When I contacted with concern that paying someone I'd never met before 100% in advance without even knowing when they would do the work, offering to advance half immediately and the other half in person the day the work was done, I immediately got back rude and hostile responses, and they blocked me. Based on your reply I guess I should have simply not paid. You should check with your customers when you are purchasing plants, and again that they are fully satisfied with the work they hired you for. I assumed that a *privacy screen* was self explanatory.
