He was able to come out quickly for a quote and listened for what I wanted, asked questions if anything was unclear, and provided suggestions I didn't even think of. Cole, the owner, showed up and seemed to be somewhat knowledgeable of this tree and in general of Trees. He agreed that my Douglas Fir was not in any danger of falling down anytime soon along with the 2 other certified Arborists who came out earlier and gave me their opinions at no charge. I asked Cole would he write up a simple report of the inspection he was doing and attach to it a few of the Tree Companies he was recommending to do the work he was suggesting i get done and he told me Sure No Problem. He would send it to me thru email After the inspection that day, I waited a week and did not receive anything from his company. I waited another 10 days before I sent him a friendly reminder that i was still waiting on the writeup of his inspection and STILL to my surprise I received no response and I thought Wow this guy seemed like a friendly professional person. Why no response? After a month I informed his company that if I didn't receive a response I would write a review and I wanted my money back. So this is where we are at now! Although Cole may seem professional and friendly at first. It appears as though he is somewhat CHOOSY as to who he follows through with.
