Ordered delivery through postmaster. First time trying it. The Brioche sandwich, I would give it a 8/10. The strawberry Nutella waffle sandwich was a 10/10. Presentation really sucked but the food was good. I also ordered a starwberry lemonade which was really good. I would order again for the waffle. read more

Wow! 5-star deliciousness all the way around! Just found Bruxie and will be back again and again and again. Staff/service is exceptional...huge shout out to Rae who was wonderful, helpful and charming. We were a group of four, all tried different things, and each of us loved our food. Some of the best fried chicken (juicy, spicy, crisp and delicious) and their Hot Sandwich is outstanding. Also tried their chicken waffles, pastrami sandwich, braised beef and their waffle fries. All spectacular! Every dish was better than the last....cannot wait to try more! Easy parking...located in a mall next to Randys Donuts and Phillz Coffee and recommend highly! Thank you Bruxie...just awesome food and service. read more

The environment seems to be a quick service restaurant where you order with a cashier, and they will give you a number to sit where you would like. My favorite item to get is the grilled chicken ranch BLT. read more

So my friend told me about this place and how the cold brew is so good! When we got here, we realized the menu period is fire! They seem to be very short staffed...maybe because it's late but the way it works is you order as you walk in and then it's self seating. It's super cute and they have a lot of space. Def will be back sometime to try the breakfast read more

First, let me give it to the staff.... Well done!! Very friendly, helpful and just a great experience. I ordered the Holy Chicken, fries and a beer (West Coast IPA). The waffle sandwich tasted great with a fluffy, little crunchy waffle as the wrap. The chicken was very tender and great flavor In the batter of the fried chicken. The sauce had a nice little kick but nothing to over power any of the flavors. The bacon was perfectly cooked and also tasted like very golden bacon. The cheddar piece in the sandwich was also very tasteful. The sandwich waffle had plenty of syrup but not so much that your sandwich falls apart. I was able to cut it and still hold it. The fries were hot crunchy and plenty of salt . I didn't take a picture but I also had there amazing OJ...a must!!! read more

Bruxie?! Cutest name ever haha but wow! The food was so delicious. I was just in the area to get a coffee but saw a line out the door for Bruxie and decided to stop by. I ordered the "holy chicken" breakfast sandwich with siracha mayo on the side, angry mac n cheese, and my friend ordered the green eggs and ham sandwich. The chicken?! Tender and juicy! The egg was just how I liked it (over medium) 10/10. The angry mac could have had more bacon but I loved the heat, it was definitely angry! I can't wait to go back. The customer service was AMAZING. The amazing Rae of Sunshine took our order and explained the whole menu to us and answered our questions, since it was our first time. I hope everyone gets to experience her service and the tasty food! read more

Came on a weekend night. The food was solid, but the dining room could have been cleaner. Unclear if we'd come right after a rush, or what? It's order at the counter and then they'll bring your food. The waffles are fantastic--note there are different waffles for the sandwiches vs entrees. The entree waffle is a more typical Belgian waffle, where the sandwich waffle is a bit flatter (more like bread)--they both tasted great, just know they are different. The chicken was hot and juicy. Entrees were large and we left full. There's a little kick on the chicken batter... not a problem for me, but one in our party has a more sensitive palate, so too much for him (though I would not call it spicy). read more

So we drove from Compton to enjoy Bruxie and to quote the young kids- "they don't miss." Awesome experience with Kiercen during this visit. Although she seemed to be with little support, she took care of each customer as if they were the only ones in store which clearly wasn't the case. She kept the ambiance chill amid it being busy. Our food was outstanding read more

A fast-casual eatery churning out chicken n' waffles in sandwich form. The Original fried chicken and waffle sandwich is a must. Clean chicken breast, breaded and seasoned to perfection, perfect balance between protein, carbs, honey, and slaw. There's a special on the board, the Braised Beef Short Rib. The short rib is so tender, but I do prefer the chicken. Loaded Waffle Fries are fun. The cheese sauce is good, and you can't go wrong with bacon bits. Simple concept, flawless execution. It's like the Shake Shack for chicken n' waffles and it's awesome! read more

