They did not touch the Lilacs. Some of the Arborvitae were below gutters and some were not. A neighbor even stopped to make a negative comment. They were there from 7:00am until sometime around noon. It costs $1685. Also when I initially contacted him I told him our property manager had referred them to me. He didn't tell me he didn't know her.
