihl Dealer. I went to pick it up at the appointed time and date and waited a while to be helped as a plumber explained in great detail something he was planning to drill under a house. It''s definitely a man's world there. Eventually I was noticed at the counter. I proffered my reservation paperwork (good thing I had it!) and was regretfully told that they had sold the last one earlier. Nevertheless, since I had created that reservation and I asked politely, they agreed to bring the chainsaw to my office later that day, after their UPS delivery brought more chainsaws to their stockroom. They called a couple hours later, got directions, came to my office and delivered the chainsaw with utmost graciousness. Yay Bryant's! Thank you. read more
