I first visited this location the last week of December 2025. I have been here 3 times, including that visit, and each time I go through their drive through window to get the Mint Chocolate Chip flavor. I was able to get Thin Mints with that the second time, which is a seasonal glavor and comes with one cookie on top. I've also had the Cherry Vanilla, which I consider to be too basic. Haha! You can see the steam coming off of the ice cream, as if it's liquid nitrogen. You can tell, just by looking at it, that it's real ice cream. SO good! I was visiting friends & they insisted that we all pile in the car & have the best ice cream after dinner. We even brought the dog who got a pup cup w/ what looked like ice cream + whipped cream! We all ordered a kids' scoop on a waffle cone & it was plenty. I had the dubai chocolate & loved it. I'm not a big chocolate ice cream fan, but this was pistachio flavored chocolate and the little chocolate covered crispy nuggets throughout were delicious! That meant another brownie sundae--and a well-deserved shoutout to Brooke for making it just right! I'm pretty particular about how I customize mine, and she nails it every time. Here's the magic formula: extra-warm brownie first, a generous drizzle of hot fudge, then the ice cream, followed by caramel sauce, marshmallow sauce, and finally, a cherry on top. We have driven past the place a few times, and they are VERY new to the area. We decided on evening during the week to go and try it out after dinner. I love that it is real ice cream, made fresh. The waffle cones, also made fresh! A friend came along that is lactose intolerant, and this was the perfect spot as they have oat milk options too! The kids tend to love the milkshake, which the small FYI is more like a large, big portions! I personally love their mint chocolate chip and the Banana puddin'. The banana puddin' is almost unbelievable it's ice cream because it tastes exactly like it! The ice cream is so creamy and not overly sweet, add the fresh waffle cone...omg. This is a piece of heaven on earth. Since our first try we come here about 3x a week. They have a rewards program so be sure to join! I will say it's not the best service, certainly not the worst which is the reason for the lost star. I can appreciate the amount of young kids employed here as they need their first shot at a job somewhere. However, some customer service training should be done by their management to ensure you set them up for success your business and them in the long run. read more

The Dino one is really good with the chocolate cooler ice cream and the sugar cookie is really good to mix but it also comes with sprinkles and chocolate sauce!!!! The workers are super nice and lets you have as much samples as you want!!! The place is cool but it only has outdoor seating and there is tables and benches and it has a nice view!!! I had never had Bruster's Ice Cream and found this place while looking for a new ice cream shop with my granddaughter. It is so good! And, the people who work there are quite nice and helpful. If you are curious about a flavor, ask for a sample. No worries. The prices are much better than most of the other ice cream shops and they deliver a quality product. Tried this place just last night. Before I placed my order I asked the girl if they were honoring the bogo cones I was told yes. Placed my order and was charged full price for both cones. I was down the road before I looked at the receipt. The ice cream was very delicious. If your employees can't honor your special they need to be trained better.
