The only pro from my recent experience at this location was that the bagel sandwiches were delicious and the ingredients, including the bagel, all tasted fresh. The employees working behind the counter weren't friendly, there was a long line and wait for food, the dining area was small and there seemed to be an extreme shortage of chairs. I was in the area and was starving. I decided to get a egg sandwich with bacon from Brueggers Bagels. Unlike many of the food places Burgers makes the bagels fresh right there. The egg sandwich was good. The staff where friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there again if I was in the area and hungry. read more

If I go to my favorite bagel place in NYC, I spend $1.85 for a single bagel. For Bruegger's to charge 34 cents more is puzzling to me. The New York bagel is absolutely the freshest and tastiest. My Bruegger's bagel tastes like it could be a day old, I'm not sure, but it doesn't wow me in any way. I placed a catering order the day before my pickup date during regular business hours. When I arrived at the restaurant in the morning they informed me that they haven't even started it. We arrived at 7:10 and the pickup was for 7:20 am and I didn't get my order till 8:00. My meeting started at 8 and was 10 minutes away from the office. I've been here twice . . . The first time was deep in the pandemic, and masks were required, and the dining room was closed. I had a Bagel with Jalapeño Cream Cheese, and it was good. Today, March 2022, I stopped in for a "Bagel Bundle (6 bagels and a tub of cream cheese)," and masks are now "Recommended" and the dining room is still closed. Came in one weekday morning for a breakfast sandwich... The ladies working inside were friendly. The place definitely needed to be cleaned, I even saw a huge spiderweb between the trash can and a table it was next to. Two of the coffee dispensers were empty, including a regular coffee, which is what I wanted. Service was quick and they were quite busy. The food tasted decent. My husband and I have visited this place 4 times in the last two months. The food is great but the woman behind the counter with the bright pink hair was very, very rude each time. Uses foul language, did eye rolling and even when two small kids said to her have a nice day three times, she never even acknowledged them. A smile and thank you goes a long way. Came in this morning for a fresh cinnamon bagel. Little bit of a line at 9am, but nothing crazy and the service was still plenty fast. Employees were friendly and efficient as I listened to them call out to the kitchen when bagels ran low. For less than two bucks for any bagel and spread it's a pretty good deal. We forgot the cream cheese associated with the half bundle we purchased. I went back to ask, and the employee said "I can't deal with this" because I had forgotten the receipt. She proceeded to say I could be stealing. The other employee found my order and said I could take the cream cheese. I'm happy you can dine in now at this location. I like that they have lattes, hot chocolate and other coffee options. They have non diary milk on the menu but they told my husband and I that they don't have non dairy milk? So confused to why they have it on the menu. They have plenty of tables and chairs if dining in. The food has been good the times I went. The service also seems alright too. The food quality and choices have gone down. They have cut too many corners of the meat they purchase and took too many things off the menu. I USED TO LOVE THEIR SANDWICHES. The coleslaw they used to put on the sandwiches was amazing that is gone too. They don't even have arugula anymore another fan favorite. I recently placed an online order for bagels. I used to call in my order, but the phone system now directs you to place an online order. No one is available to take a call. My order was nothing special, just 3 different kinds of bagels, not sliced, no toppings. Simple. They shorted me 6 bagels and gave me the wrong kinds. Given how much they charge for each bagel, it was very disappointing. They continue to refuse to open their dining room. Everything is take-out only. All tables were closed, chairs stacked on top of the tables, to prohibit guests from dining in. I used to love this chain restaurant, but I will no longer be supporting this business. read more

I am visiting from out of town and thought it would be nice to take a dozen bagel and cream cheese to my hosts. I saw a nearby Bruegger's bagels and decided to get them from there. My sister and I were the only customers in the store at this time and there were two older female and one young male employee behind the counter for service. I haven't been in a Bruegger's bagels and was not familiar with the variety of bagels and it took a few minutes to choose the 13 bagels and two tubs of cream cheese. After we chose our bagels we decided to get sandwiches as well. Again it's an unfamiliar menu and took a minute to decide. My sister chose her sandwich and I couldn't decide which bagel would be best for my BLT. The women behind the counter were rude and extremely impatient with me. They kept rolling their eyes in disdain for not being quick enough with my decision and decided to start commenting about my lack of knowledge of their products and menu. One female employee sharply snapped about how long it was taking me to choose--again remember there were 3 employees and we are ONLY customers so I wasn't holding anyone up from getting bagels. Eventually another customers arrived and she knew what bagel she wanted and was waited on immediately by the other two employees while my sandwich was being made. Then a mother and her two kids arrived and were immediately waited on as well. The females behind the counter continued to make snarky comments about my lack of speed in choosing my bagel sandwich. I imagine embarrassing and rushing their customers is standard practice. Needless to say I should have checked the reviews before I entered this store. I will not be returning. By the way -- the bagels and sandwiches were not worth the poor customer service. I'd rather get grocery store bagels and not be harassed or rushed by rude old women. read more

