I have yet to eat here since they started serving food again but a customer sitting near me told me the food is great. Side note: I would have given 5-stars for today's experience except I asked the young girl at the counter to make my drink for here in a cafe mug and it was served in a to-go cup. When I said something, she looked at another employee and rolled her eyes. It was rude and I was standing right there.

The servers are younger, faster and oblivious to the length of time my husband and I sat in our booth waiting to order. Thirty-four minutes to be exact. I felt as though I was in the racist section of the deep south. Not once did anyone stop during their sprint past us to ask what meal we would like. FINALLY, a young lady came. After my husband ordered, I told the server, "I was hungry 30 minutes ago, but i've lost my appetite." She explained that we were not at a table in her area and she was taking the young male server's table because he was unable to serve us. My husband enjoyed his mushroom steak. I enjoyed the live music. We will continue to return during the daytime for the good food, and great service, but probably not after "sundown."

There's plenty of space, so it didn't feel cramped at all, which I really appreciated. It's also located in the quaint Tosa Village, which is a plus too. Overall, a really nice, low-key place if you're looking for good coffee and a comfortable environment to sit for a while.

It is one of the vintage-looking buildings, painted blue with green striped awnings. It has great curb appeal and feels very welcoming. There are outside café tables and plenty of seating inside for different size groups. Not only are they a coffee house, but they serve a wide-ranging menu of foods, and there are grocery items you can purchase, including dairy, eggs, and meats. They also carry many other items that make great gifts. I got a very friendly greeting from the cashier. I ordered a London Fog Tea Latte (little lavender, little vanilla, and extra foam) in a mug. The blueberry scones looked amazing, so I got one of those as well. They make all their bakery on-site. Everything was excellent, with lots of microbubbles in the latte. Plenty of blueberries in the scone, and it had the right texture (dry and a little crumbly). I forgot to bring my book along, but they have a very eclectic selection, so I was able to peruse some titles I had not seen before. Overall, another great experience. The salad sampler was just as flavorful as I remembered, the burger was delicious, especially with the egg, and the cookie was so good I forgot to take a picture before eating it. They specialize in breakfast and brunch and typically close around 3 PM, so plan accordingly. If you're looking for a tasty meal with healthier options and a great dessert selection for those with a sweet tooth, I'd definitely recommend Cafe 1505.

I ordered a tuna melt, muffin, and hibiscus iced tea...that tuna melt was so good I completely forgot about taking a picture of it. But the banana chocolate chip muffin and iced tea were also some of the best morning goodies I've ever had. Both ended up being about $26 with tax and tip, which is pretty reasonable for how much food there was. Service was friendly and efficient.
