From start to finish, Erick was great to work with, professional, responsive, and straightforward. The crew he sent out was fantastic. You could tell they really cared about the quality of their work; they took their time with the prep and painting, and didn't rush through any part of the project. On top of the excellent craftsmanship, their pricing was very reasonable and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality painter in the area, I highly recommend Erick and the ESR team. I'd absolutely use them again!

Starting with Russell who promised an exceptional job, but when the paint bubbled up he came up with excuses, contradicted himself, even put words in my mouth, and never took responsibility for his mistakes. We hired A1 painting because they're supposed to be the 'professionals' in this field and expected them to have the knowledge to deal with any type of situation/weather. If the heat was a problem for doing quality painting, I wish that was communicated to us from the beginning. Instead they went ahead with doing the job and then blamed external circumstances for their failure. Secondly, they gave us a quote and said they'd use the best quality paint for the job. However, I overheard them speaking to each other and mentioning they saved money on the materials. Two stars for the decent work Walter has done on the doors.