I've had Bruxie's years ago at a location in OC and was so thrilled to find out it's now in the South Bay! The sweet & savory flavors with the crunch of the waffle make Bruxie's sandwiches pretty darn great. I ordered their original chicken waffle sandwich and it was so delicious especially with the freshness of the slaw. Our table also shared tots and waffles fries- the fries were our favorite! Service was so friendly and welcoming! Such a great first dine in experience at this location! read more

Update: CEO Scott reached out. It was an error and the third party delivery service price was charged. They are retraining staff and promised me a refund. Ordered a take out order. After leaving LAX I was looking for a place to eat. I was starving and wanted something different. This is what showed up as the first place on yelp. It was a little bit out of the way, but we said let's go for it we're not in a hurry. When you first walk in, we were greeted and welcomed. They asked if we had ever been there, and they explain the menu. This would not be the first encounter with employees. Every single one we talk to was so polite and so welcoming. The music was awesome and the food was delicious. This will not be the last time I eat here and I have thought of it a few times since our visit. We got a Nashville hot sandwich and Holy Chicken. Highly recommend both. read more

Clean and straightforward spot! I tried the fried chicken waffle sandwich, crispy outside, juicy inside, with waffles that were light and not overly sweet. Portion size felt fair for the price. Seating is simple and casual, good for a quick meal rather than a long hangout. Overall, a solid option if you're in the area and want something a bit different from the usual fast-casual. read more

I wish I could rate my experience 3.5 stars...4 stars is a little high, but 3 doesn't seem fair. Had brunch with husband and kiddo today. Upon arrival, there was a small line, but there is ample seating- no wait once our order was placed. Cashier at the counter was extremely friendly, took our order, and read it back to us before cashing us out. Unfortunately when our order came up, the runner took our order to another table. When they advised her the order wasn't theirs, although they'd also ordered Mac and Cheese for their kiddo, she dropped the Mac and Cheese off and took the rest of our food back to the kitchen where they sat for a good 10-15 minutes while they made another Mac and Cheese for OUR kid. (How do I know this? It's an open kitchen, and I sat hungrily watching our sandwich and salad sit there) After awhile, our Mac and Cheese came up, but our order continued to sit a few minutes while the runners casually cleaned up tables and did other dining room tasks. Upon flagging one down to help us out (I was quite hungry, and at this point salivating watching our food sit), she went behind the counter to gather our order...seemed pretty annoyed that I'd even asked for help. (I felt bad asking, and even said "I'm so sorry....I don't want to be 'that person', but I can see our order sitting there, and I'm bordering on hangry...could you please help us out?"). Welp. The actual runner took over for her, grabbed our meal- thanking us for our patience, and dropped the food off. I ordered a Fried Chicken Salad, Mimosa, and Cold Brew. My husband ordered some sort of chicken sammy, and our kid ordered the kids Mac and Cheese. Salad was just ok...fried chicken was a little salty for my liking, and was extra crisp in the salad. Mimosa was also just ok... Cold brew was good. Kid had two bites of the Mac and Cheese and would not finish it, but she is very picky. Chicken sandwich seemed to have been enjoyed well enough by my husband. Rating kicked up from 3 to 4 due to the customer service overall- cashier was extra friendly, and folks frequented guests in the dining room to see how we were doing. Nice touch. Wouldn't likely return however... meal itself wasn't very compelling. read more

Take it from your east coast buddy this place was amazing. From the moment we walked into the restaurant we were greeted and made to feel welcome. The young lady at the front was extremely informative and knew the menu well. After being seated the customer service was superb. The woman assisting us was so sweet I think her name was Sani. She checked on our table and made sure that everything was to our liking. The dishes we had were: The holy chicken!!! 10/10 the waffle was DELICIOUS without needing to add syrup. The loaded fries with the loaded cheese definitely hit that carb spot. Ask for a side of their ranch and pour it up. The chicken and waffle allows you to mix and match your chicken strips- so have it with the variety of style they provide. Overall when visiting from the East Coast I will be stopping through because the overall experience was worth it. The overall ambiance was relaxing and inviting. Thank you Bruxie for your every day waffling. read more

