Sergio was able to stop by a couple of days after contacting him, shared a really reasonable estimate within the same day (not trying to upsell anything that wasn't necessary) and accommodate a day to come and do the job within a week. Tried 2 different landscapers before I found Sergio and his team. He was very responsive and transparent with pricing . He asked questions about my preferences got me on his schefule quickly (tough to find right now!) I have a big yard that Ive worked hard to design and plant, its just too much for me to maintain by myself. His team is meticulous and they always leave my garden and lawn looking beautiful....couldn't ask for better. He does electronic billing and comes like clock work every two weeks. Sergio takes great pride in his company, and his employees are always very nice and thorough. Prior to using Sergio and his team, I used a different yard service and found their work to be far less than stellar. They often failed to reply to email requests in a timely fashion or at all to add a service, as an example, or about billing questions, and their employees seemed to practically be phoning in the work, so to speak. Enter Sergio and his crew. Wow, what a difference! Sergio's employees take pride in the work they do! They approach their work more as landscape artists rather than as "yard workers." They leave our front and back yards looking well manicured and take the initiative to take care of whatever work needs to be done (such as trimming trees) to make our yards look camera ready.
