In this…read morecase I am truly pleased with how beautiful my eyelashes look after getting them done by Karen at Lush Lash Studio. I have always considered including it in my beauty enhancement lifestyle but never felt comfortable enough to allow anyone to put glue to my eyes. Not only that I just thought it was to costly. Not until I met Karen. She is very attentive and passionate when it comes to beauty enhancement of the eyes and as I call it my passport (face). She have enhance my very thin, scattered and curly eyelashes and make them look like "I am Hollywood".. Like seriously!!!! Let's not talk about the ambience where she work her magic. The setting is straight up Plush... It's a total transformation and she is truly talented at what she does. I sleep each time when I get my lashes done, that by itself is my therapy and I am comfortable enough to sleep whenever she's at work. I hope she don't charge me for my sleep therapy I think it's an add on service lol... Listen, like I said before I don't give reviews unless it's really horrible or just extremely fabulous only because I don't make the time and at this moment is necessary that I make the time to let you know how fabulous is her service. Try her and share your experience like I did because she surely makes me look like Hollywood for certain. Thanks Karen see you next week!

Coming back with an update because it feels important to give recognition where it's due…read more I've had services with about five different stylists here, and I've always had a great experience. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and consistently delivers good results. Since Amanda left, I hadn't quite found someone who matched my personal preferences when it comes to shaping for my face and eyes. I was always satisfied, just not fully aligned with what I was looking for, if that makes sense. That changed once Nancy joined the team! Every time I've seen her, she's been incredibly consistent and always achieves exactly the look I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during the service, like placing a blanket on me and checking in throughout, which I really appreciate. I've also noticed much better retention with her work and very minimal fallout. I know all of the stylists use the same products and tools, so I'm not sure if it's her technique or the extra time and attention to detail she puts in, but whatever it is, it works. I'm extremely happy with my results, and she absolutely deserves the recognition! Ask for her if you're signing up.

Spa like atmosphere where you actually get to lay down for your process. The staff was welcoming and the young lady who did my eyebrow threading was friendly and took time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. This lash extensions experience was nothing like what I asked for. I specifically requested full,…read morestrip-lash-looking extensions and paid the highest price for the fullest set available, expecting a dramatic, high-impact result. What I received was nowhere near that. The lashes were sparse, basic, and looked more like an entry-level set -- not a full, bold strip-lash effect by any stretch. The price was astronomical for the level of mediocrity that was delivered. To make matters worse, I paid for a master-level lash tech, but the work clearly reflected that of a newbie. If I had known my lashes would be done by someone without the skill level I was charged for, I would never have agreed to the service. When you're charging premium prices, the results should match. This experience did not -- and I left feeling disappointed and misled.

The staff was very patient and kind when explaining the procedures. The prices were very fair given the level of service. *This location DOES NOT offer the "first time free" promotion* as per my appointment today…read more I'm really torn. Because I had an unpleasant beginning to my overall appointment experience but a really great sugaring service. Starting from the beginning; I usually go to a waxing service but wanted to try something different and this place is super close. Looking at their website I saw the "firstservicefree" promotion and thought why not! I scheduled my appointment for the Winter Springs location and used the promo code they provided on the website and it brought my total down to $0 (I still tipped cash). SWEET! This was a week ago. This morning I received a call (a little over an hour before my appointment) that they would not honor the promotion because their store no longer participates. That's kind of frustrating. So I spoke to the manager and explained that there was no notation that the promotion was only at participating locations and that the promo code worked when booking the appointment. However, they resolved the issue and I proceeded with my appointment. Note: during this week period I did try contacting the store on Sunday to modify the appointment and move it up one day. No one answered the phone (I called twice). The sugaring experience with Meredith was great. She was very sweet and explained everything in detail. She was very meticulous and clean and I noticed that new gloves were being used often. Not sure if the process is less painful than waxing (I think in certain spots it may have been more uncomfortable) but I left feeling like a smooth mermaid. Everything was clean and the vibe is welcoming. Would I recommend? Not sure and I guess it depends on what you're looking for. I would maybe give this place a second try based on Meredith and the fantastic job she did but the customer service may make me feel otherwise.
