Our management team was so worried that this issue was going to cause our customer to pull the account from us, but with the professional actions of Keller Pest, the issue was eradicated within no time flat. Matt uses a program which we in the food industry refer to as IPM ( Integrated Pest Management ) which a science based decision making process that only a few live by in this field. From finding the root cause of entry and performing a detailed investigation our team was able to work with KP on a simple plan ( cost effective) to remove the pests and sustain a pest free facility. Working with our customers is key, Matt is the spokesman for our company in regards to Pest Control and will sit with our clients or join Teams Meetings to explain his programs and offer suggestions on any topic related to this field. This allows me and my team to focus on our day to day jobs and we leave the floor to him to display his efforts. Whether its a 3rd party Audit from the government, customer, or AIB International, Matt is always there to explain his programs in full detail with no hesitation whatsoever. I fired her for breach of contract. She promised to pay us for the 3 months she did not show but she never paid us, giving excuses after excuses about why she failed to pay us back. She caused us harm and grief and lied repeatedly. I am suing her in small claims court and hope to save others from experiencing what happened to us. It is noteworthy to point out that all (national) customer representatives had accurate information and were compatible with one another. In sum, they disputed i.e. struck down the salesman's pitch. I filed a complaint with the Johnson City, NY office; however, (and had posted this review on their site, yet, to date it has not been posted) and have not heard back from them re, among other things, that salesman's conduct. They were not able to find the source of the problem. Then, I reached out to the Optimum. They sent a technician within 5 days for a free-of-charge inspection. He was very knowledgeable and could find the source of the problem within 10 minutes. He also confirmed it was limited to one room. I needed help moving the furniture around, and the technician took care of it. The treatment provided by Optimum got rid of the bed bugs. I had a problem with spiderwebs everywhere and other outdoor bugs. I signed up for the outdoor treatment twice a year. The first one was done late fall, and so far, I don't see any bugs or spiderwebs.
