I opted for a cleaning and tint because I already loved my shape. She quickly got to work and mapped out my brows and confirmed with me that I was happy with what she was going to remove. We opted for the "teaser set" that was advertised for $79. After booking online (vagaro.com/lashandbody was the only way to book online), I received a text stating that we needed to pay $20 per person to reserve the booking, and that amount would be applied to our service. Subsequently, I received several annoying reminder texts, one of which mentioned that the location had changed to inside a salon at a different address. Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.

After you pick your color/shape, she starts drawing on your eyebrows to make sure you like the way the eyebrows are shaped before she tattoos them on. It will sting the first pass (what tattoo doesn't?) then she will put some numbing cream and you won't feel much after. It's great! Doing my brows with makeup is such a pain in the ass because the hairs are so thin, and not even. And shaping them is a whole different story. Booking was very easy on her website. It had all the information you need to know prior to the appointment, but also the aftercare. That was nice because I like to do my research beforehand on everything. Walking into the salon in Orlando, Sky introduced herself and went right down to business - she put the numbing cream on me so that she can get started as soon as she could. The appointment lasted more than a couple hours. Sky does not rush her work which I love- she definitely takes pride in what she does. We had great conversation too- the time flew by! She's really easy to talk to which made feel super comfortable. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and was completely wow'ed! I'm so so excited that now I won't have to do my brows again! I do have to go to a follow up appointment in a couple of months- that is when the procedure is considered finished.
