Service was great, food was delicious brut I did find inside seating a little loud. We went twice outside was a more relaxed spot.

Great Italian restaurant with authentic flavors wish it was not so far south. Wine list is good. The device was efficient and the restaurant has a nice feel to it although Gould do with dimming the lights later in the evening after the early birds have gone. Tried Bruninas last evening and was very impressed! Stiffed mushrooms were fresh, light, and delicious. My wife had the eggplant and loved it. I very much enjoyed the Rigatoni Bolognese. Came with a dinner salad that was also very good. We were very comfortable eating outside with the overhead heaters and the hanging exterior wind curtains. It was the perfect amount of fresh air, yet not cold even at 60 degrees out. We were very happy with the service, and it seems the a very well managed restaurant!! We will be again soon. read more

Although Bruninas has enjoyed an enormous growth, the food, service and ambiance is wonderful. My only complaint is it is difficult to have conversations unless you're seated outside. Still, we love Bruninas and do carry out when it's too crowded. read more

This review is a long time coming from a long ways away...from California to be exact. If ever you're in Naples or in the surrounding area, definitely check this place out. My wife and I had dinner here that included multiple dishes and everything we had was absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent as well. This is a family owned and operated business and it's apparent that they love what they do and genuinely care about the patron's experience! We will definitely be back! I got a take out order, the Brunina pizza, which has chicken parm, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and ricotta. It was prepared quickly and tasted yummy including the crust. Looks like they have some nice outdoor seating. I'll have to come back to dine there sometime. Update: one year later I got a similar take out pizza with eggplant instead of chicken. It was pretty good but didn't seem as fresh and wasn't put together as artistically. I still plan to return for an outdoor dining experience there, and try some other dishes. read more

Came across this restaurant while going through the parking lot to Publix and glad we decided to give it a try. The pizza was REALLY good. Sauce was good and tasty crust. I had the food twice, it was good the first time and not great the second. It's close to home so I was going to give it a third try tonight. I'm really craving a chicken parmesan sandwich. I checked the menu and they only have a chicken cutlet listed. I figure it's an Italian restaurant and they have sauce and cheese they can just throw that on. It doesn't hurt to ask. It shouldn't cost anything extra because it's actually taking ingredients off. But I would've paid extra. I was just flat out told no, not "sorry no," just no. No attempt to ask anybody. It's not so much to know that bothers me as it is a lack of effort to provide customer service. read more

I think all of my reviews are 4 or 5 stars. This is one of the few that was reviewed and disappointing. We have been going there for five years. The service gets worse every time. Food is solid and at times really good. This time we sat outside. The waitress forgot ice for our drink, butter for the bread, side salads with our meal. When the check came our happy hour drinks weren't discounted. I inquired about a credit since our salads didn't come. Brunina wouldn't offer a credit. Incorrectly said the salad was free (of course it's included in the price of the meal). Worse yet, the server decided not to give us our change (18 cents) with our bigger bills. They lost a Customer. The waitress comped our meal she felt so sorry for us. Checked in with the two hostesses and said we'd be at the bar waiting. She never came to find us. In checking back, she said she couldn't find us. Really? There were seven people at the bar! The bus boy said those two are not the brightest bulbs! So, how was the margarita pizza? Went on a Saturday night during high season. Had reservations so were seated promptly. Disappointed when waitress said they had no veal. My wife was looking forward to veal piccata. Drinks were good. The place was packed and very loud. Looking back we should have requested a table outside. The house salad came with black olives which were finely chopped. So finely chopped that there was no way to remove them. All of our orders were pasta dishes and most servers will ask if you want cheese or black pepper. Our waitress dropped them off and then disappeared. Had to request Parmesan cheese from another waiter. My wife ordered tiramisu for dessert and the waitress brought cheese cake. She also ordered cappuccino but it never came. The food was ok but did not rise to the level we had expected based upon our reading of previous reviews. Would have given three stars except for the negligent service. My advice: eat outside and call ahead to ensure that they have all the items on their menu. read more

This used to be my go to restaurant. The last three times have been a disaster so I am done. The first time, the take out order was over a half hour late. The second time the take out order was 20 minutes late but I got home and they forgot my appetizer. I went to the store because no one answers the phone and left my phone number. My credit card was also double billed. No one ever called me back. So I thought I'd try one more time and went tonight. 45 minutes it took to give me my piece of salmon which was so over cook the person next to me at the bar commented on how dry it was. The bartender told the manager. He never apologized to me or came over to address it with me. I understand that restaurants are overwhelmed right now and are short on help. But this manager just does not follow up or follow thru. I'm done. read more

I made a reservation and arrived on time to be told it wOuld be 20 to 30 minutes. When I asked why, the answer was "everyone got here at once and they all had reservations". Great food. But when we ordered takeout and went to pick it up we had to wait an extra 15 minutes because they were busy which is understandable. This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is incredible and the staff is amazing. Home cooked authentic Italian food at its finest! Our favorite dish is the chicken piccata. First dinner out since quarantine. Went to Bruninas, where we have gone before for some great Italian food. We were definitely NOT disappointed !! Walking in the door we were treated like long lost relatives. Everyone thanked us for coming back. Our waiter remembered us and thanked us for coming in. The food was great! We had chicken parm and spaghetti and meatballs. Food was as good as we ever had there. It was so nice to go out to dinner. They definitely had table spacing for social distancing. Excellent! I made a reservation through Yelp. Was seated on time and the wait staff was friendly with just the right amount of attentiveness. The place filled up so make a reservation. We tried the gnocchi special with butternut squash and the salmon with gnocchi and a broccoli cream sauce. Both were perfectly tasty. Both dinners came with a salad which was perfectly sized because the meal itself is filling. I have tried gnocchi in the past and not been a fan. I believe these are made in house and it showed. My wife and I had dinner on Father's Day. The receptionist was hesitant in finding a table in spite of having made reservations. We were seated by default in a small table located in the middle of the room with hardly room for glasses, main course and bread. The food was great. My wife ordered Fettuccine bolognese and I, Angel Hair shrimp. We will go back but will make sure that we get a better sitting. Our waitress was not helpful. read more
