If you are the owner, send in an undercover client to get a true assessment if you don't take the reviews serious. If the reputation of some employees are decent, find the bad apple and get rid of her/him... From a preference standpoint, I wasn't happy with my lash. It wasn't an every day lash, more like a fancy outfit, club lash and one side noticeably looks different than the other...After a few hours one of the employees asked the other employee, who was doing my lashes, how much longer and the other employee replies I don't know. This tells me you haven't mastered your skill and an amateur. Also, after running my fingers through my lash they begin to come out an hour later. Yesterday I took my daughter to get her eyebrows waxed for the first time. They did not allow me to stand by her and I respected their policy but it took them well over 30 minutes to do her eyebrows and they made one shorter than the other and this morning when my daughter woke up she has a scar over her eye because the girl who was suppose to wax her eyebrows also decided to thread them and cut my daughters skin. I woke up to several on my pillow. They need more training and to actually take their time versus treating your lashes and eye brows as a race. Really no passion behind the worth ethic. We had a 3:30 appointment and checked in at 3:20 thinking we may get serviced earlier. The aesthetician who was there had a customer. She asked if we had an appointment and we said yes. Got a Volume Extension Fill while I was visiting in Orlando. The technician rushed through my service. I left with extensions in my hair from her being careless. Over the next day or so I lost large amounts of my extensions (no natural lash attached). They did not get wet and were not touched. Clearly they were not glued properly. When I called asking for a refund since I was visiting from out of town and left Orlando after my service, I was told I could not receive one and all sales are final. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!!! These people do not care at all about your time or money. I got a full set of lashes done less than one week ago and had lashes glued to my BOTTOM lashes!!???!??! They used clusters and not all individual like I very clearly asked for. When I arrived, the girl I spoke with on the phone told me that she was expecting me but would squeeze me in between clients (so why make an appointment?) There was a lash tech available and she just went in the back and didn't say a word to me (Laura). After waiting about 10 minutes, I asked the girl I spoke with on the phone if Laura would be coming back to fix my lashes (it was already 5) and she very rudely said, "she's eating right now, you're going to have to be patient." !!!??! I understand lunch breaks of course, but why did she tell me I could come in at 4:30 if no one was going to be available at all until after 5??? I could've just come after work! She proceeded to raise her voice to me, stand up and actually get in my face and yell a bunch of obscenities at me. She even said I called her black (I called her ratchet -- I did not call her black) insinuating that I am racist WHEN I AM BLACK!!!! She was also trying to instigate to my husband like, "Im so sorry you have to deal with this. Wow does she attack you at home?" My experience: Text message to the owner/manager the next day following application: This message is for the store manager.  I was in on Monday and had lashes done with (tech name).  My left eye was extremely red when I left.  The next day it was still red, plus the eyelid was sore as if something was pulling on it.  I came back in yesterday to have the lashes removed by (tech name - same person that applied them). That process has left my lashes a mess.  Not only was it painful, my left eye is still red, sore and watery and now both eyelids are swollen.  In addition to the above, the lashes didn't look anything like the photo you showed me or any of the photos from the website, (I went home and compared that night).  I also researched that there should be no burning or itching when the lashes are applied.  I experienced that as well.  I think (tech name) is very sweet, I'm just wondering if she is experienced enough to be doing this procedure.   When you said I would love them, it convinced me to go ahead and purchase the refill too. There is no way I'm doing this again.  I would like my credit card refunded. Thank you Owner Response:  Good morning. Yes, (tech name) is very experienced and is licensed and certified through the state of Florida. I think the issue is with your sensitivities. We do have a sensitive glue we could try free of charge which is for ppl that are sensitive. We also have other lashes. It's just that she already used the lashes and materials and glue abs on the receipt it does say no refund. And the fork you signed indicated that some may be more sensitive than others. But I would like to work with you. You will have a credit at the store for anything you would like and that includes, brows, lashes, or our other lashes that has a fume free glue. It's called the million. Please feel free to stop in I will take you personally myself Follow up: Went back to get the million lashes.  Made an apt for the owner/manager to apply as she stated above. When I arrived, she was not there, so I told them I would wait for her.  She told the technician (by phone) to go ahead and prep me while waiting for her to show up. When they prep you, they tape your eyes closed for the procedure.  I hear her come in and start talking to me and I ask if she's going to do the procedure, she says yes, but is just letting the tech do the prep part. Meanwhile she stands there talking as the tech starts the procedure and proceeds to do the entire application.  Unfreakin real.  Like you aren't going to know it's the same person working on you.  At that point, I've wasted a lot of my time and realize I'm dealing with a narcissistic liar.  I get the million lashes put on with their "sensitive glue" this time.  They started falling out a few days later.  When I went back to get the fill that I had already paid for the first time, they said I no longer qualified for it and would have to purchase a new set.   The first set of lashes I had done are not soft, they felt like hard plastic and were heavy.  Too remove them that following day, they used eyelash remover that smelled just like acetone, I was told it wasn't, but I know it was. Acetone in your eyes ... The million lashes, were a little better but started falling out the next day even without getting them wet etc.   As a result of all of this, my natural lashes were very thinned out and sparse, not even enough to put mascara on and look presentable.  It took months for them to recover to their natural state. I spent a lot of money for lashes that didn't last and never got the fill that I prepaid for.  There's a reason that place is empty when you walk by.  I think they hope tourists will just walk in and not research the reviews. Plus they know they will never have to deal with them after the fact. Interestingly, during our conversation the owner/manager said that she was from New York, upon researching there is a business by the same name in Buffalo in a mall.
