Continue about your day and then you come back and then your wait is maybe about another 15 minutes and the service is fast. The husband is very soft-spoken very customer service oriented. I was super scared at first since it is permanent make up but through my first initial session with her, she took her time to map out my brows to make sure it's exactly what I wanted it to look like before she started the process. She was super patient during this and will make any necessary changes if you're not happy about the shape! Next, she started the numbing process and when I tell you, I barely felt anything while she was working her magic. IT'S TRUE! It was almost as if I was able to take a nap while she was working on my brows! A little while later, she was done and I kid you not, I never thought I would ever have flawless looking brows!!! We opted for the "teaser set" that was advertised for $79. After booking online (vagaro.com/lashandbody was the only way to book online), I received a text stating that we needed to pay $20 per person to reserve the booking, and that amount would be applied to our service. Subsequently, I received several annoying reminder texts, one of which mentioned that the location had changed to inside a salon at a different address. Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.
