In total I paid $2000 for them to break my irrigation system and have 1/2 my yard die. I had another company who dug up the backflow valve and showed that rainpros disconnected half my irrigation system and were clearly responsible. Now I am waiting on Tim Buiten to grow a spine take fault, instead of just my money. Don't let this shady company take your money. I would also recommend stearing clear of all of Tim's companies: Tim's complete landscaping management and rain pros.

Both times I've taken vacation to be present and give them access, and then had to take additional vacation to be present for their reschedule. All while needing to make up time at my job and rearranging my schedule due to their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Absolutely capable of doing the job, entirely not capable of meeting their promises or call to inform about changes of plans. We will not be using their services again.

I can't recommend Nasim & Sons highly enough! I moved into a new home at the end of last summer and knew I would need to hire someone to do a major overhaul of the backyard. We started with a massive, crumbling concrete slab, a hill of dirt, and a dilapidated fence. In three weeks of intense work, through a major cold snap in December, Nasim & Sons transformed the space! The yard is now terraced, which feels like it tripled our usable space. The retaining walls are beautiful and secure and Niwar, the owner, even worked some special magic to install a new cedar fence without having to take out a tree on our property line. Throughout the whole process, Niwar was an excellent listener, always providing me with multiple options and solutions at various price points for comparison. The project was completed exactly on budget and the crew was professional and friendly. Most importantly, this company truly stands behind its work. When we were getting down to the final few details of the project, Nasim met with me to walk through the property, answer all my questions, and take notes about final details. I will have more landscaping to do in the coming years and will absolutely seek to hire Nasim & Sons again. read more

Before meeting these guys, I have never knew what excellent customer service looked like! From the moment Niwar came to bid our irrigation project, we knew this would be an excellent company. They followed through with fast, efficient, polite service and gave us a system with everything we could possibly want - rain gauge, watering stub where we can connect a hose, great creative drip irrigation, and a thorough explanation of how to use it, and modify everything for the weather. I contacted Nasim and Sons to help me clean up two properties side by side which had gotten out of hand through the winter. Not only did they get back to me right away, they were able to complete the project a week before originally scheduled. The landscaping and cleanup is absolutely wonderful, completely thorough and without direction as I was not present due to working out of state. After 3 tries I finally found a yard service that truly provides exactly what I had been searching for.... a team that would view and treat my yard as their own. When Brett finally came out to cut some trees, his guy drove in my landscaping leaving a tire rut that now fills with water and ran over a plant killing it. When I pointed it out to Brett he got mad and said multiple times, angrily, they didn't do it, calling me a liar. He finally said they'd take care of it "but we didn't do it." I saw them do it. Weeks went by and no sign of them or contact. I sent them an email and now, after weeks, still no word. Apparently they don't need the money as their customer service is pitiful. There are plenty of tree services out there, stay clear of these guys!!

Instead, I had to go onto his website and schedule there. I went to the website and made an appointment. I was at the property 30 minutes prior to the schedule appointment time (window of 3pm to 4pm). I waited until about 3:15pm, still no word from the contractor. I went out front to see if maybe he had went too far down the block or something. No one in sight. I took a few minutes to run to the restroom. After the restroom, I noticed I missed the contractor's call by three minutes. I rang back expecting him to answer and explain that he was on his way or had arrived. Instead, it went to his voicemail. A few minutes later, I received a string of text messages from the contractor accusing me of missing the appointment, wasting his time, costing him gas money, and making him late for other appointments. Apparently, my stepping into the restroom for three minutes was out of the question. What kind of contactor works like this? I took time out of my day to meet this contractor as well. I guess my time as a client is not valuable to him in any way? He claims he waited for 20 minutes, but that is not at all true. I went outside searching for him and he had not arrived. Furthermore, why would he wait outside for 20 minutes and not attempt to call the contact number? When he finally did call, I only missed the call by three minutes. When I mentioned that I would be reviewing my experience, he only went on a further threatening tirade about he planned to comment back on my review about how much of his time I wasted. Ummm, you were not at the property when I checked at 3:15pm. I went to the restroom for a few minutes, I missed a call by three minutes, and then you refused to answer. If three minutes is unacceptable, it sounds as though you have some scheduling issues. Anyhow, DO NOT hire this contractor. He is terribly impatient, rude, and does not value your time as the hiring client.

