I love the service at the Macy's Benefit BrowBar in Orlando. I started going when I lived in Orlando, and now I drive 2 hours from Gainesville to go. Gainesville has an Ulta with the Benefit BrowBar that I have been too twice. Both times I felt rushed and generally ignored by the the professional. Like others, I went to Natalee. While getting my eyebrows done I asked about the products she was using after. She went through not just what she was using but how to use them. Made my appointment super easily online and Angelique was my aesthetician, beyond satisfied with the results. She uses a coconut oil based wax so I actually did not leave with red puffy skin for once!!! She took her time to perfect them and made them look like twins instead of sisters. I came here because I found out Benefit offers a free brow arch service for your birthday and this was the closest location. I called about a week before to verify the offer and the employee I spoke to was very helpful. She recommended making an appointment, which I did. Trying to find the Benefit BrowBar inside Macy's took some searching but aside from that the rest of the visit was pretty quick and easy. I did find it a bit disconcerting that after Natalee told me to close my eyes, she didn't really say another word the rest of the time she worked on my brows. I'd mentioned that it was my first visit so it would've been nice to get some commentary on what she was doing instead of just waiting blindly and wondering what I'd feel next. Overall I just needed my brows cleaned up a bit and they turned out well. I liked that Natalee applied some cover up afterward so I didn't have to walk out all red. I thought that was a nice touch. I don't know how much the service actually costs but if it's not too expensive I'd consider returning. read more

Came here one day in April 2012 to get new "grownup" makeup for my birthday and saw a funky woman dancing while she was waxing somebody's eyebrows. I'd never had gotten my brows done professionally before (I would tweeze the life out of them, literally, almost had NO eyebrows left at that point.) During my adolescent years I really wish I knew the damage I was doing to my eyebrows with the excessive waxing, plucking and razoring. Over the past few months I have become overly obsessed with eyebrows and trying to obtain the "perfect brows". It took my sister to remind me that my brows needed help and fast. During my appointment with Natalee, she never made me feel bad or ashamed about my "special/lack there of eyebrows". She is a true professional and has a bigger than life personality. Her skills really showed after she completed the wax and tint (this was my first time getting tint) process. She talked me through every step and even showed me how to apply my eyebrow gel.
