For reasons still unknown My eyes were determined to come apart but Dr. Danesh was there virtually 24/7 to address the emergencies (and there were several). The depression fear and anxiety during this ordeal was off the charts difficult but this man treated me like a family member. I never doubted that he would try everything he could to save my vision and knowing this helped get me through this horrible time. I went from being left virtually blind to a functional human being again. My condition was so rare and extreme that It took several procedures over many months to fix, but I can see again! It's amazing. My life would be over if not for the gifted hands and true compassion of this good man. I feel grateful and humble to have ended up at this practice. Never brush off changes in vision is my advice. Sudden floaters, clouding or dark areas appearing are emergencies. Seek out help immediately and seek out Dr Danesh if at all possible. but do not ignore those vision changes. ever. Thank You again Dr Danesh, and thanks to your staff as well. I feel like I literally have been given my life back .

Abrupt, rushed, heavy hand, careless - never examined my husband's eyes after dilation. Lesson learned - We should have done a deep dive researching this doctor before scheduling the appointment as there are several negative experiences shared online. My husband's eyes are not doing well since Dr. Sharam Danesh treated my husband. Recovery will takes weeks.

When I got there, the office was locked, with a note on the door saying they were closed for lunch between 12 and I, with no visible inside activity. I gave them one more chance this year, only find a major problem this week when I received a final notice with a final payment due, but no proof of service, or backup information. I went to the Guadalupe office on 7/27/26 and was told they could not help with the situation, because it was not their problem. It belonged to their off-site billing section. I was told to contact corporate in Dallas by phone to resolve this matter. When I asked for a statement showing services provided, they said they do not have that information in their office. What? It is all in Dallas. The final notice came without my receiving any statement or billing or service information, either by mail or email. They added insult to injury when they sent an email wishing me Happy Birthday. So, no advance notice of any amount due, and no list of services provided prior to the late notice. I was told that everything is handled by corporate. What happened to the old medical practices where they were responsive to their patients? Is it all to the point of major corporations?
