My brows thinned out and lightened to this perfect natural shade. After 3 weeks I was in love with them. 5 Stars for the most fabulous, fluffy, realistic microbladed brows of my dreams…read more I had been stalking @revel_beauty on IG for months now, really appreciating the hyper-realistic, fluffy brows Tiffany is able to create, and I finally took the plunge. She announces when a new month of bookings will open on her IG and you can easily book online. From the booking, I got a confirmation email with some guidance for what to avoid prior to the appointment. Her website also has really useful FAQs, and she has tons of examples to look through. Her studio is located inside of a salon in Downtown Winter Garden. It's a charming area and an equally charming space. She has a designated room inside the salon for her appointments and it's beautifully decorated in a way that inspires calm. As for the procedure, Tiffany numbs your eyebrows with cream for 20 minutes, so once she starts you feel very little. Before starting, she chats with you about your style preference and meticulously draws in what it would look like until you're totally satisfied. Everything about the experience left me impressed. Her work is INCREDIBLE (it literally looks like thin hairs have sprouted from my previously balding brows!) and I've gotten a lot of compliments already. I brought my sister along and afterwards she was excited to book her own appointment when the next month opens up. After the appointment (2 hours), Tiffany makes sure you have care instructions and let's you know the touch-up appt is included in the price. I made sure to leave a good tip because she has single handedly saved me so much time in the morning and I love the results! (Note that 1-2 days after, your brows will darken. Don't be alarmed! They'll lighten up again, peel a bit, and then "bloom.")

I really admired how descriptive she was. She stenciled my eyebrows to make sure I was happy with the shape before microblading. As she was microblading, she kept asking if I was comfortable. She even asked if I wanted any adjustments after she was finished. The whole procedure only took 30 minutes! She also verbally explained how to take care of my eyebrows as they were healing. She also sent me an email and a text explaining the instructions in detail, which I thought was super thoughtful and proactive on her part. My eyebrows look natural and gorgeous! As a result, I sweated my first application off within 3 days. The returning touch-up was good, but the lack of communication is a big no for me. Bernadette said she would show me how to trim and tint my eyebrows. All I had to do was message her and then I could come on down. I did that over the course of weeks. She would not respond unless I said I would come to her shop, which is in her home (I don't like going to a private home to do this.). She had one excuse after another as to why she couldn't do it. When I asked if the following week would be okay, I got no response. She doesn't seem to respect me as her client. I will not be back. There are plenty of other people I could give $600 to and at least have them not lie to me.

She communicates thoroughly and measures OFTEN! She ensures that the customer, as well as herself, is happy with what she's "designed" for your brows. She is great about changing up styles to perfectly suit what you're going for, so you're always happy with the result. My lashes stay really well and have a good longevity, even though I have super watery eyes and I cry at almost anything. My eyelashes are naturally very blonde and stick straight. Extensions save me the pain of having to put on and scrub off mascara daily. It takes "I woke up like this" to the next level. Her area is very clean and feels very luxurious. She plays soft music and keeps the room very comfortable. I may be guilty of falling asleep on her table a few times. Tried eyebrow waxing once and had an allergic reaction. I know that my eyebrows will turn out even, neat, and she removes some other facial hair. Treads on floor by the chair indicate to me she is busy helping her clients and concentrating on their needs.