In town on a work trip and decided to check on Yelp for somewhere to grab dinner from and stumbled across Bruxie. I walked in and was greeted by Andre. He asked if it was my first time and took the time to throughly explain the menu. He gave me plenty of time to make my options without rushing me. I ended up getting the strawberry and whipped cream waffle with a hot honey chicken breast on the side. Everything was packaged separately which was amazing since I had bit of a drive back to the hotel. I also got the spiced tots and they were incredible. Staff was amazing! Food was incredible! The location is right next to shake shack and has both in and outdoor seating. The employees were so nice. Gave us their most popular, their featured and suggestions. They bring the food out when it's ready after you find a seat. The food itself was good! The Nashville kickin hot def has a kick, honey hot was pretty good as well. The ranch is more on the watery side rather than thick (like wings too consistency). The reason I am giving it a 4 stars is because there was a hair in out tenders/fries. But they made a whole new plate for us. read more

bruxie has taken over pier 76 fish grill, located at the apollo landing in el segundo i had bruxie's YEARS ago, at their OC location so happy another chicken spot has opened up in the south bay upon entering, immediately noticed it was clean, bright and spacious we were greeted immediately and asked if we have visit bruxie before.. i will say the menu is simple yet overwhelming at the same time i wanted to order one of everything, but my wallet was like, nope bruxie is on the pricier side, but a splurge is needed as a foodie? right? i ended up ordering something safe, the original, the fried chicken and waffle sandwich. added a side + drink for $6 , which is a bit steep. i wanted a dipping sauce which was an additional $0.50/each the fried chicken and waffle sandwich was huge, larger than what i remembered... i ordered the bruxie sauce, but did not care for it, i would have preferred ranch the chicken was cooked just right, had a good kick and the waffle was perfectly made the waffle fries were bomb , lightly salted and peppered the food came out pretty quick we opted to sit outside bc we had our frenchie, you have to walk through the restaurant to access to patio the staff was super nice and friendly there are two bathrooms, the sinks are located outside the bathrooms, which i appreciate def will come again to try their sweet waffle sandwiches! parking: free, there is a lot behind the restaurants and additional structure, which i believe is also free. the lot tends to get packed during dinner time. there is also valet avail read more

GIRL, keep going!!!!! I've never been to this place before until tonight. I was sooo excited. I really wanted roscoes but settled for this place because it was closer. I got the regular chicken and waffles. It came with two breaded tenders that couldn't hold its skin. It was soggy and the batter was not great at all. The waffle was cold and hard and tasted like dough (LIKE ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR). How is the butter nasty?! How does something get cold so fast when they literally placed it in the box after it was done and handed it to me?! I walked to shake shack (a few doors down) to eat my food. I was upset. No lie. We spent $33. You guys have gotta do better with your recipes, honestly. read more

I went to Bruxie for dinner tonight. I had to try the classic chicken and waffles. The chicken was delicious, moist and tender. The breading had a slight kick to it and was a little bit too salty, but overall was pretty good. The waffle had a good flavor but came out cold. I know it's very hard to serve a hot waffle, but I felt like it could have been at least a little warm. The interior is very nice. They also have a nice outdoor seating area on Rosecrans. The employees seemed very nice. I didn't notice any issues even though they've only been open a few days, other than the cold waffle. The only thing that was kind of annoying is they have one of those cash registers that shames you into tipping. I think it's ridiculous to have these at fast food places. I will likely be back, especially if they add some healthier options. It'll be nice to have a grilled chicken sandwich. read more

Incredible service from your associate at the register, Tenaya. Her attention to detail and high level of white glove customer service sets her apart from the rest.
