WOW best Bloody Mary I've seen and had at 11 pm! Is that art or what?!! Have to try it.

Don't come here if you are thirsty, as you will stay thirsty. Really, the service is not just slow, it is non-existent. At least, that was my experience. Server completely forgot about us/ignored us. Ended up closing tab and leaving after my one drink sat empty for a loooooong time. My wife never even got the opportunity to order. It's not like the place was busy or under staffed either. Just plain poor service. Two more, more systemic issues. No prices on the beer menu for the beers. When asked, the server didn't know pricing and responded with a wide range of prices that the cost of a beer may fall into....huh, what? Really? I'm confused. Second issue.....the music is too damn loud to the point of distortion. I mean, I like my tunes to thump, but this was ridiculous. Hearing damage ridiculous.... Food. Didn't have anything to eat. My honest assessment is that this place is truly deserving of a not so coveted one star rating with the current staff and procedures.

Where to start? Food: Crappy bar food. It's not for the faint at heart. They have a microwave and a toaster according to the waitress. So the selection is huge for what they have to cook with. If your here for the food, get out while you can! Drink: Didn't have any due to driving 3 hours after eating here. The selection at least is the normal bar selection for domestics and imports. Crappy wine list and this places advertises as a Irish pub... Guinness is the only Irish beer they have, pretty sure the last Irish Pub I was at there was at least 15 Irish beers and scores of whiskey. Atmosphere: It's worst then a college bar. Enter at your own risk. The bartenders slam beer bottles into the trash can. Overall: Our bill was less then $20 for dinner. That alone will achieve a 1 star. If you in a hotel, drink and go. Skyline Chill has descent food and a better atmosphere.

Limited choices on the menu but the food was great. Pretty small but overall a cool atmosphere. Could use TVs outside of the bar area.

The Clambake consistng of a bowl of clam chowder, a dozen+ clams, halve a chicken, cole slaw, corn on the cob, sweet potato, cinnamon butter and a roll. I ordered a Smithwicks, my friend enoyed a Makers on the rocks. The ladies weren't sure about the draught beer selection so our waitress [Sophie] offered to bring them a sample of the Smithwicks to taste, which they both liked and ordered. We have enoyed this Clambake going on five years and have not been disappointed. This is the second time for the other couple and they were very pleased, as well. Sophie was an exellent waitress very pleasant and attentive to our needs. All in all it's a great and filling meal!

They could do with dimming the lighting a little bit to give it a more aithentic public house feel. The menu is fairly diverse and stereotypically Irish with funny names for food items like Kieran's quesadillas and Irish eggrolls. I will admit that I have probably only had five or six different menu items, including the shepherds pie, fish and chips, and schnitzel. The shepherds pie was passable. The schnitzel was soggy and not particularly tasty. The fish and chips is OK (I've had it several times) but I do not care for the batter they use at all. It is not even close to an authentic beer batter like you would find in Ireland or the UK. The flavor is neutral, and usually some sections of the batter become exceptionally hard for some reason. I do frequently attend their Thursday night trivia which is a lot of fun. All in all, I feel like Mavis Winkle's could be doing a lot of things a lot better but I guess it is passible for a little town like Twinsburg.

Had anyone else experienced this at brubakers?…read more We usually have a really great time at this local bar. You know- birthdays, day before thanksgiving, just to watch football. Well, tonight we decided to take my dad to dinner, and go to Brubakers to have a drink and watch football. Well, before we even finished our beer, a fight broke out. Us, a table of 6, just sat in the corner not saying anything... Then, the bartender's husband started screaming vulgarly across the bar to our table. The classic instigation tactic. After the bartender told them to leave, they came back in multiple times saying they " just wanted to use the bathroom" (which was right by our table.) instead of mediating, the bartender told us we had to leave as well for "instigating." Yet, her husband was waiting outside for us, and pacing back and forth in front of the door. Then, she said," The owner said if your family has lived here for 22 years, and we dont know who you are, then your family needs to leave .." In fear, we call our husbands to come escort us out,as well as the Hudson Police. And you guessed it, as soon as we walked to our car, the husband was charging us- and the bartender was trying to stop him- and he continued to shove her in order to get us. We spoke to the second bartender, a young woman, who said this happens every week... Thank goodness, Hudson police department showed up right in time.

With anymore light the cheesiness might show through. Through some miracle of physics they did fit darts and pool in the back of the pub. Enough TVs to go around also. I didn't have any food, but I enjoyed the atmosphere enough to post it. This is really a 2.5.
