Parmesan cheese
HsiaoCheng W.

Since Emiliano said he used to work here, and we loved his shop, I decided to give it a try since it's much closer to my place. Ordering online through their website got me a $5 discount. Not sure how or why. I think it went through Toast. But anyway it was a pleasant surprise. The extra large cheese is 18" and comes in an impressively large box for these days. The teens working inside were nice and working hard. I like how they didn't charge for Parmesan cheese like Dominos does. My first observation is that the pizza doesn't taste heavy or weigh you down. I wonder if they let their dough rise for a long time like Emiliano. I felt like I could eat many pieces but stopped at 2 to save some for lunch. I think I'd probably order extra sauce next time though to give it some more flavor, which I felt was lacking somewhat. There was an option online for this as well as picking red sauce or olive oil. It was pretty busy when I arrived there. Lots of folks dining in and picking up. They have an outside dining area as well.

Pizza that's good in The Woodlands. I travel to NY often, so I'm a little biased but, Brothers will do the trick.

I truly didn't notice anything because they were both so nice and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. We let them know it was our first time in and they both proceeded to give multiple different recommendations throughout multiple categories. Just awesome service all around! Even another customer chimed in about how good this pizza place was when he had heard it was our first time and that we had made a good choice by coming here. 15/10 on Customer Service alone. AND they give military discount, love that. Now onto the pizza. HOLY MOLY it was so good!!! And the price is sooo affordable! We just paid an arm and a leg for a different place last week and literally paid half here for the same amount. Me and my husband were blown away. We ordered 2 large pizzas and a dessert pizza (cherry). I didn't know what to expect regarding the desert pizza but my goodness it was yummy. It has a churro like crust with the best streusel on top. Way better than your average pie. Wondering if I can get away with bringing this to Thanksgiving dinner this year! All to say we will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered online -- $6 for a small build‑your‑own, with toppings at $1.25 each. The menu had a little note recommending sauerkraut as a topping. I'd never tried that on pizza before, so I figured why not. The pizza itself was good. The sauerkraut was... fine, but probably not something I'd order again. It added a vinegary, sour note that didn't quite work for me. Anchovies were solid, and there was a good amount of cheese. The owner seemed nice; I mentioned I was curious about the sauerkraut, and he just wished me a good weekend. Overall, decent pizza, interesting topping experiment, but I'll stick to the classics next time.

All these years later and it's still my favorite pizza place. I hadn't been in quite a while before this past weekend, so I was a little nervous that it had changed and maybe wouldn't be as good anymore. Much to my pleasant surprise, everything was exactly as I remembered it! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who took our order. She was so kind & genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with customers. I didn't see my usual favorite (Mr. Potato Head) on the menu so I assumed they discontinued it. However, we asked after we ordered and she said it's still a menu item! So I'll have to make sure to go back and get it the next time. My husband and I split a chicken Caesar salad and a medium pizza, though we could've easily gone down to a small size. They really don't cheat you out of toppings & that's one thing I'll always appreciate about this restaurant! I'm eager to bring it back into my local restaurant lunch rotation.

Now full transparency, my husband is a New Yorker, and by his standards it was average for NY pizza. But judging by my Houston palate I thought it was good. The calzone was my favorite. Adding the optional ricotta made all the difference. It took it from a 4 to a 7. The only downside was the pepperoni. I could literally count the slices and wished there were more. That said, the bread texture was wonderful, and that same great texture carried over to the garlic knots, which I really enjoyed. I think trying meatball, or a supreme (heavier on the meat) version would be fantastic. When I go back I'll that and be sure to update. We also tried the chicken parm sub. It was okay, though my husband thought it was subpar. Personally, I think the tomato sauce did a lot of the heavy lifting flavor-wise. Surprisingly, I really liked the cannoli filling, which says a lot because I usually don't care for cannolis. They often don't taste like much to me, but this one did. The inside of the place is very quaint and mom-and-pop, which I loved. Service was great. I ordered to go, was told 20-25 minutes, and the food was ready in about half that time. All in all, this is a solid pizza place for locals, and I'd absolutely come back to try more items on the menu. I want to try the original place and see if it's better. I mean, it should taste the same right? (Will update when I find this out).
