Was referred to the clinic 5 weeks prior to…read morecalling the clinic to schedule as I received a letter from my doctors office stating if I didnt schedule within a month, they would cancel my referral. The date of the letter was dated 2 weeks after Northwest received the referral. After talking to the scheduler, he said he was 2-3 weeks out on calling to schedule, which would have put me over my month of leniency from my clinic that referred me. Northwest's response was, " Can you call them and have them extend...." No, Ill find a new clinic considering you have horrible communication, and if I had not called, this referral would have lapsed. I choose to not work with unprofessional businesses, especially when it comes to my health and surgical practice. Happy I made the decision after coming on here to write a review and seeing everyone's reviews. Such a shocking enlightenment regarding a surgical pracitice, I assume they had their business in order. Clearly not.

I couldn't get a simple reply from either the billing dept (her wife) nor Sarah. It took an executive from the Insurance company to contact them and address the issue and THEY STILL ignored paying me back the $40. A year later, I get a check for my $40 and a note. I didn't bother reading it. I was lied to continuously and in my book? That's ample reason for not going back.

She immediately let me know what my issues were and prescribed some medication that is, so far, really working well. Better than any previous attempts anyone has made on getting my issue resolved. I can appreciate a Doctor that doesn't rush you right through, even though I know she has people waiting behind me. And her bedside manner is awesome. It's so comfortable to talk with a Doctor who makes you feel like they're a longtime friend. Talking to other people, I also heard a lot of positive feedback on Dr. Hudson, and it's well deserved. I started going to Keiper Spine about 14 years ago with lower back pain, and for years, I would…read moreperiodically get cortisone injections in my spine that offered amazing relief. But about 5 years ago, the pain wasn't going away after the injection like it usually did, and in fact seemed to be going in a different direction. So, Dr. Keiper ordered an MRI of my left SI joint, and sure enough, that was a new problem. A year or two of successful cortisone injections fixed the problem - until it didn't. Dr. Keiper told me that there was a surgery he could perform that would probably relieve all of my pain, and I agreed to go forward with that plan. But my insurance, Blue Cross, denied me the surgery several times, claiming that it was not medically necessary. After the injections stopped working and surgery was going to be the only way for me to be free of almost constant pain while moving (On the 1 to 10 pain scale, I was between 6 and 8 the majority of my awake hours), which was severely impacting my quality of life. Even doing simple household chores like vacuuming, laundry, gardening, etc., was miserable. Finally, Blue Cross did approve the surgery, which was performed by Dr. Keiper, and the results have been amazing. For all of the years I have been seeing Dr Keiper and his other staff at Keiper Spine, I have always been impressed with the friendliness and professionalism from the front office to the nurses and medical assistants. I would highly recommend Dr. Keiper and his staff to anyone who is looking for relief from back pain. I think he is the best neurosurgeon in Oregon!

First the physician I saw at the Oregon Urology Institute (Dr. Kollmorgen) was so nice, professional and helpful. Wonderful doctor. All of the staff at both the Oregon Surgicenter and Oregon Urology Institute were terrific and professional. Best medical experience I have ever had. Special thank you to Dr. Kollmorgen, Dr. Hartman, nurses Sara and Lisa. Again all of the staff at both places were wonderful. Highly recommend.

I didn't get my life back,what I got was neuropathy and a drop foot after the second surgery that was done because after my first triple lumbar fusion I woke up with both my feet numb. The second surgery was suppose to relieve the nerve pain and I'm in far worse shape then before I ever let Dr. miller operate. It's like a mill, run as many through as they can and when your left screwed up the Dr says" sorry that's all I can do for you"

Not to mention at the same facility, but a different location(north eugene) I was getting a certain amount of nitrous for my dental anxiety and even though I know they have my stats from North Eugene because I signed for them to get sent over they barely give me enough for me to handle my dental anxiety, basically like not having anything at all ... do not go here if u can avoid it

Last year when I arrived at my…read moreappointment with my appointment card that they wrote in my hand, they told me that I wasn't on the schedule and this year after confirming my appointment by email, text and phone, they called me two hours before my appointment to tell me they didn't have my dentist scheduled that day. I was offered one other time to make up for this error, but when I couldn't make that as I was working, they suggested they could get me in again in August Also, 9 months ago when I scheduled this appointment, I was informed they couldn't get me in every six months for cleaning etc ., because they had too many patients from Oregon health plan. I am not on the Oregon health plan, and definitely not judging anybody who is, but was not happy with that answer, obviously. I will say, however, Dr. Tranby and his hygienist Heather have always been wonderful and very good at their jobs. It's just too bad they can't be at a place with the people around them, supporting them, actually valuing their patients.
