I got bids from 4 different companies, but I knew right away I'd be hiring Green Triangle. Victor knows trees and showed me three of the many Douglas Fir trees that were diseased and had to come down. He walked the property taking notes. We have an acre. He and his crew also got rid of enormous patches of blackberries and scotch broom, clearing the pasture and cleaning up the front and back yards. He had a huge job to do, left the site clean, and did excellent work. He also had appropriate equipment (which was good, because enormous limbs of the overgrown trees were being chipped just about all day). The cost was very reasonable as well. To say he and his crew went above and beyond is an understatement. Green Triangle is the company to hire, hands down.

The crew was hard-working, professional, and extremely thorough. The job was challenging because the trees were located right next to my house, fence, and greenhouse, but they handled it expertly, even using a crane to lift the trees safely over the house. Cleanup was excellent--you wouldn't know major tree work had just taken place. On top of that, one of my neighbors had a large pile of limbs from a previous storm, and the crew chipped it up for him at no charge, which was incredibly generous. This one was by far my favorite and I was pleasantly surprised at how competitive their bid was considering the high quality, detailed evaluation Chris did for the estimate. His staff he brought to the site was friendly, fast, professional and experienced. We had an issue pop up and they were on it quickly, helping to troubleshot and find a solution fast. We got on the schedule quickly. We had a few trees removed, others trimmed and thinned out, and other trees in our orchard substantially pruned for health and vitality. The tree had five branches each branch has a minimum girth of 4 feet in circumference. So, they show up with all their machines and their saws, and they cut down one of the branches that I had pointed out. But then they left a 25 foot long dead branch that's obviously dead and obviously dangerous. The fellas cutting the tree did not have enough common sense to think to themselves "I should call the owner and ask if he or she wants to have that branch cut down as well.". But, no!