However, a mishap costing us an extra $5K and communication with Luis left me feeling uncomfortable. I would not recommend him to others. I asked for 3 sides of our large backyard fence to be torn down and reconstructed. I said I wanted it to wrap around from our previous newer fenced section to our home. I asked for a walk-in gate. This was all in the LMS quote/bid. I asked Luis if we should do a walk-through before work began, and he said no, that wouldn't be necessary. This will be important later... By end of day 2, I realized they were leaving out a large portion on 2 of the sides. NO gate planned. I double-checked with Luis and he said other than the gate, which I guess was forgotten, that the 2 sections weren't apart of the bid. WHY would someone want to leave two 8-foot panels of old, withered, falling down fence between sections of new 7-foot fence? WHY would someone not complete a fence to the home, and leave a huge gap? That doesn't make sense. But, he told me it would cost an extra $5K. Unfortunately, I felt stuck since I wanted this job done, and they had already begun construction. I agreed, and now my project was costing us 1/3 more. On the 4th day, Luis called me while I was at work. He said the fence & gate were completed, and 2 of his guys would be waiting in my driveway for the FULL payment. I don't get cell service at the school I teach at, and as I'm driving home, I find out I'm responsible for racing to the bank within 20 minutes and picking up my kids from school. Impossible. Not only this, I find it unprofessional that there was no *walk-through* offered after the work was completed. He didn't want to give my husband and I a chance to look it over first? Make sure the craftsmanship was okay? I just don't agree with paying $15K for without this step. The next day, he was working another job far away so he couldn't collect from me. I offered to pay him the following day. Immediately Luis' texts became short, rude and made me uncomfortable. He claimed he couldn't pay "his guys" because of me. I even offered to pay him on the weekend, but he said he was out of town. He said, quote, "You have my money, but it is what it is." I'm sorry, the way you conduct your business has absolutely nothing to do with one client... the work literally JUST GOT DONE!! Banks are only open certain hours, and I have a full time job myself. He was paid the exact week that the work was completed, but after several tense text conversations. He would not text for 2 days and then demand to come by the next morning. "I will come by in the morning." No friendly greeting or even a question if that's ok with me. What?? One of his guys broke one of our in-ground irrigation sprinkler pipes, and when I told him my husband noticed this, I got no response until days later. I asked again, and he said it was all fixed. If I hadn't have said anything.. would he have told me?? For the additional $5K, we agreed to pay the following month. Luis sent me multiple Venmo requests. I tried several times to pay him via Venmo, but Venmo flagged it as "unsafe" and would not let it go through. Somehow, again, this was my fault, and I had to receive several curt texts. I asked him where I could send a check, and his response was "The address is on the bid". Just not .. kind. I always tried to be friendly and open. After our check was sent and cashed, we got no receipt and no "thank you for your business" email or text. Check sent, nothing. Lastly, he avoided questions about their warranty. On their website it says 2 years; on the contract, it states that the warranty goes by the materials - which I have no idea about. I asked several times, no answer. To this day, I have no idea if they'll fix something within a year or even 6 months. All in all, I'm left feeling unsatisfied about our business exchange. While the work seems quality, Luis' demeanor and the fact that we had to pay such a large extra cost for something I asked for in the bidding process leaves much to be desired. I hope this review will help someone.

Jose and the other worker who cut the trees were second to none. Perfect job done by them. Our trees and hedges were done exactly how we wanted. Jose was very careful to not damage any of the surrounding landscape when he was cutting the trees. They did a fantastic job cleaning up the yard when they were finished. Everyone at Agro I worked with was wonderful. We couldn't be happier with the job Agro did for us. We will definitely use them again in the future.

They always made sure to tidy up their tools at the end of the day too. I was very impressed with their detail of work and how well they cleaned up the entire job site when they were done. A&M was one of the first who responded and with a very competitive quote. There are providers who would only do in-person quotes which would waste a lot of my time if I were to have to drive there just for a bid. Some quotes are straight-up dishonest and overpriced. Compared to these, A&M stands out as the best option, and I've have no regrets hiring them! His crew came out and did a fantastic job without supervision! To summarize, A&M were able to deliver service that I'd consider efficient without wasting time going back-and-forth. - quote accurately and competitively based on pictures and details - quick and easy scheduling - effective messaging and communication - getting the job done - legit invoicing (through Intuit) I am definitely bookmarking A&M Landscape for my future needs.
