We opted for the "teaser set" that was advertised for $79. After booking online (vagaro.com/lashandbody was the only way to book online), I received a text stating that we needed to pay $20 per person to reserve the booking, and that amount would be applied to our service. Subsequently, I received several annoying reminder texts, one of which mentioned that the location had changed to inside a salon at a different address. Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.

Hazel, her mom, and her sister are all amazing owners who create such a warm, welcoming environment. About a year ago, Hazel introduced me to Nary for manicures, and WOW -- she is next level. Nary absolutely slays the manicure game. Her meticulousness, technique, and efficiency are unreal. Sitting in her chair feels like part therapy session, part best-friend hangout. She is the real deal and a true trendsetter. I honestly won't go to anyone else for my nails anymore. Do yourself a favor and book with Hazel and Nary -- you will not regret it. And please...
