Beautiful summer evening! View is from the top of the park at Shirley Chisolm Circle.

This is a great neighborhood park!! It may be on the smaller end in size, but that doesn't mean that it lacks amenities- it packs in a skate park, handball court, workout area, playground, 4 basketball courts, and a beautiful lawn. I love going to Brower Park with my dog! Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that there is a large area in the middle of the lawn that is perpetually sandy- "the dust bowl," as it is colloquially known. It's shrunk over time, but it would be nice to have a full lush green lawn in the local park.

Love this park. Nice track to walk around. The dogs are out in the mornings playing. The trees are beautiful especially this time of the year with the color change. There's one park of the walkway that floods when there's rain. Basketball courts are no too crowded. Nice park in general.

Best park. Not too loud but still lively. It's beautiful in spring, and also when it's snows. Great sledding spot.

Larger than expected, and in better shape, too. Popular during warmer weather with decent facilities.

'An urban oasis' first comes to mind when I think about our first visit to Prospect Park. The…read moreoverall experience was certainly positive, with some fine points. As a visitor to the city, finding parking on a weekday afternoon was near impossible, until it became possible after what felt like 25 minutes of searching for a spot. The park is truly sprawling and there are many places to explore, including pavilions, bridges, falls, a pond, a creek, and endless paved trails. We also couldn't help but notice that the park overall may not have been maintained consistently, based on the extensive weeds in fountains, for instance. We saw at least two cafes that had pastries, sandwiches, and beverages on their menu that looked good enough to make us think we'd definitely go there if we lived locally. All in all, I'm grateful for this space being available for locals and visitors to enjoy, and hope it is maintained and stays open for many more years.

I do prefer weekday visits myself. The walking/bike paths are a great way to see the park in its entirety. Plenty of green space for a picnic, playing frisbee, etc. Playground and splash pads as well. Of course, I can't forget the lake with all of the ducks splashing about. It's really a wonderful way to spend a day in Brooklyn, getting away from it all.

This Domino Park is beautifully renovated into a modern park. Not really a children's park in my…read moreopinion. Looked more like a museum or some nice walkway to enjoy sightseeing of the Williamsburg bridge and the lower east side views of Manhattan, which is not that spectacular in my opinion because there are too many government buildings in that section so it's all brown over on the Manhattan side. Oh wells. Other than that, I'm shocked to see nice bathrooms a block away from the park for Domino Park guests! The bathrooms were really nice and modern! Each bathroom had dimmed lighting with a baby diaper changing station. One of the bathrooms was dirty with pee on the floor so I had to go to another one. Did not expect these nice bathrooms to get dirty like that! There were more bathrooms downstairs besides the ones on the first floor. The door to the bathrooms was very nice too! What a great job they did to this park. I cannot believe the Domino sugar factory still exists or is standing because I used to take the train and they be doing construction for many years for I don't know what reason. Looked like they turn downstairs into this nice modern park. So I went to the park to go to a Target pop up and got some nice freebies. There was enough space for pop ups and large crowds. Need to check out the rest of the park next time I'm here. Too bad there is no subway or trains going to this park and you need to resort to buses that take forever to arrive.
