I agree with the first costumer about not being welcoming on the first visit she had a guy in there talking to him when first went but I thought she seems nice but she us not mature and does lack professionalism. The last time I went I had to cancel my job said I had to stay she was a little rude about it when I said oh I can still make it. That was it for me you don't need my business if you don't understand how to treat people. From start to finish everything was great! I contacted Mari and gave my dates of availability and she emailed me quickly. I was given a mirror and asked what I wanted (first time ever being asked that question when having my eyebrow threaded or waxed)....Yay!! I went back almost a year later. I made an appointment for 4:15 pm but arrived a little earlier with the expectation of waiting. To my surprise Mari took me in but quickly was confused by the arrival of the person, whose appointment that I assume she gave to me. As the other girl waited in the same room, Mari quickly did my brows with no fills or questions. The kicker was as I was waiting by the elevator to leave, I heard her telling the girl that I showed up without an appointment and she had no ideas who I was, but her vocabulary was much more colorful. All in all I don't see myself returning, for the price, the service lacked professionalism and she did not provide the same service previously rendered. read more

This was my first time coming to Mari, I have been always wanting to reshape my eyebrows but never was able to find the right person. Mari was very quick and fast she knew what she was doing. The place she is is very cute and as well as relaxing and peaceful. Mari asked me what I wanted to do with my eyebrows once she knew she went ahead and started. Marissa is utterly amazing at her job!!! I had been getting my eyebrows threaded for 6+ years, but I was never completely satisfied and threading always hurt. I had to keep getting them threaded because I would break out really bad from waxing. Still in the search for an amazing eyebrow artist, I stumbled across Marisa's amazing reviews on yelp. Amazing! She is a very talented eyebrow artist! My eyebrows have never looked so good. She is sweet, personable and confident. She drew out a shape with some eye shadow and from that pattern, she expertly re-shaped my brow. It was PAINLESS! A few quick swipes and a little clean up and she was done. She saw that my skin was getting a little red and she immediately applied some lotion to take away the swelling and cool my skin! Wow! I will never have my brows threaded again!
