Found this place on yelp as I was looking to check out a new restaurant in the area. This is an all-you-can-eat shabu/hotpot restaurant. You first choose the soup base, and then you can order different types meat (beef, chicken, pork, and lamb) with your waiter/waitress (unlimited rounds). Aside from the meats, there is an area where you can select additional ingredients you like vegetables, different type of noodles, and surprising some seafood as well (shrimp, fish balls, clams, mussels, and crabs). There is another bar for making your own dipping sauces. Meat wise, it comes in small trays with a few thin slices at a time, so make sure you order plenty per round. Our waitress in-training Chloe was very attentive and provided excellent service! All the food was excellent except for the appetizers... the chicken karaages (small pieces of deep fried chicken) were all very hard to chew. Came here to celebrate my son's birthday on a weekend. We came soon after it opened and were able to get a table fairly quick as long as our entire party was present. For a table of 8, our server was on top of it and took very good care of us. The buffet can get quite crowded and the tongs may need to be cleaned regularly but it was busy so cannot account for what happens with everything on a busy weekend.
