We were so happy that we did because not only was the food and service amazing, but we also ran into a good friend who was also there enjoying a meal with a friend. The restaurant is on the smaller side and was pretty full when we arrived. We were sat at a table just behind the partition at the front of the restaurant. The chairs to the table appeared to be intentionally mismatched, two with cushioned seats and two without. We shuffled them around in order to make us both comfy. I was going to order the breakfast tacos, but I'm not a fan of the "scrambled eggs mixed with hash browns and your choice of Mexican chorizo..." I prefer all of my taco components to be separate. To that end, I ordered the El Mexicano Skillet with scrambled eggs. I substituted chorizo in place of the carnitas and requested tortillas in place of toast. Everything was perfect and I used the components to build my own breakfast tacos. It was delicious. My husband had the Two Eggs Combo and added 2 mini waffles to the meal. He enjoyed his food and the coffee very much. I ordered a mimosa flight that we shared. My favorite flavors were the strawberry mango and the peach, so hubby got stuck with the classic and strawberry orange! The service and the atmosphere were the cherry on our Sunday!

You can build your own omelette or order a typical Mexican breakfast or American style. They are very kind and the service is attentive. My waiter was friendly and my meal was brought out within 10 min of ordering. I arrived on a Wednesday morning before work around 10:00 AM. The cafe was not aa busy at that time. By the time I was finishing up then came a lunch rush and steady flow of people to dine in. I prefer maybe less onions and spinach in my veggie omelette it also comes with mushrooms, I asked for no broccoli. It was just a bit too much for one person. And I guess I don't care for watery omelettes the avocado slices were good. Overall the omelette needs more seasoning or salt and pepper it tasted like water and spinach to me. Couldn't enjoy without mixing it with the side of smoked sausage (ham). If you enjoy meat. I recommend to skip the veggie omelette and just get something with bacon in it next time. The side of diced potatoes were my favorite of my meal. I like the crisp and they did not taste burnt. They were cooked well and were even better with ketchup. I added one slice of sourdough toast your omelette comes with two sides. I wanted to do a quick journal entry and I brought a magazine to read but the music was a bit loud in the cafe. It was more of a louder space they played alternative rock and contemporary music. I had to wear my headphones to try and focus. If you are going to enjoy your meal and chat this is ok for that but not if you have like a work call or zoom this is not the cafe for you. Overall it's a good vibe. I wan't to go back and try a traditional mexican breakfast next time something with tortillas maybe. I also did not try their pancakes which looked good on the menu. They have a nice offering of mimosas if you are into that. A fresh fruity cocktail may have nice today. Jackie M. - 09/17/2026

We arrived around 9:30ish on a Sunday and it was less than half full, although it definitely filled up by the time we left an hour later. Host promptly took us to a table on the east/right side of the dining space that consisted of a booth along the wall-side and chairs on the interior. There is a menu and other info on the west/barside wall, murals and windows on the north and south side walls, but the east wall I faced was plain and had nothing to look at, so mildly annoying for when my wife left the table. Acoustics were OK, although it was noticeably louder at then end of our meal when it had filled up. Our server was good. She was prompt in tending to us and very pleasant. The food took a bit from order to table, although that seemed to be true for several of our neighboring tables that arrived before us as well. For those partaking of their self-serve refillable coffee, it probably provides an opportunity to enjoy the beverage. Menu as a European Bistro is quite different compared to many other brunch options in the area. My wife selected the Vegano Bowl ($15.95) and substituted Roasted Potatoes ($2) for the standard mixed greens. She liked the bowl, although she prefers the options at Flower Child and Garden Table. She didn't love her potatoes. I ordered the Del Piero Toast ($13.95) and also substituted the mixed greens for the potatoes, which I enjoyed. Only thing I didn't really care for was the cutting board it was served on as it was not as user-friendly to eat from as I would have liked. However, I would order the toast again, although I am interested to investigate other menu options first.

Following my last review, I did receive a response from the restaurant stating that they had changed their packaging, which could affect how the serving size appears. I must concur. On yesterday's trip, it came in a round take-out container and it appeared larger, or at least the same size as all of my previous visits. I ate half yesterday and the other half today. It is, indeed, a generous serving size. I made a carry-out order online, so I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant, but I was greeted warmly by the member of staff who assisted me with picking up my order.

Everything tasted fresh, the portions were great for sharing, and the service made the experience even better. Since it was our first time visiting, our server Laura surprised us with a complimentary cinnamon roll, which was such a sweet gesture--and OMG, it was soooo good! It's made in-house and easily big enough for two people to share. The roll was soft and fluffy, and I especially loved that the icing wasn't overly sweet. Definitely recommend getting one for the table. We split the Breakfast Sandwich on a croissant with sausage and upgraded to the hash brown. The croissant was flaky and buttery, and the sandwich overall tasted really fresh and clean--not overly greasy or heavy. But that hash brown deserves its own shoutout. Super crispy and delicious! Definitely worth the upgrade. We also shared the Chia Seed Pudding Bowl, which was another winner. There was so much texture from the chia pudding, house granola and peanut butter, plus a generous amount of fresh fruit and berries. The strawberry preserves added just enough sweetness. It was the perfect lighter contrast to the savory breakfast sandwich. And finally, Laura was THE BEST! She was incredibly welcoming, checked on us frequently without ever being intrusive, and made our first visit feel extra special. 5/5 brunch experience. Welcoming atmosphere, clean and organized space, fresh food, great variety, an amazing cinnamon roll, and genuinely wonderful service.
