The second time they actually argued with each other about the cost of my service which was so awkward and rude. And the second time they were 45 minutes late for my appt and never communicated with me that anything was behind. Just completely unprofessional front desk team, ALL of them. When you leave they don't even say anything. They literally just ignore you and let you walk out the door with no post op paperwork or anything. It's the weirdest vibe in there. It's evident that they do not care about their patients, which probably stems from the owner/manager/doctors poor attitude. I'm only giving a three star because the lady that did my services was really nice and easy to talk to. She is a bit frazzled or scatter brained but my results were good at the end of both sessions.

Christina asked me to complete a skin questionnaire upon my arrival, and at the beginning of the appointment, she assessed my skin carefully (but without the judgmental comments that I unnecessarily had feared) and recommended the facial that she thought would be best for me. Each step of the way throughout the facial, Christina explained what she was doing, and she also provided helpful skin tips and insights. She truly took her time, and she clearly took pride in providing quality, individualized care to me (and to her clients overall, I would think). At the end of the facial, Christina also provided me a nice travel-size kit of skincare products (with detailed individualized recommendations) to put me on the right path for post-facial skincare. I got a great shape and didn't think it hurt too much. I didn't love the chin...my skin was a little too sensitive there for some reason. It wasn't horrible, but I'd probably do waxing next time for that. Then i did sugaring for my legs and brazilian. It hurts a little but not much. Definitely doesn't hurt as much as waxing. The rooms and waiting areas were clean. The staff were friendly and always accommodating if I needed to reschedule my appointment. For my consultation, you complete a series of documents such as medical history and so on. On your appointment time, you'll meet with the nurse who discussed with you on what area you wish to have hair removal, costs, and process. They will give you a prescription for lidocane which you will put on the area that will be laser. It was much appreciated to have it on my legs in the area of my legs that were sensitive which was mainly the bony areas. An hour before your appointment, you apply the cream and wrap in plastic wrap. Once you arrive for your appointment, they will put you in a room and give you a towel to wipe off the cream. They will exam your skin & hair and determine which setting will be appropriate for you. The process for laser hair removal on my legs was quick- approximately 30 or less minutes. After they are done, they will offer aloe and send you on your way. I am pleased with my results. I am not shaving my legs everyday like I was doing.
