Chopped Beef Potato with everything but chives.

This restaurant has been at this location for almost 20 years if I remember correctly. Food is consistent and pretty good. Not the most generous meat portions but reflective of price. Wonderful staff and always great service. Free parking with lots of space in front of restaurant. Dining room and restroom are clean every time I've been to this establishment.

Tried Brookstone today and was not impressed. Green beans bland. No meat seasoning. Pulled pork a little on dry side. Fries well cooked and just enough salt. Community Club Tea

can't say i was a big fan of this place. the meat was really dry, tough, and lacking any sort of flavor. we ordered lean brisket since they were out of moist, but it felt closer to beef jerky than anything. each person can only have one slice of white bread. the food wasn't too expensive and the restaurant was clean, but there are better bbq places with freshly baked bread and tender meat.

Food tasted really good. Fast service and their complimentary sides, onions, pickles and jalapeños, are amazing. Fast as heck service too.

Haven't been here in a long time since retiring. Ordered through their drive thru. The barbecue was excellent. The ribs were the best I've had, fall off the bone, the sauce was delicious as well. Loved the Jambalaya and the potato salad would have like a bit mustard in it but that's me. My favorite dessert is Peach Cobbler and I loved especially the crust. Service was excellent and very friendly at the drive thru window. Will be back more often.

Best smoked turkey in town! All the sides are top notch. In town for work and eat here at least twice a week. Highly recommend!!!

Asked for extra butter on baked potato and they were stingy with it. Usually they add it but someone didn't listen to my request.

Ok I seriously do not get what all the reviews are about. The BBQ at this place is flavorless and dry.

Very disappointed with dry breastfeeding. I took them home but ended up giving them to my dogs. Ribs were dry, tough and had no flavor.

I get it - it's right after the holidays so staffing could be short. The server we had wasn't exactly enthusiastic, just did the bare minimum. Dishes piled up and we weren't asked about refills. You'd figure because there was only 1 group that the service would be attentive, but nope! The food that we ordered from the kitchen were all super fresh and delicious. My favorites were the bulgogi gimbap, eggroll (tiny rolled egg omelette), and chicken wings! They come out super hot - loved them all. The hot buffet bar was not filled at all, some were even just empty. I found it disappointing that we didn't get to try a lot of their items. The hot buffet bar was really scarce, I mean, just fried dumplings and fries but they were refilled really slow and some never had refills. The boba bar was empty and never filled. The DIY ramen station was closed off. I tipped only because I felt like I had to, but the service was abysmal. I would come back but maybe for lunch instead of dinner. Hopefully service improves.

When the food came out I guess the staff misheard my friend order because a pulled pork sandwich came out instead of the baked potato. The staff quickly fixed this and brought out the correct order. First glance everything looks great. They gave a lot of meat which is a plus! The cream corn was very tasty and I def would order again. I wish they have side condiments bar as I would liked more pickles, onions and BBQ sauce. Other than that I had a great experience here and would dine here again when I'm in the area

It's more Eckrich-like today. It used to be in a Czech/German Texas hill country style. Not anymore. It's hot garbage. Pass on the sausage. Let's try again today. This time I ordered the brisket and pork ribs. They used to be famous for their beef ribs. They don't serve them anymore. It's a shame. You can't fault them on this. They probably had trouble sourcing the beef ribs for a price that wasn't outrageous. It's a tough business. So, I order a 1/2 lbs of pork ribs and a 1/4 lbs of brisket. The brisket was out of this world amazing! Of course, they're named "The Brisket House". Pork ribs were perfect. Sauce very good as well. The girl at the counter was rude and obnoxious. They used to have nice people working there. It's hard to find good help these days.

We often visit on Sundays because my husband loves the complimentary Blue Bell ice cream. The servers always greet us with the brightest smiles when offering Sunday ice cream and fresh, hot bread. There is ample seating, including comfortable booths. When you arrive, you order in line, pay at the counter, and then choose your seating. They also have a private room in the back that's available for events. They've graciously allowed us to use the space annually to host the Fort Bend Junior Service League informational meeting. The room is even equipped with a TV for presentations, which is incredibly helpful. I especially enjoy the music they play on Sundays -- it creates such a feel-good atmosphere. What's not to love about BBQ? My go-to menu item is the ribs meal, though I occasionally opt for a combo plate. My favorite sides are the potato salad and green beans. My husband is a fan of the pinto beans and can't get enough of their fresh, fluffy bread. We visit about once a month for lunch or dinner -- and it never disappoints.

I'll admit that the dine-in experience might not have encountered the hiccups we ran into for takeout so we should give leeway for that. The restaurant has a casual vibe to it and the staff is energetic and friendly. We ordered a 3 meat plate with brisket, baby back ribs, and mild sausage. For the sides, we had mac n cheese and coleslaw. We also ordered a peach cobbler with ice cream for dessert. While waiting for our order, we were offered drinks and their dangerously yeasty dinner rolls. Here's our verdict on the food. Brisket - the slices from the point were nice and tender but the slices from the flat were a little dry. Could use a little more seasoning. The people who got the flat raged this brisket lower than the other 2 places and the people who got the point rated it 2nd place. Baby back ribs - these were good Sausage - wasn't my favorite since it had the consistency of a hot dog and not a lot of flavor other than salt Mac n cheese - very unforgettable and bland Coleslaw - too sweet Peach cobbler - good but my sister thought there was too much crust Overall, it's an ok BBQ place with some hits and misses and good for a casual night out with the family.