The food is okay, the caramel macchiato was not very good. My big complaint is the sign on the door stating that the dining room is closed. COVID is over and that is a lame excuse anyway. It is just laziness because the employees don't want to keep the dining room clean. They're only open for 8 hours a day and it's not like there's a line out the door. They told me I had to make an appointment ahead of time to buy more than one. I went to Bruegger's in Moon Twp/ Coraopolis I have been to this location many times over the years. But this time I noticed a few things that are different from the past. First off the place is very dirty now counters floors beverage cases dust and dirt everywhere. They don't have many chips or drinks on display. I purchased two ham and cheese plain bagels and an OJ that cost $17.09 way over priced . The workers were very nice but the store itself is in trouble lack of oversight for sure. Very fast service even when crowded. They seem to always have at least 90% of their bagel flavors available and are constantly making more. Staff is heLpful with Allergen questions. The pricing for coffee posted on the menu board right behind the register is different than what I was charged. I was charged almost a dollar more than the price displayed. Price in the board for a large cafe mocha was $4.89, I was charged $5.79 before tax. When I asked the cashier about this, he shrugged and stated the prices are always changing and still charged me the $5.79. The bagel I got was good and the staff were very friendly and quick. The coffee was okay at best, but definitely not worth $5.79, or even the $4.89 that it was supposed to be. It does not seem fair or ethical to be charging higher prices than what is displayed (especially when the displayed price is just feet from the register), and even worse that it seems this is a constant occurrence here. read more

The manager (no name tags on anyone) was horrifically rude to two employees in front of customers. He was demeaning an employee whom he called Jeremy in front of everyone. Jeremy (no name tag) looked embarrassed. I didn't see that he was doing anything wrong. No one should be treated that way. And a manager should never discipline a worker on the floor. The manager did this to Jeremy three times while I stood there and was completely preoccupied with watching him. The manager then asked to take my order and the lady next to me spoke up and said She still need her bagels. Then a female worker was just appearing on the edge of the back kitchen and the yelled, "Sara! Glove up!" Again no need for hostility. What bad show. I've repeatedly reviewed this location for dirty floors and ratty looking furniture. I shouldn't come here, but I keep trying with hope. Also, the front door was broken and people had to use a side door. To update this review, on April 16 I returned to find a note on the door that due to equipment failure the bagel selection was limited. After I ordered a worker brought a large box from the back that read Bruegger's Raw Dough. He opened it and began taking plain bagels out. I presume a different location may have sent these since there equipment is broken? Seems to me it's a health risk to have cooked bagels sitting in a bare box that held raw dough. There's a pallet of floor tile still sitting in the store too that's been here for months! read more

I work near this place so come here a couple times a week for blueberry bagels and coffee. I prefer their bagels over other chains like Einsteins. I've only had a breakfast bagel sandwich once (The Benedict) and it was very good and hit the spot. This place is normally busy so you can expect a short wait since the staff is pretty quick and they are also very nice. Their dark roast and hazelnut coffees are good, and during the fall they have a pumpkin one that rocks. Although I prefer to mix the flavored ones with the dark roast so the flavor doesn't punch me in the face. read more

They were was ok for a water and lack of breakfast in the immediate are 1134 Thorn Run Rd. Extension, Coraopolis, PA 15101 area I was impressed:) I really enjoyed the Starbucks like atmosphere! They machine they use for cappuccino was down I won't gig them for that next time I will need a cappuccino with my bagel breakfast sandwich! Yum! This place is like chipotle but for breakfast. You can get anything! I suggest their cinnamon sugar with butter. Nice and simple and pairs well with coffee. My husband got a sausage, egg and cheese on a cinnamon bagel. He thought the sweet and salty went well. This location was nice and their employees were nice and chatty.
